Worse service I am with ncb from last 5 year and always I have problem in khalidiah street female branch ufffffff they dnt knw anythng all the time using Mobile and after 1pm they said system is not working whn u go to other branch they said is working and whn I ask questions thy dnt knw and thy said wait or maybe thy dnt knw English I ask question thy said wait and she went all r in one room using mobile no apologie nothing enjoying i talk to manager she called her colleague she told her in Arabic to let her go outside and tell her wait I have even prove how how in working timings u r using mobile

This bank is always busy. Don't deal with them if you don't like long lines.
