Staff 5 stars excellent, the valet parking person, front desk, servers at the breakfast... My least favorite was the bed; it had blanket underneath that every time I moved it moved every where and the pillows were all hard not one was soft (not the best to rest). Also the window had a big stain and the water at the hot tub (spa) was not clean.

Clean affordable exciting ,comfortable beds and nice rooms. Mostly quiet and centrally located I'm Safe clean neighborhood with helpful staff, sauna, pool, bar, and covered indoor hall to self parking garage.
Loved it my room was awesome the view was amazing and there was alot to do close by too I'm happy with my experience staff was pretty nice they all have smiles on there face and if you ever forget something they have a list of things they have for you if you forgot any of your items at home
Super unfortunate stay! This should not be a 4 star rated hotel! Staff was not friendly or helpful with our many issues we encountered in our less than 24 hour stay. Do not park in the self parking garage! You won't be able to get out! We got stuck and were late to dinner, no one would answer the call button or the main hotel number to help. There was a line of cars just stuck in the garage! If you are going to charge for parking, then pay someone to attend to it! Then, at 2:45am, the fire alarm in our room started beeping waking up all of our kids. Again, we could not get anyone at the front desk to answer the phone for 30 minutes! When I approached the front desk staff about our terrible experience, I was not offered anything but to comp my parking. Clearly under staffed, un-organized, and not the 4 star quality you would expect from a Hyatt.
Just average from a major national hotel chain. I expect more from Hyatt. Priced like you are in downtown even though you are in the tech center. Service is fine and rooms are clean, but eat and drink anywhere else. Food is institutional quality and prices are outrageous, especially on alcohol. Banquet services are even more disappointing.
Surprised this is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very average, 3 star quality. A bit musty in the rooms and humid. No real 4 star ammedities in the rooms. They have Pedestal sinks in the bathroom which are really hard to get ready with all my products etc. I prefer the vanity type sink set up. Water pressure in the shower is good. Views are limited, just of other buildings and parking lots.
The lobby was very clean and luxurious, the magenta LED s and glass elevator really make a statement(a good one). They always have fruit infused water to grab (free) when you re thirsty. Comfortable lounging areas with places to eat and watch tv. Big, beautiful conference rooms for large meetings and events, and much more. The concierges are always helpful, they have full knowledge of the building, and downtown Denver. On the second level, there is space for events and a fantastic restaurant and bar. (Root 25 is the name of the restaurant)It offers delicate appetizers and filling feasts, great kids menus, and drinks. I recommend the pork sliders.... sooooo good! Let s move on to the rooms. Elevator service is good, really cool sky bridges, and high quality features on the first 8 floors that they have remodeled so far. The upper floors are.... brown, and......beige. Nice bathrooms and storage space though, clean everything, no need to worry. The sheets are very thin, so ask for an extra set before it s too late. Views are good, see the Rockies! Room service is fantastic, we had low expectations for the eggs, but they turned out perfect! The water pressure is a little low, so be prepared. Great wedding hotel, surprisingly enough. The Perks downstairs has really god coffee and parfaits. The pool and gym are very nice, definitely recommend going for a swim.... just keep in mind the altitude. If you are visiting Denver, or looking for a weekend getaway, this is a good option to put on the table. The photos below are of the view from a room, the glass elevator in the lobby, and sunset from just outside the hotel. Enjoy
We love this place. Second time staying here. Our reservation was lost and they had no problem getting us another room. They even hooked it up with an upper level room with a view. Also, being a rewards member gets you a lower rate, and it's free to sign up!
We stayed a week. The beds were old, the key cards to the room had to be exchanged because they never worked, the linens were not changed daily and if you request anything you will have to wait a long time.
Hyatt is very comfortable and accommodating. I fell ill while there and they were very solicitous and kind. Do be aware if you pay with a debit card, they hold money for incidentals, which is fine, but can strain the budget if unplanned. They've been very kind and service is terrific!
Very nice hotel. Attended charity gala event in the ballroom. Beautifully decorated and well organized. Parking was convenient and provided easy access to hotel lobby. I would recommend hosting more events here in the future.
