Hotel looks still nice only in the lobby area.
Rooms are degrading continously. I was here 4 times (work related) and i could observe from 2010 till now the evolution.
What i could observe was how carpet was detached in some area in the room (maybe due to some flooding or excess usage?).
The closet had no doors anymore and not because originally did not exist, it was just because doors were detached due to usage/break.
3 power socket did not work. I thought my laptop died...well it wasn't so.
Heating...not the case. I felt many times that outside the room it was warmer. My colleague noticed about this to reception but she received an additional heater (probably ventilation did not work). I remember heating was an issue also on previous visit (not solved).
Ventilation, even not working (it was stopped), made a lot of noise. I barely could sleep...
I believe hotel needs urgent renovation. It doesn't look like a Hyatt or 4 star hotel anymore...
