Convenient to the airport, clean rooms, prompt room service.

the place is nice food is pricey. Amazing workers. Sean at the front desk and Jose in the kitchen made our trip wonderful. from suggestions to helping map out our trip thru the train stations

The Hyatt Regency O'Hare has hosted conventions on and off through the years and went through a remodelling process in 2006-7 that effectively gutted the old sports bar (a favorite of mine) and replaced with a much more public, open-spaced that - while nice - is a little too ESPN SportsCenter (read: way too many plasma TVs) for my liking. The older steakhouses and a good deal of the 60's-70's feel of the lobby's design got the axe as well. The rooms are not, I repeat, not big and although well-supplied are just too damn small from the economy-sized suites on down. For the length of time it was closed, they could've done a lot more with the rooms than they did. More geared for business travellers than vacationers or most convention-goers, SF or otherwise. Has been expensive to stay at in the past and probably won't change that much in the future, either.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was respectful

Staff were very friendly and professional, the room was clean and well appointed. Enjoyed our breakfast are the hotel restaurant.

Huge hotel, parking was free if you stayed overnight. Got a suit for a Bachelorette party and it was awesome.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, and very accommodating staff for a convention I was at. In addition the meeting areas were absolutely fantastic! The airport shuttle was also fast and efficient when I needed to get to and from O'Hare. I can't wait for the next time I'm at the hotel on my future travel.

I really like using their park and fly option. It costs between 120 to 150 and you can get 10% off with Costco membership.

Great hotel. I attend multipme conventions at the Stephen's convention center and this is my hotel of choice for conventions.

Went to a fantastic convention this past weekend. I was blown away by this gorgeous place.

It was close to the convention center, had a good restaurant inside, and the staff was able to fix the shower for us!

I was at the Hyatt for a business conference and did not spend the night. Nice place that is showing it's age, even after an older interior remodel.

Again, nice place just underwhelming.

I was at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare for a conference and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was accommodating, the facilities were top of the line, and navigating the large hotel was quite easy. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

It's a nice hotel but rooms are a bit dated. Good place for business meetings!

The rooms were vary spacious for 4 people and lots of luggage. The atmosphere around the hotel was amazing, and the hotel staff were very accepting of everything going on. The hotel is a few minutes walk from any desirable location as well.

Came for a conference, great venue, wonderful event, great parking discount for group, in and out no extra!

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency because of it's proximity to O' Hare and their park.sleep and fly option. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendly and helpful check in staff. The room was comfortable, and quiet, with a smallish bath room. The dining/ bar had a lounge like warm atmosphere and friendly bartenders/ waiters. The food was not over the top but good at a fair price. The covered parking was a breese and was attached to the hotel.The shuttles to O'Hare run every 15 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for a park, sleep and fly! I have booked again for this March.

Staff provide seamless, to quality service, solving a group's needs with creativity and professionalism. This Hyatt proves why they are the industry standard for event hosting.

The coffee shop is fairly good, and so is the restuarant. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the space is close by to the convention center. I go here for a convention each year and my only real downsize is how quick things sell out during the convention time.

Grand ballroom meal service was good but not great. Hotel temperature was too warm. Breakout conference rooms were nice.

I was there for prom, so the hall we were in was nice. The food was actually decent. The Hyatt in general was very nice and fancy. I was not surprised after learning they were a 4 star hotel. Can't comment on the rooms or stuff like that. But if you wanted to have a wedding reception there, the Hyatt would be a great place to have a reception.

Good hotel, rooms were clean and well kept. Food at the cafe was rather overpriced but good restaurants available in the area.

Chicago prices follow this chain. Rooms were small, airport noise was LOUD! We have stayed at other hotels which were much better maintained. $28 dollars for a cheap bottle of wine available for 8 DOLLARS at any liquor store. Found a cig butt under table in room.

Massive and impressive hotel. The location was amazing for park sleep fly Chicago out of ohare. I didn't get a bill under my door before i left and breakfast wasn't included which is always sad

Did not stay but great location if you are attending anything at the convention center.

Stay was good but I had to pay 30 dollars for parking overnight and that took me by suprise. That's an expensive parking. Will not book this hotel if I have to park.

Booked a room through hotel tonight but the room was already taken. Other than that the stay was great.

An older hotel, the historic ambiance is appealing.
The room was small, and didn't have a microwave, but the TV and associated capabilities was exceptional. The hotel was clean and conveniently located by the airport and the mall!

The walk from the hotel to the conference center using the skyway is way too long.
