Purchased electronic equipment which unfortunately turned out to be defective after returning home. Immediately contacted and agreed that a new one would be ordered immediately and the owner would call me back about this the same day, which did not happen. Contacted myself again after two days. Apologies and again promised that he would call me back the same day. Not so. The next day I contacted again and indicated that I now found it resentful that he again did not keep his appointments. From that moment on, the best man showed his true nature: anything but customer-friendly. Basically I just had to wait and not have to whine, because their service was great. This while the product could initially be delivered the next working day.
Only over a week later I was able to pick up the new device. Irritated I was told that I should be happy that he solved it this way because he could also have sent the defective device for repair and I would have had to wait even longer. Indicated that it does not work that way with items that are delivered defective, as I could have just asked for my money back the day after the purchase.
The annoying thing about the whole story is that the AIS transmitter and separate splitter are still not working properly until now, which I was confronted with again this week. Going back to this dear man, who could (should?) Have sold me a combination device instead of two separate devices, is not an option for me.
There is a big difference between appearing to be nice and customer-friendly (and expert) and actually being.
No more Lighthouse water sports for me.

Fairly pricey, but a great thing, unfortunately close early in the weekend. Have a lot of things in stock.

Super business always know what you are talking about, if you are looking for something for your moter and they don't have it they point to a business that does. It is also easy that they have / order things from optiparts. Staff always wants to help and is super nice. Well earned 5 stars
