2 failed deliveries and I'm still waiting. They do not respect their commitments the best example of their incompetence after waiting 12 hours in two days for absolutely nothing I am offered a full tank of gas in compensation I arrive at my SUV and it is empty a story among so many others ... worst customer experience ever, all service combined, I recommend ABSOLUTELY NOBODY unless you have wasting time, unreliable salespeople or long waits as a passion! Again there are not even enough chairs for all the many customers who are waiting their turn.
Thank you for your answer but I believe that my case has been desperate for a long time already we have played with the law taking advantage of the fact that I work outside to convince me not to cancel the transaction by promising me that the already existing problems of the vehicle would be corrected. when I come back, it takes great pains to change a gas cap yes yes a simple gas cap! Imagine how long it would take to change the front left speaker already breaking down the only thing I was asking was that the vehicle be properly functional. Yes I tried to talk to the sales manager and no there is nothing to do except wait for him to find my part in a scrapyard, again if I trust his reliability we forget his! So you can say a big THANK YOU to the ED seller the only one who treat me with respect and proffesionalime! If it was not him I would have canceled the transaction within the first 48 hours ... a discouraged and above all disillusioned customer
