Great place to visit and have a drink or dinner.
One can walk out on the board walk to the back bay.
Extremely relaxing atmosphere and hotel folks are polite and professional.

The staff is truly amazing at this property. We hosted our wedding here and had the best time. We checked in on Tuesday and out on Sunday and we truly were treated like royalty. The property is so fun for kids too with all of the pools, slides and lazy river. Our week was so magical and the entire staff played a role in that. Big thank you to Kelsey in events, Sammy in bell services, Gabi in group housing, Miguel, Phil and Courtney in banquets, the entire valet team and front desk team. Thank you for being so hospitable!! We cannot wait to come back and visit :)

Service here is incredible. The staff are fully knowledgeable and caring, and the services are all excellent. Highly worth the cost. My husband and I had a couples massage as well as several other of the servoces they offer including water shiatsu, which is incredible. I would recommend this spa to anyone I know!

COVID CENTRAL!! This hotel/resort does not enforce, or even care about, social distancing. From dining, to the pool chairs, to the elevator, to the lobby etc everything is more packed than usual. I spoke to several staff members about social distancing, and provided ideas as to how they can actually follow CDC guidelines the staff members laughed in my face.

While the mini water park is nice, the rest of the hotel is extremely dated.

Went here for a wedding. It is an amazing property the pools are great and the private island is a cool option if you are a beach goer. We got a club access room which was very convenient and worth it for us. The food is alright but being able to get water and pop whenever was great. We only stayed for a weekend but we could definitely make a week out of it.

Our favorite place to staycation (we're locals). Beautiful resort, fantastic amenities, everything is so accessible and well-thought out. Great for both kids and parents. Were the pricing lower, we would probably come here every month or two.

Awesome vacation. Hotel is pricey compared to others in the area, but there was plenty to do with the kids. We loved it, the private island trip was fun and the pool area with lazy river was also fun. overall i'll be back. PS ...at night it was nice to log into our netflix account and watch a movie on the big screen in room tiv as a way to unwind from a long day.

I have stayed in less expensive places and have not had the bad experience that I got here. House keeping talking making noise outside my room at 7:30am. No hot water in the shower. They told me when I checked in there is a continental breakfast but surprise no there isn't. Had a lovely$25.00 breakfast though

Let me start by saying the hotel grounds are amazing , there s so much to do especially if you have little kids. The lazy river needs some love super dirty with lots of bugs and small frogs swimming in the water with you, the rooms need some major maintenance as well as the hallways , I feel that this hotel charges what they do because of the grounds and the beautiful private beach you get to go to but definitely the rooms need a lot of work , not what I was expecting when it comes to Hyatt hotels. Other than that the staff was really friendly and made sure we had a good stay.

What a fantastic resort! So family-friendly with an extremely courteous staff. Plenty to keep the kids entertained. Private beach, several pools, water slide, rock-climbing wall and more! The room was perfect! You couldn't ask for anything nicer! I can't wait to go back next summer!

Wonderful experience delicious food.

Wonderful experience delicious food.
Ate at Tarpon Bay restaurant. Tried the ceviche bar and lamb chops appetizer.
The staff is wonderful and accommodating.
Pleasant and ready to assist. Our bill was 150 for two people when finished.
We had the 2 divers spear snapper with Jasmine rice and asian slaw. 5 time eating here for date night. Never disappointed.

Very, very disappointed in this hotel. Impressive when first arriving, but then fell apart. Supposed to get complimentary mimosa at check in, never offered. The room needed updating. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, always forgetting something.
Grounds are pretty and complimentary boat to semi private beach was nice. We really couldn't enjoy the beach because there was red tide, but the beach itself was nice with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Unfortunately, would never stay as you here again ... for the price can't justify it.

Huge TV in the room with Hookups so you can run your computer on it and work from your room with dual monitors. Pools are cool exhibition hall is good. But the cost to ship freight in and out is a bit excessive.