I stayed at the Haytt to attend the 2018 PBUS Conference. Overall, the property is beautiful. Front Desk team are very receptive and attentive. The issue is with staffing in the Food & Beverage Department. The bar/lounge was always under staffed durng big rushes. The catering team allowed for all (every dish) to be empty in the middle of a buffet luncheon and the soup they served was burnt because they didn't have water in the heating station base. Although they were under staffed, all team members had a great personality and we're good servers.
The room was nice enough; however, we had issues with noisy guests in the next room. Also, we went to the pool area and used the hot tub, but the filter didn't seem to be working and we were sitting in dirty, warm water.
Went there for anomaly convention, met very friendly hotel staff, the location was great, as in, it accommodates the mass of people attending. Would recommend this hotel
Location is great for an event but it is far from downtown if you're looking to take part of downtown Denver. Staff was very friendly everything was immaculately clean.
The lobby is stunning; the staff impeccably attired, friendly, and helpful. The rooms, or mine at least, was on the shabby side. The carpet was filthy and deeply stained; they a/c inefficient; the bedside table light very difficult to turn in and harder to turn off. The vent fan in the bathroom was inoperative, unable to clear the steam from a relatively short shower and there appeared to be mold along the tub- surround caulking.
The hotel very nice as well as the room, but the front desk employee was absolutely not at all helpful. In fact he told me that it doesn t really matter if you are part of the Hyatt member. He also told me to get room online so then he will just look up confirmation number. I was standing in front of him and then he stated that the charge fir incidentals wouldn t be charged, but the total cost of room was over the amount he quoted us. It seemed as if he had no clue how to check people in and unable to offer any kind of help.
For one of the priciest hotels in the DTC, access to hot water should be a more than reasonable expectation. In addition, TV channels were limited, rooms were extremely dated, and there isn't a fitness center.
This was a personal stay, but we were also looking for hotels to use for our company guests. Needless to say, we'll be booking somewhere else.
Exceptionally professional staff, concierge and valet. Beautiful hotel inside and out as well. One item to work on: all of the parking that's within a reasonable distance of the front door is restricted to valet. At $15-24 per use that's a pretty big issue. If someone needs to go in/out quickly it creates a fairly bad experience. Still a great place but the parking situation needs work.
I have never received such bad customer services at a Hyatt. We tried to tell them about hairs in the bathtub and were completely ignored. We had to have our keys redone multiple times because it would not let us open the parking gate with our room key. We never received apologies for the inconvenience.
GI POW WOW meeting held here again. Nice rooms at a big discount were available. Pretty quiet and very comfortable rooms. Indoor pool and weight room were good. There was catered buffet breakfast and buffet lunch served along with coffee service throughout the meeting. Ballroom for the conference was nice and comfortable. Parking and WiFi were also free for the conference. I'd return if they held the meeting here next year.
I went there to meet a friend for a drink. The atmosphere is pleasant and the people were very friendly. I like the drink and the food I are which was delicious. I do recommended the place.
One hour, or short term parking is scarce as almost whole lot is reserved for Valet parking. Yes, there is a parking lot with gate that raises up and down, but idk if one has to pay or not, so I didn't even try. Otherwise, once inside, it's very quiet and empty. Rooms are nice and spacious.
I had my parents in town for thanksgiving, I put them up at this hotel and I will absolutely use them from now on. My parents couldn't stop raving about how nice the staff was, so accommodating and helpful. That means a lot to me as they need extra assistance at times as well as changing their room to ADA accessible without me even coordinating that. Thank you for making the holidays extra special, worth every penny!
Kinda disappointed. The bathroom was weird, the only light was in the mirror, no fan so it was foggy after our shower for a long time. Rooms felt like they had no soundproofing so we were woken up several times by normal noise levels in the hallway. The restaurant had pretty good food, but they asked us like 3 times about what should be on the check and we never saw it before they took our card; so that was weird and unprofessional. Overall it was clean and looked nice but I don't think it was 4 stars.
Was there for a leisurely visit overnight while visiting some friends and immediately after entering the building I was amazed. It had a very beautiful layout, service was over and above, everyone was always so nice, rooms were clean, and overall had a great stay and definitely worth the price I payed.
