Best hotel I've ever seen i love this hotel and funny,Fantastic animation really best hotel

The hotel is evaluated in many respects and does not deserve 5 stars at all.

There is no gym,
It is difficult to travel to and from ... without a private car
Taxi prices are exaggerated at 350 pounds to get to Alexandria or the airport
Staff ... very helpful n in general

It's a good hotel but it's not luxurious. It probably was in the past.

Great beach. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Old furniture. Needs renovation. I'd visit again.

Very nice place but not very developed. You ll enjoy the pool and the sea so much. Food at breakfast buffet was variable, fresh, and tasted good.
Pros: the sea, view of the sea from all rooms, very good service, perfect for families with children
Cons: a bit old, needs some update especially in the chalets close to the pool

The beach is beautiful, the landscape is relaxing, the luxury rooms (ground level chalet) are well located (sea view), however, they need renovation especially the bathrooms. The food is very poor and needs re-evaluation. Some staff are well trained, eg., reception, beach, pool, room service, however, the staff in the restaurant needs full training. The gym is exceptionally very poor and most equipments (very few) are aged and needs renovation. If this hotel is renewed as a five stars standard, it will be amazing.

It is a very beautiful hotel in Marakia north coast .You can spend a great wonderful time there.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view. Otherwise it s overpriced for what it offers and its facilities are in a bad shape. The buildings and the rooms don t look representable for a hotel with this price tag.
In my opinion, the hotel needs a complete overhaul and a change in policy. They need to invest in representability and facilities.

Soak in the sun, sand and the sea.....very little else matters. Come here to enjoy the pristine waters of the Mediterranean.

Clean room, good staff, the sea water wasnt clean but still great view. There r 2 big pools. A free parking outside. Air condition in room and hotel very good. Except it was over rated in price as it is still not renovated.

The service in the hotel is bad, the food is good but the hotel needs more attention and it clearly has a lack of employment

Room is nice but bed-sheets were full of ants, we had to change the room "no one said they were sorry for that".

Nice hotel near Alex yet provide the feel of being on the North Coast of Egypt

Nice place for relaxing . The staff is so friendly . The beach is clean . The sea view is so scenic and truley breathtaking. the breakfast so fresh and has a decent variety of food but the rooms are not 5 star it is too small to comfort very remote from the main pool and the sea area. the air conditioning units are so loud and sometimes out of sudden they stop working later i discovered that the hotel management turn it down on purpose so unprofessional act and could be deal breaker. Overall it is refreshing but if you have troubles sleeping in noisy sounds and poor air conditioning stay away.

Furniture is a bit old

Air conditioner is noisy
Food quality is below expectations from a 5star rated hotel, though quantity is more than enough.
Staff are all trying to help all the time.
Finally, one day before check out I was surprised to see what seemed to be a whole tourist group of 40-50 people are admitted for day use.....in this current situation of pandemic!!!! Really!!!!

Ambience and location are great. Food is zero. Didnt expect the continental food will be that pathetic but hefty menu prices.
