We stayed here with our 4.5 year old son and loved it. The pools were nice, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. The view from our room was gorgeous and the staff was so accommodating. However, the price for a less than mediocre "buffet" breakfast was borderline absolutely ridiculous, and we weren't told upon booking through their website that there would be a parking fee for every night that we stayed. Kind of a bummer when you're already paying high money for a room.

We stayed a few nights and had the best time. Everything is spotlessly clean and the staff were all so polite, professional, and accomodating. The food and drinks were great too. My only complaint is that I wish people were required to be on tubes when on the lazy river so people who want to relax are able to do so. There are constantly kids playing around you doing things they could be doing in a regular pool. The lazy river area closes at 5, so maybe there could be an option for adults only for a couple of hours from 5-7? I love that there is a hot tub and a pool that are for 17 years old and up only. We really enjoyed the ferry ride and private beach and will come back again.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent for a wedding. Friendly staff and welcome drinks. Rooms are pricey but you do get to use the water park which is awesome. Of note if you don't rent a room it's $50.00 for a day pass. I think that's too expensive. My fiance loves this place. There's a climbing rock also .....

This hotel is beautiful. They have huge rooms and the pool is amazing. They also have a private island in the gulf they bring you to via boat. Tarpon Cay is a fantastic restaurant for seafood on property. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there and hope to return soon.

Great rooms - spacious and luxurious offering nice views of the area. Food was good - a little expensive for what it is but normal for hotel / resorts.

Only negatives were the cleaning staff were not wearing masks while cleaning the rooms. Saw this twice on the 7th floor and we handed in some money that was found by the pool area only to see it quickly pocketed by the front desk person. A bit of a shame to see that.

Great Service, clean facilities. Away from areas to walk to restaurants etc. No secure Wifi available so as a physician I could not do computer work while there. Most major resorts offer secure wifi for free or for a minimum fee.

Room is dated, worn out, and kinda gross. Carpet stains, dirty bath tub, and banged up furniture/walls. Badly needs a refresh. There was some weird goo on the table in the room. Sorry Hyatt this one needs help.

This is a Great resort! The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel is absolutely beautiful! They have a terrific kids program. It rained when we were there but that's ok because they had the MVP video game trick there. The kids had a blast playing during the storm.

Spring break expect prices to be jacked up and poor quality service . Had to wait extreme times for pillows and extra sheets while kids were falling sleep on chairs waiting for it, they said there was only one house keeper working ! For the entire resort, that sounded insane . But the most frustrating is if you have kids 4-6 range , it s very difficult . My son is too big for kiddie slide , and wanted to go in the next big slide with his sister but just a hair too short ... literally .. his hair makes the height but they push down to almost try to make them not fit. So of course my daughter won t go on the slide without him , he s crying to go on , it s not an enjoyable vacation what so ever ... with young kids stuck to Disney .. much more kid friendly, especially at the pool areas where we spend most of our day !

Best resort in southwest Florida especially for kids! The pools are amazing and they have plenty of activities for kids. The adult pools look nice too! Great spot even for a local stay-cation

Awesome resort! the rooms are very nice, with a mini fridge, sink, utensils, and microwave. The staff is awesome and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this resort. Its in a prime place for shopping as well as a very large mall is 2 miles away. Great place!

I am a Hyatt Globalist - at the top tier in the Hyatt loyalty program, so I spent lots of time at Hyatts all over. This is one of the best properties and Hyatt Regency properties in the chain. Great pools, a private beach, and the outstanding staff we have come to expect. We would stay here again any time.

The place is a 20/20, The Asst Manager I think his name is Neil, he's possibly the nicest person on the entire planet! Being African American born and raised in Naples felt kinda out place. He made me and my fiance feel more than welcome! He's committed to great service and goes above and beyond his duties, and I'll definitely be staying there in the future! If you have kids, you will not regret this.... What an adventure, and all because one guy convinced me to actually stay. Thank you sir! You're the best Neil!

Loved it.. would love to bring my family.
There are so many activities for kids of all ages. Lots of pools and water slides...even a Lazy River. There is a beautiful, white-sand Private Island for all to enjoy. A boat ride takes you over to it. It has chairs and umbrellas there waiting for you. The grounds of the resort are so lush and tropical. And the food was fabulous.

