The closet hotel to alexandria that have a sea view

Wonderful beach and excellent service lack of maintenance of the hotel and a large entrance panel signifies it

Good hotel but very quite. No Wi-Fi in rooms or exchange place in hotel.

Far from any shops and no in door swimming pool.

Rooms are good but privacy bad as curtains do not shut all the way.

I am a big fan and every year customer since it was Hilton.

The beach is beautiful but does not go down there

The beach is great, the staff are absolutely amazing, very helpful, quick and extremely polite. Their only downside was the food (wasn't bad, but not amazing). They're also renovating the bathrooms in the rooms, which was the oldest part of the room, but still pretty good.

Family type hotel with a nice beach and courteous staff but they need to pay attention to details like wifi should cover the rooms and the cleaness of kids playground at the back of the hotel.

Room was humid and not as clean as should be. Room lock was broken. Breakfast was an open buffet which didn't feel very safe during times of corona.

Very bad. The Manager is a big zero. Null. Hotel not maintained, dirty. Far from everything. NOT recommended. Quote = 0/20. A shity hotel.

Clean rooms, big clean pool and beautiful beach. They could improve by cleaning up the sea junk on the sand. Their restaurants serve amazing food and the staff are very nice and helpful. We stayed at the poolside chalets and it's totally worth the extra $

Everything is great except the rooms and the breakfast. They need an upgrade. Yet, the location , the beach and the staff are great.

It's very loud with techno music, the food is not very good

This place used to be one of the best places with reasonable prices in the past.
Now the prices are over rated the rooms needs total renovation and house keeping is so bad and you must pay good money to get your room cleaned well.
The pool and the beach are still good the bar service in the pool is closed and take care from the strong sea waves the flag is always red, sea waves barriers are a must but who cares!
There are no entertainment at all, just light music.
And since it was under Hilton management the the east wing of the hotel is always under reconstruction and there call center is the worst and you must know that you are lucky if someone answered you.

Very BAD Management , Unprofessional , Not keen about quality of service or attitude or hospitality , Worst furniture , no hot water , no air conditions .
The Real disaster is that the Top Managment are also not keen about the guests !!!!

No full board accommodation,
No GYM, it s just 1 room that contains treadmill that doesn t even work!

Room is clean but it s smaller than in pictures. Food tastes good, Staff is great and friendly.

Beach is clean.
Swimming pools have lots of kids and I don t like that, they need to separate them at least 1 pool for families.

Food is good, Seaview is a amazing. room furnishing is basic and little crowded.

Nice place to spend your vacation with your beloved and enjoy the beauty of the North Shore Sea.
