I loved this property! We were greeted with mimosas while checking in! Service was awesome throughout our stay! There is a lazy river, water slides, and a few pools to choose from. There is an adults only pool in case you want to escape the little ones. Lots of games on the property as well (ping pong, cornhole, Connect 4, etc.)
You can take a quick 10 minute boat ride to their private island where beach chairs and umbrellas are already set up. One note- if you go to the island, be sure to bring towels, food and drinks for the day. They have restrooms, but nothing else.
There was face painting, balloon animals and a magic show for the kids. Lots of activities for the kids as well as a kids club.
This is a great family property where mom and dad can relax and the kids will have a blast!

The property is pretty. We spent quite a bit of time at the pool and tried the lazy river. It was nice. The drinks and food were good and probably what you would expect to spend. However, the low score is really all about the bed. I ve never seen a blanket so thin. It was a down comforter that looked 10 years old. It was as thin as a sheet, which weren t great either. The pillows were lumpy. Overall, the entire bed situation was horrible.

Pleasant surprise to attend a conference here and see the facilities here and all they have to offer. Water park, pools, slides, chipping area and a wide range of activities. The plus it's taking the boat out to the beach. Pack a lunch, beers and sunblock!
The food isn't the best here, it's all about the location and activities.

No CABLE. No 4 star major chain has no CNN, CNBC, Fox, Sports. Very disappointed. Never again.

I proposed to my girlfriend during this trip to your hotel. The trip was excellent and I received above and beyond care from the manager, Mina, who made sure everything was perfect for the occasion. We truly felt very cared for and had a great time knowing we were in good hands and valued.

I am a lover of Hyatt resorts in general but this resort is truly gorgeous. If you want to escape and be on a property that offers you a vacation, this Hyatt is really amazing. We stayed at this resort for a few days for a conference. The grounds themselves are just really gorgeous. They have several pools, slides and a lazy river. They have an outdoor bar that is just fun to sit and hang out. They also have an indoor bar that is inviting and a comfortable size. We got the opportunity to stay in one of their suites, and we were really impressed. This resort offers amazing views. We ate at several of the restaurants, and thought they were great too. If you love to gold, their greens are just beautiful. You honestly could come to this resort and never feel the need to leave the property.

I've had the pleasure of staying here twice. Both times were extremely memorable with my wife. The pools are absolutely amazing! The staff are top notch. Very clean and absolutely beautiful. I have our third trip here planned for May 14th-16th on a mini vaca with my wife and 2 sons. We can't wait to go and are extremely excited! HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing resort with incredible service and amenities! The lazy river was my favorite! Expensive food and drinks, but that is expected from any resort. The pools were beautiful and I loved the water slides! We had a girls trip and had a blast here! Will be back!!

The grounds are amazing and the food was good at the restaurant. We were disappointed by the bathrooms at the poolside area near the last river. They smelled like urine and out server was agitated and didn't seem to want to answer any food questions as my wife is vegan. It seemed a bother. The 3 stars is for the grounds and quality of food. Had it not been for that it would have been 1 or 2. My wife and MIL were there for massages and got a pool pass for the day for the family. We may/may not return. I expected more for the price and Hyatt name. Visit date was Sunday, November 11th.

We had a Great time. My kids really enjoyed the water park including a lazy river and the multiple water slides. The accommodations were both spacious and beautiful and the restaurants on hotel grounds were delicious

Great pool area, and pontoon boat to private beach is nice. A bit pricey for a resort not directly on the ocean, yet the kids enjoyed themselves. Fire pit for making your own smores at night is also nice, although would be nice if pools were open later than sundown. Also, last return boat from private beach leaves at 415pm, so no chance of enjoying a beautiful sunset unless you hop in car and drive about 30 to 45 minutes to a nearby beach or restaurant. I would recommend Marco Island Marriott or Ritz Carlton Naples as a much better choices for couples.

We paid extra for a balcony room with a view, and outside we were overlooking the parking garage with an angle toward the pool area. The building is designed poorly, so the only rooms with great views are the upper levels facing west towards the ocean.

Very new and clean overall with lots of things to do such as waterslides and many different pools and the best of all, the lazy river for you to relax your day on vacation or meetings...