Overpriced, not worth it. Clogged sinks (both of them!) bathroom door lock doesn't function (notice the dirt on the door), toilet flash handle is broken, old tape from decorations on the wall... And they are willing to charge up to $750 per night?? The resort is not even located on the shore (the closest beach is 20 min away)

Alright- I don't write reviews but I was obligated here and for good reason. My daughter left her pillow that is her "lovey" (passed down for two generations, yea I know we love pillows a little too much) anyways, we left it there, it was left in the sheets. Neil at the front desk went above and beyond including chasing laundry carts and digging through them to find the pillow. Thank you Neil! That's real customer service that goes above and beyond.

Hope that the management staff is aware of the gem they have in Neil. He embodies what the Hyatt is all about.

Regarding the rest of the hotel, we actually are locals and pay to stay here at this hotel simply because it's that great. We haven't been in 3 years and we were excited to see all that's been added including a new lazy river and some awesome water slides. We have 3 kids (all under 6) and it was great. The hotel does a great job of creating a kid friendly environment without sacrificing the stay of the rest of the guests who don't have kids.

In general the staff is overly friendly, as I mentioned the situation with Neil and him going above and beyond. The one gentleman (didn't get his name) who helped us with our bags helped to get our car loaded and in all was great as well.

In short, we will most definetly keep coming back to the Hyatt and glad we live so close to be able to do so!

Very nice resort for families with children. Does get a little over crowded on weekends making it hard to ride the water slides, enjoy the lazy river or catch an elevator without waiting a long time. Clean rooms with nice amenities. Lounge was less than average compared to other Hyatt locations. Boat ride to island was nice and lots of shelling can be done. Overall was a nice stay with a child.

Great place with an awesome golf course and awesome pool. Also they have their own private island which is pretty cool. Great restaurants and cool events. Also the cool bean marketplace is pretty nice.

I've attended two functions at this Resort. One was a business dinner and most recently was a wedding. The pool area is amazing. The staff from the bartenders to the servers in the banquet halls are all very professional and cordial.

Stayed 4 nights at a cost over 3k. Called front desk because the tub water was brown. Front desk advised us to run for 15 minutes. After the 3rd night I called down and advised that it was still brown. The front desk agent Allison sent up the engineer, he looked at the tub and said oh the water here is that color ! What! I should ve stayed at the Ritz, if it wasn t for the kiddos. They lack customer service here. Allison never called to follow up or apologize for us not being aware of the water color. I guess they assume this is normal and all hotel guest are aware. No where in my reservation does it indicate your children will be bathing in brown water.

I also witnessed a front desk agent be selective at who she yelled across the floor to put on there mask Most of the property staff remind me of days inn employees. Sticking with Bonvoy Marriott.

We held a conference here and were blown away by the conference staff. Big shout out to Steve! The food was awesome, the PSAV staff were on top of things and everyone remarked on the hotel staff as being outstanding! If you want to have a conference and never have to worry about anything and have all your needs met this is the place!

Very very nice hotel. Fun place to stay. Lazy river for us lazy adults definitly a plus.
Food over priced.. But what does one expect at a resort.
Long long walk from hotel to pool. Long long walk to island jitney boat.
Lots of places to chill on a hot day.
Rooms very comfey. Beds and linens very soft.
Concierge services are top notch.
Pool staff handed out squirt guns to combat the birds swooping down to take french fries.
One of my top resorts.

Our experience was unbelieveable GOOD. From the hotel to the private beach and the hospitality(customer service) is flawless. Looks like we found ourselves a family vacation resort. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome lazy river. Overpriced food/drinks. Facilities top notch. But place was very empty that was both good and bad. Good that there weren't too many out of control kids. Bad that there weren't any other young couples for us to meet and hang out with. Brought our dog. But this place is more pet friendly for a toy breed ( very small like purse size dog) not my mini poodle. He is an awesome adaptable pup and enjoyed the balcony views and sleeping on the balconies while we swam in the pools. Wish we could have brought him down to dine with us, but he wasn't allowed anywhere in the resort other than the front lawn area to walk and do his business.

Great hotel, the pools are amazing, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are big. It needs a little refresh but overall it s really nice. The BIG negative is that we could see MANY guests not wearing masks even though it s mandatory and no one of their staff seemed to care. It was very stressful and disappointing. They need to enforce masks for those guests that are worried for their health.

It was a nice place to stay, clean and updated, however my cocktails were all terrible the first day, at 11-15$ each I expect a good drink. The second day they were much better. Food was average, nothing special. I felt for the price we could have stayed somewhere else for less and had the same experience or better somewhere else. Probably won't stay there again.

Sign up early for the boat ride to their beach. Once the boat is full you'll have to wait for the next. The lazy rive is off sight from the main hotel. You will have to go and sign up because there are a limited amount given. After 3 pm you can go without signing. Kids loved the pool and the lazy river is nice.
