Well besides the fact the building smell as it look relallu old but however it's seems pricey I mean I thought a chicken puppet worth 75 bucks I mean I know I can get one cheaper online but they need to cover the shipping fees or something and they are nice but I'm puzzled on how they are still in business

Extremely overpriced and absolutely terrible customer service. They have toys and train sets set up for kids to play with, so my three year old is playing nicely and quietly, not making a mess or being wild, but she was loading the trains up into buckets that they had out. There's no signs anywhere that say the trains need to stay on the table and if they had a problem they should have told me and I would have dealt with my child. Instead an employee scolded her to the point of making her cry. I love supporting local businesses but this is one I will not spend my money at.

So many toys. Many from childhood. Old fashioned use the imagination toys. Modern up to date toys. Wonderful, friendly knowledgeable staff. We searched the Fairbanks area high and low and found just what we needed here. Thank You Toy Quest

Bought a keyless entry auto start on the 6th of this month. Less than 10 days after installing the product the keyless entry functions do not work. I was told that there was nothing they can do to fix the issue because i was out of state. If you even have the slightest chance of moving out of state do not use this businesses. All I was offered to fix the problem was to come back to WASHINGTON(um no I'm in Alaska) so now I have pay someone else to fix Cartoys work. of state could do to fix the issue0

A local business with great quality toys that may not be found anywhere else in town. This is one of my first local stops to look for gift ideas for children. Huge selection of puzzles and games, many Melissa and Doug items including dress up, and a great toy train section. The store is organized well and prices are fair.

Awesome toy store! Great quality and selection! Also, the only picture associated to this Toy store is the location pic from across the street. And the one star post must be referring to an auto store. So, if you haven't had a chance to see it. You should. You won't be disappointed.

I've been in here SO OFTEN over the last year. I've price-checked on amazon and other places and their prices are either better or barely higher than what they have in-store. Everyone is always extremely nice to me, even when I bring kids in. I keep an eye on my kids and make sure they aren't causing a ruckus, but the employees have never had anything but kind words and are helpful as can be. I'm so happy they're still in business. I AM very sad that they don't sell Tonka anymore though!

My most favorite store to get gifts. Especially if you want something special. They have a great selection of German/European toys and the selection got better since the new owner took over.

Amazing selection of toys for every age, including the inner child in all of us. Walking around this beautful store is my happy place. Shane and Kyndall have been doing an amazing job buying for the store, and keeping inventory fresh. Quality toys are always a bit pricey, but so worth it especially when they can last for generations to come. Love this store and the owners :)

Interesting selection of toys. Unique finds you wouldn't find at a big box store. The selection of stuffed animals is super cute, but I felt the prices are kind of high. The store is clean and well organized, definitely worth a visit.

Everything about this place is lovely. Nice selection of plushies. Large Lego kits that would make a great gift. Even nice puzzles for the older kids. I even found many things for the adults at heart.

Good selection of quality toys that won't break the bank. Toys for babies and kids up into their early teens I would say. Outdoor stuff and lots of indoor type items. They have a lot of puzzles and games too for all ages

This place is totally amazing. Their prices aren't even more expensive than say Walmart or Fred's, they just have a lot of really awesome high-quality toys. They also carry a lot more affordable toys as well--and in some cases they actually beat the prices of the box stores!