I love their multi-fire places then they sell a smores package [$18] for you to enjoy the marshmallow and chocolate with long stick!! If you think its a bit costy for smores then get yourself a package from near market.

The only thing is the rooms are a bit pricy so you have to make sure to manage ur budget but the hotel is a resort which has most of the things you need to play and relax, so as long as you are seeking for nice weather and quite relaxing days in southern florida, this can be a good place.

Excellent Resort, Excellent Hotel.

Excellent Resort, Excellent Hotel.
This place is everything you want for a relaxing stay. Its a little pricey, but for what you get it fantastic. We had fantastic weather. Enjoyed the walks on the boardwalk, the water park and the pools. The restaurants are amazing and the rooms are spacious, clean with awesome views. Really there is nothing negative to say. If anything, I would check if there are any conventions during your stay as when we were there, a convention with lots of people booked some of the grounds so we were not able to walk around and also the convention people take over the bar.
The golf course nearby is flat but nice and shopping is only a 15 min ride away. Great Stay.

I'm continuing my review from earlier for pricing of the resort. When you say resort suites it's usually full kitchen of some sort. In a one bedroom suite theres no microwave or stove but mini fridge only. Updating is a must for pricing of rooms. The rooms & baths are still in 1900's. Just two joining rooms are put together creating a overpriced suite. Marketplace was ridiculous in the double pricing of everything on campus. Overall they're very accommodating & nice staff. The resort fee plus parking prices are too expensive. I understand resort fees of some kind but parking should be free per room. On top of that staff expects tips all day.

We staycation here because it is a very lovely property with lots of amenities, pools, golf, Private Island Beach, pets are allowed, lazy river, great rooms, great staff, awesome restaurants on the resort and locally close, and for those visiting, plenty of shopping close by. What more could you want!?

Personnel did their best, pool was good enough filtered, and only thing that was weird that hotel parking was paid, guess how else guests can arrive there other than driving their cars? Also I got a questions to restaurant with their breakfast it was tasteless.

Visited in October 2018 for my niece's wedding. Stayed 3 days and enjoyed the pools. This venue was perfect and everything wad just flawless. The dinner was excellent and we all had a ball at the reception. I upgraded my room to a water view just for the ambience. Drinks at the pool bar were great. No complaints.

My experience was not the greatest, I booked a room with a balcony, when I arrived it was a miniture balcony that you cannot put a chair or anything outside, we wanted facing the water and we got facing the greenery not too bad but their was a construction right there, the small refrigerator in the room was leaking water with call, they came an they said they fixed it, around one hour again it was leaking water on the floor, our refreshment were still hot, then again call then they replace it with a working refrigerator, the night table were sticky and dirty, they gave us two towels dirty that had s____ on them. the floor were filthy, the lazy river, wall climbing was closed. I would not stay there again for the amount of money we pay and ate was a dissapointment. Staff were good. the restaurant a little pricey but the food was good.

Although I love the Hyatt at Coconut point, I think they have made a big mistake by installing paid parking machines. They told us it was $2 when it was actually $4. We went to an event there today and it took 1/2 hour to get out of the parking lot. Big mistake for busy working people.

The grounds of this hotel ate so tranquil and beautiful you wont want to leave! Great place for families and kids. The resort has a lazy river, slides, games for the kids, a boat that takes you to their private beach. Great place for a wedding.

A really nice location and facilities. There seems to be so many conference rooms here you can get lost in the hallways. A beautiful pool area and restaurant facilities makes guests really feel pampered here at this high rise hotel.

Perfect for a family vacation. Lots of pool and other activities for the kids. Has beach access to private island via 10 minute boat ride. Also able to access nearby Hyatt time share resort via shuttle 5 minutes away with its own pool including a lazy river. We also got a great deal on the rate.

This is a conference hotel. If you like hanging out with conference people and their free loading hanger-ons then this is the place for you. Service is average at best. They ration everything ... soap, coffee, towels. Aside from the pool, kids activities are non-existent and the kids club is full with 3 kids on a rainy day. The pools are nice but overcrowded. The beach is nice but you have to take a shuttle, which left behind my wife and 5 year old daughter because it was full . Who does that?
