kmh is a literal S#its#ow of confusion and gross disrespect toward patients. My long-awaited MRI appointment became nightmare. When I arrived I was informed by a brown (whose Indian English comprehension is typically limited) to "go around to other side of building and basement" for my appointment." I did so, to find out it was closed on Saturday's, as they well know. Bewildered, I went back to this kmh joint and was offered repeated feeble excuses trying to blame me for their deliberate misdirection! When I told them to not argue with me, they continued anyway! Insult on top of their inability to function. After yet more confusion they FINALLY asked for my health card, which these women failed to do when I first arrived! Then the brown disappeared and I was informed by the black woman that my appointment was for 12 am (midnight), not 12 pm (noon)! Their office hours are typical are 8am to 5 pm; proof of kmh's scheduling nightmares and ineptitude. You would be better off waiting six months or less for a hospital mri; at least they know what they are doing. NEVER go to kmh for an MRI. kmh doesn't care, and I suspect this allows them to have such a disrespectful attitude towards patients needing this service. I would not want these wholly inept women touching me. There is no accountability for their unprofessional activities. You have been warned. Firing the two women behind the counter who gave me this overwhelmingly negative experience would be too good for them. The owner of this joint must be proud of these two wholly inept women.

Booking on the phone was very professional, friendly and efficient. Hadwen facility is very modern looking with large reception area and what appeared to be a sufficient staff to greet patients. I had to wait about 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment (not bad for the medical industry). Cardio technicians were efficient and professional, but not very engaging or particularly friendly. They just seemed like they were there to do their job, and nothing more. Agree with previous comments that the rooms need somewhere to put / hang your cloths. I came dressed for the event, but is there even a place to change your cloths? I agree that there needs to be a place to hang your cloths and put your personal items, and even a chair to sit on while put on your running shoes. Why not have cheap towels and a glass of water ready for patients after their stress test? Yes, the small things add up. Parking is impossible. There is valet parking, but I was not aware that it was free of charge until reading a review below. Overall the experience was fine and I'd return to the same facility if I had to.

Staff and punctuality was nice here. Did not have to wait much for my turn. Since they conduct most of the test on cardiovascular stuff they need to understand that there needs to be space to hang or put the clothes which you ask the patient to remove. Due to the weather we have to wear multiple layers of clothes and if there is no proper place to keep them it feels bad. These small things make big difference. Otherwise services were good. No complains in that regard.

I got referred by my doctor to see someone here about a lump in my throat. The doctor took a look at me for two seconds and said I was fine and to come back in 4 months for another ultrasound. In the meanwhile I went to another specialist and it was confirmed that same lump was in fact CANCER. The doctors here do not take their clients seriously and in a result left me untreated until my symptoms progressed erratically. I would not go here if you have the chance.

Great place to get your medical done. Friendly, efficient and effective. Keep it up.
What's great is the forward thinking KMH has shown in offering FREE valet services for their patients and kudos to King Valet Parking. Their customer service and friendliness is exceptional. Keep it up!

Visited today with my father, this is the second time attending this place.
The front desk staff are excellent, they're sweet ladies, we we're looked after by Stephanie and made our visit very easy!
And then Paul started the testing process and he was very patient and took time to explain the process carefully.
The place is very clean and organized and is a great example of how patients services should be!
Very impressed! keep up the good work!

I contacted Dr. Mundi office several times to obtain an appointment . His clinic refused to provide fresh appointment saying they need a fresh referral from family doctor. The family doctor says, I don't need fresh appointment as I am within 12 months period of referral. I will be asking College of Physicians advice to solve this issue.

A nice enough place, but poorly organized. Took my father there for a Routine Stress Test. Didn't have our correct address down, and had to reconfirm that. Waited an extra 30 minutes in the waiting room (no drinks or reading material), who was then taken in, given an injection, while the staff all together left for lunch. 45 minutes later they return, forced to give another injection. The tech can't find the vein to draw blood and ends up causing damage. What should've been a 1 hour visit became 3 hours.

For me: They lost my reports. Didn't forward them to Toronto General and lost the original time for MRI.
For my husband: never called him to give report of testing. Finally had family Dr call for results

Was there july 6 2020 and had a great experience, the machine tech was great and very friendly and upbeat. He made the whole experience actually pleasurable and the music that was played while in machine really helped.

They are a joke. Called me to book an appointment and after 10min of questions said they cannot help me and that I should go somewhere else. Defiantly a mickie mouse operation with dimwitted staff!

Nothing but friendly, courteous service from beginning to end. Very warm but professional staff. Explained procedure step by step and were very attentive to my comfort. Don t know any of their names except Sara. A big thank you to all. Facility has done a good job of spacing furniture for social distancing.

I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room (less than 5 minutes) for a stress test
The test was prepare by a technician, performed and administrated by a doctor. Both explained to me each step of the test.
Staff are friendly.

Sent in my requisition form and they called back to say the doctor checked off the wrong box and they would contact my doctor and book me an appointment. A week later I called back and they now claim they never got the form in the first place. Incompetent.

Received email and fixed appointment with automat...

Received email and fixed appointment with automated phone call 4 Times the same way and personally called them up before appointment. Still they delayed my appointment for Echo cardio .
At reception they said my appointment was cancelled for today after long time showing up my email and phone call logs they fixed my appointment.
Now the consulting doctor is changed and he is starting the test from beginning which was done earlier before seven years.
Without even consulting my family doctor they fixed my appointment.
People playing around with my heart issues.
I where is Canada going with health.
Very bad experience with KMH

I want to share that over and above the best place to have my medical done, it's very neat and state of the art tech with professional and pleasant staff. The music and environment have a soothing effect. The reception ladies are adorable! Thanks to take good care of the patients.
