Be careful booking with this hotel if you are not 100% sure of your dates. I changed my arrival date to one day later than I originally booked, and they increased the rate for each night to the "current" rate which was $40 more per night. I didn't add any nights, just pushed back my arrival date. This is a ridiculous policy.

Beautiful Property.. But In Room service is Horrible! Pay 40 for breakfast and no cart for in room dinning You get paper bags of food. No carafe water have to purchase bottle water Food wasn t even warm! no hot coffee they bring you Starbucks warm coffee no cream. Never Ever staying here again.!!! This is supposed to be a family hotel but the accommodations in room are terrible.

Nice hotel but rates are very high compared to what one would expect for the price. Room service poor. Service didn't cube two days. Never replaced dirty glasses. Excellent service and for food in restaurants but again over priced for quality. Lazy River is out of control. People swimming, kids jumping and cannonballing off the sides. Not peaceful and no staff to oversee safety. They charge$475 for one day Cabana! Needless to say, definitely not with the cost. Difficult to find lounge chairs at any of the pools. Over crowded and insufficient number of chairs

From the moment we walked in, staff was not friendly at all, I am a Discoverist member, I asked for a room upgrade, did not happened.
On the notes I clearly said we were there celebrating my sons birthday, the manager the checked us in did not even mention anything to us.
The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we had ever sleep in, we did not get a good night sleep at all.
And the worst part we arrived at the pool area around 10:50 AM and a very rude guy approached me and told me the pool chair we were sitting in we had to pay $20 each Before 11:00 o clock which was only 10 minutes away they were free.
He was supposed to be the supervisor with no customer service experience at all.
He end up coming back to tell me the since it was 11 already we could stay after giving such hard time.
Over all the kids had fun at the water park but that was the only positive thing of our $1000 day at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point.

Nice accomodations, nice pools, take the ferry to the private beach and see the dolphins who will swim up to you, loved the ice cream store inside hotel, eat at poolside restaurant, loved the water each day with different fruits in front of entrance

Hotel that has several activities and pool area to spend a good time and have fun as a child, going down the two slides and let yourself be carried by the lazy river. They have a transfer to the beach that offers an excellent service, the beach is not the best but there are lounge chairs and sun umbrellas.

I love this resort. Nice job with newly renovated rooms and public spaces. Great new on site water park with speed slides and lazy river. Also, take the Hyatt trolley bus to the Plantation for their incredible lazy river and pools as well. At the Hyatt, Corkscrew pol bar and grill has some really good food choices, one of which is the ahi tuna salad. Take Hyatt owned pontoon boat to their private island and you just might see dolphins frolicking in the boat wake. Such an incredible sight to see. For dinner, the fresh seafood at Tarpon Bay Restaurant is a must try. If you need assistance with anything while there, see Gale at the concierge desk. She is exceptional and one of a kind.

Great rooms along with great service from the concierge staff in the Club Level rooms. Super location in the center of town. Just blocks from the beach. It doesn't get better than this in Naples.Thank you Nancy, Tyler and Lea

We stayed here for a night to celebrate my birthday. We took the kids and spent the day playing in the pools. They have 3 pools. One with a lazy river and 2 water slides. Another adult pool with a water falls and a kids pool with a small water slide. The grounds have giant Jenga, a golf range, yard Connect Four and more. There are a few good restaurants right on property but they can be quite expensive and we found food quality did not reflect the prices charged. There are many better restaurants in the area however sometimes convenience outweighs cost when you've spent the whole day out in the hot sun at the pool. They have a fire pit you can cook s'mores over and they sell everything you need for them at the hotel. This hotel houses my favorite spa in the area, tranquil and serene-it is a treat. There are a few stores to shop through at the hotel. Great place to celebrate something special or to get away with your love or family. Great for anybody as well as businesses of looking for a place to have a sales meeting, etc. Well equipped for business conferences.

Hotel is great. Rooms are nice. My only issue are the birds by the kid pool. Some of the crows are very aggressive and have attacked my wife three times in our first day. We have moved to another area which has helped. Other than that, we like the place.

