Can go wrong with plenty of choices for pizza by slice!

Very creative and delicious pizza. Plus they are open very late.

I ve been to their branch in Milwaukee. This place looks nicer food is still very good.. Whether you re getting a salad or their specialty pizzas they have a lot of different flavors/toppings.. You can buy a single slice so you can taste different ones. Definitely a place to check out. You won t be disappointed. There is also indoor and outdoor seating and when you sit outside, you have a great view of the capitol. It is super close to the capitol so this was a great spot after touring to refuel.

Best Macoroni and Cheese Pizza I've ever had!!! Great music!!!

Super. Had the WISCO salad and maple vinaigrette dressing with apples, craisins and more.

The most creative pizza toppings, very friendly staff and awesome slices of pizza. We tried the Eggplant, Hawaiian, BBQ and Pepperoni slices and they were all great, especially the eggplant one, it worked surprisingly well.

Alone or with family this is a fine place for pizza and salad

Dont bother, unless your a hipster who wants 2 look cool. Food was horrible. Very impersonal.

Great cheese pizza. Many unique options. Tried the sliced potato one. Too full for the macaroni cheese topped pizza though.

One of the best pizzas I had for a while. Delicious bread and amazing sauces. I don t even like Mac and cheese but the Mac and cheese pizza was amazing as well as bbq chicken. I can t wait to come back here.

With 30 gourmet slices to choose from you will have a hard time not wanting to come back. Great food and great prices, they're even open after bar time!

I went to get a pizza at Ian's because I was hungry from holding up a "Black Lives Matter" sign while marching the other night but there were boards over the windows and I had to walk through a broken door to get inside. Once inside it was chaos, there was garbage and pizza boxes all over the floor, the chairs were over turned, and they were letting customers behind the register without gloves! I stood in the waiting area for ten minutes and nobody came to seat me or take my order. I could tell other customers were equally upset because they were just helping themselves to what ever was in the coolers and walking out with out paying (not that they could have found an employee anyway! Lazy!). I finally left out of frustration because of the lack of service. I hope they get their act together because I heard they make a decent pie.

Pizza is alright, sometimes it can taste like cardboard but not the worst.

Smoky and the Bandit pizza was so dang tasty!! I had a salad too and it was made just how I d want a salad, cuz you can build your own salad. It was awesome.

While grabbing a gigantic slice of pizza at Ian's is good, getting a whole pizza fresh from their ovens is amazing. Their salad options are also very good.

I've been going here for like forever it seems like. I think over 10 years! The pizza is good. It isn't like, "oh my god I can't stop eating it/nest pizza I've ever had" good. But it's got a nice crisp (yet generally tender also) crust, flavorful topping selections that offer fun new taste adventures you might not have considered on your own.
It's worth the stop to say you tried them. We almost always stop when we are back in Madison.

I used the really love Ian's Pizza. It is awesome to have such a variety of pizza by the slice.

I'm not really loving the price increase to $4.00 a slice becuase I also think they are getting skimpy on toppings.

I do feel that there could be more toppings and flavour. I feel that the Mac n cheese pizza is pretty bland. I could be a cheese snob and all but for me the Mac and cheese could use a kick of real asiago or maybe sharper cheddar but I'm not gonna lie, some real bacon would also kick it up.

My favorite pizza it the crunchy breaded chicken corde don Blu but I've been told that is a monthly special now. Idkw.

I know you guys may give me heck for this review but I'm only writing this in hopes that there is an opportunity for improvement.

Amazing Pizza selection! Not only were there many different unique types of pizza ready to go it was also delicious. Very unique and interesting experience overall near nice shops. highly recommend.

Mac n cheese pizza was amazing. The chicken Pena Alfredo tasted like chicken Alfredo with breadsticks. Best pizza I've ever had.

Place to order pizza by slice. $4 each. Mac n cheese is fantastic. And salad bar is good. Can be long lines at busy time. No place for parking. Tho there is a good affordable public parking just 2 blocks away.

Good pizza, a little pricey. I love the macaroni and cheese pizza. To be honest though I prefer a thicker crust, they only have one (somewhat thin) crust style.

Great service, great pizza. I tried their green chili ranch with my bread sticks and it was pretty dang good.

I love the food every time. I wish there was more seating though.

The second best pizza by the slice you can get on State St. Would be a solid 5 star if it wasn't for the price. At around $5/slice its much better to go to domino's just down the way where for $1 more you can get a medium sized pizza.

Tasty pizzas available shortly after ordering (peak lunch hour might take a little longer though). Many vegan options, including Daiya cheese.

Cool pizza joint. I was skeptical because of all the "speciality" pizzas. I'm a real pizza guy, crust, sauce and cheese is all I need. I ordered a pepperoni to keep it simple. Crust had a good tooth to it, thin and crisp yet a little chewy. More

This was my first visit ti Ian's. While the initial ordering process was a bit confusing at first, we found the pizza to be very tasty.

What a great slice of pie! Ian's aims to please and is delicious. I gave a gluten allergy and they made it right. Also if you're vegan they make your world a little brighter as well. Great atmosphere and location. We'll definitely go back.

Pretty good selection of pizzas and the service was very friendly. You have to ask one of the employees if you want a lid for your drink or a straw. This is good for the environment so I'm okay with it.

This was a great place to go before going to the Orpheum Theater. The pizza was so good and many different options, vegan too. Don't be turned off by the long line. It was out the door but the staff was very friendly and moved it through fast. Tons of pizzas made and went fast.

I got the brisket and quesadilla pizza and I loved the strong, creative flavors. My friend got TWO (2) of the mac and cheese - OK yes the mac and cheese pizza is real and delicious but please do yourself a favor and just get one slice, not only because there are so many other wacky and delicious flavors, but because no one human should eat that much cheese in one sitting.

*Pre Pandemic Review* Amazing! Ordered 3 slices: Macho Nacho, Smokey The Bandit, and Classic Mac and Cheese. Macho Nacho was booming with flavor and had a bit of spicy. Smokey Bandit was delicious and packed with flavor as well. Kinda let down by the mac and cheese pizza not sure if the gimmick makes it their signature. Would love to see a more sophisticated blend of cheeses with that mac.

Out of all the pizza I've had in Wisconsin, this is has the best! Very convenient if your walking around the capital building or State Street! Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Stopped in during Freak Fest. Mac & Cheese was really good! Fair price, nice place. Would return.

I came here twice after some night drinking and they have some great variety of slice options. First night I got the mac n cheese pizza that they are semi-known for and was not impressed. It needs some more flavor to it. The next night I got the vodka ravioli and that slice was fantastic. Was going to go a 3rd time for lunch before travelling back home but it was very busy and did not want to wait before hitting the road. Would definitely have again to try some of the other options.
