ITS JUST WHAT I LIKE TO DO ANYTHING WITH HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC SYSTEM

Been working here a few months now, and must say it s definitely an awesome place to work. Very laid back and actually feel like I m part of something.

Only made deliveries and pickups. Have never been inside the facility.

I have been an employee here for 3 months. All I can say is I love it. The people are nice, the management is motivating and fair, and the product is second to none. I have worked for several companies and by far this is the best. Great benefits, flexible schedule, and very open to furthering my career through training opportunities.

The blonde lady at the front desk was so rude & had an attitude with every question I asked. Nice place but not so inviting when you first walk in!

Bad news, very dishonest HR. Only looking to treat people as disposable .

So I give 1 star. If I can give negative I would. Watch out for HR! They are the problem. So single father, I have the help. But it was just a bad week because of the people that watch my son was out of town. That being said I had to leave Tuesday morning because my son wasnt feeling well he had strep. So I couldn't go to work all week but I had a drs note. Anyways i was a temp worker. Was with the company for 3 months. I was told I would be hired in September. Everything was going great. Work was great had no issues. But come to find out it was HR decision to let me go. Wasn't the supervisor or leads decision. HR is horrible, all they do is hire after hire they dont care about you.
*DONT GET SICK, DONT MISS MORE THAN 1 DAY BECAUSE THEY WILL LET YOU GO. EVEN IF YOU ARE A HARD WORKER.

I had an opportunity to work for Hydraforce Inc. at the 500 Barclay blvd plant in Lincolnshire. This company is privately owned and operated. If you are opened minded and have an eye for detail: don't pass this one up! Employees and management are friendly and helpful. Pay and benefits are good. Long hours and overtime if needed. If you like independence and are willing to work hard sky is the limit there. Peter Mannix

HR is terrible , they dont care about you at all! Dont miss one day for whatever reason! Dont let anything bad happen in your life because they will fire you! They only care about making money! Thats it! Talk about a company that doesn't care for its workers, smh....

I am a former Employee of this location and they treat their employees poorly. Better hope you don't get sick because they will fire you. Wouldn't recommend working here.
