The husband and I stay here once a year for his company's Christmas party - I always look forward to the experience. The hotel is clean, easy to navigate, and quiet! My only gripes are the fact the bath's drains are ineffectual at best, and that the bed we had this time was a little less comfortable for some reason... maybe a slightly older room? But other than that, the staff is very friendly and accomodating, and it's in a fantastic spot to see the rest of Greenville.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great restaurant and a starbucks inside the hotel. The rooms are very nice, the beds are very comfortable and the location is the best. The sales team was great. I had a couple of minor issues but they did not interfere with my workshop and everything was handled right away. I will be back!

I've made about five trips to this place this year and was alarmed by the adjacent room noise. There was a guy talking extremely loud. Very disturbing for sleep. I reported it incident to the front desk. Eventually he settled down after 10:30 pm.

Long Line for check in, at least 12 people before me. Only one person at front desk. In some laps in between two persons at the front desk. More than a half and hour for check in, just to tell me that they don't have rooms available and as soon as they have a room available, they will send and e-mail.
The e-mail never came.
Room has the necesary to make you confortable.

I'm local to Greenville and when I was moving to my new apartment in October, I booked a night here using my World Hyatt Points. All I can say is WOW! This Hyatt was among the best that I've stayed at. I checked in a bit early, and the lady that checked me in was super friendly! I was granted an upgrade (unexpected since I was using points). The upgraded room was fantastic! I looked the nice view into the lobby area. The pool area was wonderful - it's nicely hidden (felt like it wasn't in the city).

Valet parking here is bargain for what they charge (compared to other hotels I've stayed at).

This hotel was an escape from reality and allowed me to destress nicely. I can't wait to find a reason to stay here again.

Love this place. Perfect location. Great restaurants near by. Lots to do within walking distance. Even if you don't leave the hotel there's a great bar and lounge.

Highly recommended. We will be back for sure!

Was really disappointed that breakfast was not complimentary. For $145 a night, you would at least like some fruit and cereal in the morning instead of being forced to go elsewhere or overpay for a mediocre brunch menu.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the last few years and I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had in regards to the people.. both the staff and the guests. I stayed in the Palmetto Suite for the night. View was very cool & unusual.. Was a nice room. Bed was just a tick too soft for my back but otherwise had a good night's rest. I think the one thing I found lacking for a suite was the kitchen/bar area. It had nothing in it except a Kuerig maker. No dishes, silverware, hand towels, cups.. Nothing. It had its own ice maker that was full of water.. It intrigued me quite a bit! I'd stay again for sure but would hit up the restaurant before going to my room lol

We just came to look at the 2018 Festival of Trees and had a wonderful time. The lobby, entrance area, and bathrooms were all very tidy and clean, and although it was very busy at the bar area, it was a very relaxed atmosphere. We didn't speak to staff or have any drinks so that was the extent of our experience.

Friendly staff, but the rooms are so-so and well below the quality you would expect from a Hyatt. The location is good, though, right at the top of North Main Street.

It's alright, but certainly nothing special. For a similar price, you might want to consider the Hampton Inn Suites down near the river instead.

Things may improve in the future now that the Marriott owns the hotel, but I've stayed here a few times over the last few years and nothing has really changed, except that Internet is no longer free in the room ($10/day via T-Mobile).

I was really disappointed with the housekeeping staff. I need to call Hyatt and get some clarification about the glasses they put out in rooms. If they are cleaned with a rag and the hot water from the bathroom sink like we saw, Hyatt may be losing a major fan of the product.

I love this hotel. It's a comfortable, clean, excellent location because is downtown at Greenville, SC. Also, it's beautiful and looks like an elegant hotel. I went a time but if I came back to Greenville, SC, of course, I will be hosting in that one.

Excellent conference venue. I cannot speak to staying in the lodgings, but the conference facilities were great. Seemed to be trouble with the electronics for some presentations, but that may have been conference staff and not Hyatt issues.

5 Stars easily. You are NOT going to find a better place to enjoy yourself when it comes to hotels in this city. More like the whole state of South Carolina. You should feel lucky to have a night with your significant other here for example. I almost don't want to go anywhere else. Pricey but well worth it.

I was here for a conference. It's in a great location in downtown Greenville, has a very spacious and beautiful lobby area, the staff is nice and polite, the facilities are great, and the rooms don't disappoint at all.

Attended a conference here for two days. Did not stay in a room. Service and support for conference was great though. Professional setting with accommodations for many different meeting types. Responsive staff in cases of urgency (e.g. A/V support). Banquet food prepared for breakfast and lunch was very very good, with no reason to look outside the hotel for quality food.

We left our medicine in the room after I checked out. I called and asked if they would ask housekeeping not to throw it away. I arrived and waited 20 minutes for Vicki to come speak to me. She lied and said they didn t find anything. I sent my Spanish speaking husband up to speak to the housekeepers and they say.. Vicki came and got it. She lied and wouldn t return it to me. She also lied and said that the housekeepers throw away the trash after every room they clean? Dishonest!
How dare she.. my husband has cancer and needs it for pain.
Be warned!