When I said I have the best service is because I mean that, my expectations are really high because I work for a luxury hotel five stars which the training is very intense and not easy.. But

Great kid friendly resort, with slides and lazy river pool features. Eat away from resort to save big bucks. Awesome having a private charter boat to take you to private island for a fantastic beach adventure!

It was okay, nothing great. It is mainly a conference hotel. Definitely need to have a car while there so you can get out of there to do fun things. The food was barely edible and we tried every place they had to eat. The pools were loud, and not the cleanest I ever seen. Spent half the time waiting for the elevators. Staff was nice but it seemed like a training experience for most of them. Overall it was just okay for the price.

Excellent hidden beach area. Not another person for miles. Lots of wildlife including turtles and schools of dolphins just off the shore. Canopy walking trails next to the gulf and lots of shells on the beach for kids to pick up.

Starting with the property it s just breath taking...

Starting with the property it s just breath taking it s a paradise and a island big resort like hotel or better the area it s secluded surrounded by a beautiful Floridian vegetation there are Albert four types of pools with different attractions and fun for different types of people for kids adults for families I personally enjoyed that a lot because you get to choose privacy and calm or more splash and fun This place I want to remark it has one of the highest levels of cleaning list that I have seen in a hotel Everywhere including rooms and other areas the beach at the Hyatt private key it s absolutely beautiful, please keep in mind if you re staying at the property if you re planning to go to the beach but make you some pictures ahead of time every morning you secure a spot on the boat that takes you to the beach , The dining options I encounter that there were not so many considering I pulled it right that place open during weekdays it has a limited variety of options and very pricey ,during weekends the other restaurant the Tanglewood opens for dinner but same limited options and pricey , The breakfast it s very good however you may find they run out of some breakfast items early and the pricy you pay you expect a little bit better , but not a big problem honestly , One option if you don t like to go to the buffet it s the cafeteria located by the Lobby They have a pretty good variety of breakfast sandwiches and coffees , it s a small place and can get pretty bussy please be patient they work as hard and quick as possible .I think is a genuine and fantastic offer for family geteways just 2 hours west of Miami International Airport , if you encounter any isolated issue with service or amenities , make sure to please consider that we all deal with all the changes and our current and unprecedented situation, we have to be kind to each other and for sure if you come (I hope not) across any situation or any issues for SURE the hotel front desk team , Carrie , Ursula , Neil , Mrs LeonArds , will for sure go out of their way to make your stay is pleasant , they are AMAZING , as Well as part of the management team I had the chance to meet also was very good and attentive .

I really want to like this hotel; the poolside is absolutely beautiful and I believe they take care of loyally Hyatt members with a nice view. However, there were several issues (some mentioned, many not as I d prefer not to complain too much). As much as I d like to love this hotel, I anticipate my family will never return as the biggest flaw is that the beds/pillows/sheets are awful. I switched to Hyatt this year and will be a Globalist very soon based on preferring Hyatt s bedding.. but this location is just not up to par with our other Hyatt experiences. Sadly I can t seem to pinpoint what it is, but there is a HORRIBLE sound at this hotel that gives me a headache (which I almost never get headaches). It s a strong tone every few seconds. We stayed Thanksgiving night, as well as a few days later (today, Sunday) and it s here both days/nights making it near impossible to sleep. We are almost 2 weeks in on our Florida vacation and no where else have I heard this sound. Both nights were on high floors facing the pool so I m not sure what it is. It s not the refrigerator or our AC so it s just odd. I mentioned it to the manager tonight when asking for earplugs and he was kind but unsure of what it is. That confirms it s not some local tone like maybe something for boats. It literally sounds like something the military could use to drive people crazy it s that bad. PS: I d rate a 7/10 so 3.5 stars if that were possible as the manager was kind when bringing the sound issue to his attention. All the hair in our room tonight and the bellmen standing around not opening the door for my family with 2 small children with hands full of bags when checking in today are forgivable but doesn t meet desired expectations.