Great get away or long weekend. Upgraded pools, slides, etc. in 2016 are nice bonus and free water taxi to barrier island beach is terrific. Jogging areas and nice tennis, gold, and restaurants nearby. Only issue was slow elevators during Spring Break. Easy free sheltered parking. We miss the free bikes!

Great family experience. This was our first attempt at a family getaway with kids AND during the pandemic. Great service provided by all the staff we interacted with (restaurants/bar, front desk, etc.) We had a gorgeous balcony view and the room was comfortable (double beds). Somewhat small fridge and no microwave so plan accordingly. There are a few restaurants at the resort but not all are open during week. We had great food/drinks from the poolside bar and great service/food at the Tanglewood restaurant. There are many pools and 4 slides for bigger kids/adults, and one kiddie slide. I've been to many water parks and honestly didn't expect for these slides to be great since it's at the resort but they actually go pretty fast! The lazy river was so relaxing! And if you go during the week you can go to the even-longer lazy river at the sister-resort (Hyatt Residency Coconut Plantation). But overall wonderful experience at Hyatt Coconut Point .

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family. I instantly fell in love with this place. We will be coming back consistently. The service and friendliness of the staff is outstanding. The resort is gorgeous and maintained to perfection. There are plenty of places to eat and drink all over the property. The rooms have a big tv with lots of channels and there is free wifi all over the property. Rooms have no usb plugs is really the only negative I have been able to notice. Shoutout to Neil at front desk for awesome checking in experience and the champagne.

Fabulous place really couldn't fault the hotel or the staff . The private beach and boat was a great escape for some peace and quiet loved the dolphins in the bay . The kids loved the lazy river and water slides whilst we loved the mojitos and food on the pool deck . A regency club room is a must for continental breakfast and snacks and drinks through the day . Currently booking a return visit which shows just how good this place really is as I have never been to the same hotel twice

Hotel is nice but showing its age. Outdoor renovations seem to be taking place but indoors needs a lot more work. Constant problems with maintenance work always needing to be done. Not up to the high standards that Hyatt says they are!

Great resort. Despite the fact that the beach is not on site and there are no concessions on the beach, everything else about the resort more than makes up for these issues. The staff is excellent; every request was handled beyond our expectations. Food and drinks are gratuitous; there was no opportunity to be hungry. Pools and waterslides are fast; waiting in line isn't a thing here. We will definitely be back.

Cosmetically the hotel looked beautiful from the inside and outside. No bell man to help with bags. We stayed 3 nights at $400 night only to find out that breakfast was not included. To add to the insult, the breakfast at the restaurant had a $26 breakfast buffet, which included a small selection of pastries, omelet, and horrible coffee. If your going to charge $26 per person for breakfast at least make it decent choices.
First night there we noticed that the bed sheets and comforter were very thin and pillows were horrible. At night we noticed a strange humming noise that continued throughout the night. Noise not from the AC or anything running in the room. To add to the pain we continued hearing noises, and baby crying from our neighboring rooms. We had a very restless 3 days. Not what we expected for sure. We did however enjoy the boat ride to the beach but sad to say we went at 3pm and has to come back an hour later. Wished they had that open at least until sunset.

Went to dinner at Tarpon Bay restaurant. The Caesar salad was ok. The salmon (not wild caught) had very little flavor & the bearnaise sauce had no flavor either (they didn't even have Hollandaise sauce). Prices are very high for average food.

This is a great place to enjoy Florida. I am here several times a year with work and it never disappoints. It has fantastic restaurants and a boat that will take you out to the beach that is covered in seashells. You definitely would not be disappointed deciding to come check out this wonderful resort .

The Hyatt Regency has it all. I went there for a mini 2 day vacation with my wife and we had a wonderful time. The room was clean and the view was spectacular. Can't wait to go back. The pools were warm and the staff was very friendly. Ron and Miroslava were very personable with their service by the pool. Highly recommended!!!
