Great experiences with Primal over the past two years. Good range of kit options, from casual/entry level to high performance. Excellent customer service - I've had one or two hiccups with delivery, and Primal customer reps have been super responsive and willing to help out. Keep an eye out on their sale prices - some great bargains!

I went in for a job interview and the people working at the "headquarters" were extremely rude. Everyone seemed miserable and nobody greeted me. When I finally met the president, he didn't even introduce himself and made me feel very uncomfortable by staring into my eyes with some weird intimidation technique. I was amazed at how bad of a business atmosphere there was at this company. I will never buy from them again and I also recommend that people do not support this company.

My husband and I love our custom ilex shirts. They are super lightweight with good coverage to protect from sun and abrasions while still being breathable.

We have always loved the Primal Wear jerseys that are off-the-shelf and were curious if they had a custom jersey program. They did, and we have used them for the last two jerseys we have created for group European Bike trips. They are REALLY reasonably priced for a REALLY high-quality, professional-looking jersey. Their designers are amazing - they take in your likes/dislikes, ideas, and come out with a design that is truly unique and special. Everyone I have dealt with at Primal Wear has been great, and their products rock!!!

Poor quality jerseys at too high a price. There are so many cycling jersey options today there isn't a reason to buy from primal.

My wife had gifted me with a Primal jacket a while back, it quickly became my favorite jacket (I managed to use it through most of the winter by layering above and below). Sadly, the zipper broke. I popped into the shop, and while they didn't recognize the jacket at first (old design), eventually they figured out she had bought it a clearance sale in relatively recent times ... so they replaced it with a current model (gratis, including shipping!).
