Unbelieveable Sunday brunch, with that you get the buffet of seafood and smoked fish and many other delicious things, you also get to order an entree. So worth the price. Also very extravagant Thanksgiving buffet. Also staff is incredible. Haven't tried it for Christmas or New Years yet, but will report when I do.

Wonderful place! Welcomed bubbly staff who went out of their way any time I needed anything. Great room. Comfortable bed. next to a mall with everything you could need! Highly recommend staying here!

We have loved our visits here over the past few years . The private island and boat taxi are my personal favorite. Our children really enjoy the water park and lazy river! The food and drink service poolside is most excellent. The adult pool and hot tub give adults a chance to get away. Everything here is top notch ! However, upon this visit , a young lady at the Towel Depot named Allison immediately accosted me as I entered the pool area. She made my son and I feel unwelcome asking about our towels our room number and then stating that our Emotional Support K- 9 wasn't welcome either. After giving her the proper paperwork, she fetched her manager and the two of them proceeded to tell us that our small support animal had to leave. We had spent the entire day prior with our support animal at the park, not to mention many visits over the years. She rudely made com such as " You say that your son was staying here ." ( We bought him a stay for his birthday .) It seemed that she didn't believe that we were guests because we chose to bring some of own personal beach towels. All in all, I highly recommend this lovely resort ! Its an oasis of fun and beauty. One bad apple doesn't spoil the whole darn bunch !

I would like to start off with saying Thank you to Carrie for helping me when needed. I was on a Business trip and my flight was switched at the last minute. My job was sending me a van but it was going to take too long. I called the reception area and I explained to Carrie that if I didn't leave in 5 minutes I would miss my flight. I asked if they can take me to the airport. She said she would set it up and they will be waiting for me. When I went running downstairs they had set up a private car for me. I got to the airport and went thru security with only 15 minutes left to get on my Flight. Thank you so much Carrie.
Also I spoke to Lisa and the rest of the staff was so sweet. This hotel is beautiful. I will definitely go back just for the visit.

Rooms were great but the best part of the hotel was the grounds it was truly more than I could ask for. There are 3 pools and 3 big tube slides with a lazy river. Also mini golf, 2 fire pits and other attractions the hotel offers.

Pool and the small water park are great for kids. There is also a few activities for them.

It's less crowded compared to other resorts. Access to the private island is a plus.

There is a mall nearby, which provides extra options for food, etc.

Incredible. Gorgeous hotel. Service above and beyond by any standards. Having s'mores by the outside firepit is the perfect dessert. The hotel sells s'more fixings in the cafe, everything needed in a handy bag. .

Joe at the reception desk is awesome!!! The resort is gorgeous and the on site restaurant has some good food, mainly the chicken caesar salad. The ballroom, where my Husband proposed to me years ago, is like the ballroom in The Shining - haunting and beautiful. For exercise, avoid a mosquito infested outdoor walk, and just walk the gorgeous premises.

This Hotel deserves 5 stars plus....if for anything....the Pool/waterslide fun family atmosphere is above and beyond even Disney Hotels. Lazy river.....Water slides.....Tube Slides....Kids Club entertainment with bounce houses....games...contests....There isn't a thing they have not thought of.... the pools are heated and the property is massive. Elegant surroundings with a water park should sum it up. It is the absolute fun weekend for kids and adults.

In a quiet town....Hyatt Bonita Springs was our Memorial weekend get away. Rooms are spacious. 2 rooms attached recommended for a family of 4.

The waterpark on hotel grounds turns this 4 star hotel into a 5 star for sure. The kids had an absolutely amazing time! Kids club very well organized. Beautiful property. You are not staying here for amazing views or big balconies....it is simply a comfortable elegant hotel with a ton of amenities and an absolute dream for kids....and some want to be kids in their 40's.

We rented a poolside cabana...(comes with drinks/refrigerator/TV/Safe to store valuables while you hit the waterslides). Full service bar and food.

The Hotel is very elegant. It is so large, you dont feel the waterpark atmosphere while you're indoors. Nice bar open until midnight allowed us to watch some NBA Conference Finals. Billy at the bar is a master-host. (Sounds like a Billy Joel song) He knows you by name within moments and just creates a great atmosphere.

Restaurants on site with Starbucks coffee and so much more. Thank you Hyatt....we will be back!

One of my favorite getaways. Beautiful property, good food, great pool areas. A little busier with the new slides. We were visiting for a convention and extended our stay. Love the area as well. Can't wait to return.

For the price, I would have expected clean sheets at least. It wasn't until after I slept in them that I realized that there were makeup smears on the pillow cases and blood droplets under the covers. It also seemed that many of the food service staff did not really want to serve their customers. Other than these two points, the resort is very nice.

Beautiful location, landscaped cascading fountains and pools. Lobby and common areas well maintained and quite spacious. All staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We upgraded to a room with a balcony to sit out and enjoy the bay side. The room and bath were spacious but in need of an update and renovation. Furniture and fixtures seemed somewhat worn. For the price we felt the room should have been in better shape and it lacked some amenities. Self-Parking was very close and convenient but very confusing to exit. It seemed most drivers got hung up trying to understand how to get out and pay and it was not clear. This needs a fix?

I gave this place 3 stars because because avista Coeur and beautiful location. I have been here several times in the past couple of months, and I have not seen more than 20 people the entire time. Not to mention, the prices for dining are almost outrageous

This a great Resort with many amenities. Service is good. Rooms are moderate not as great as expected from a resort I think . Its pool and amenities have lots of choices for families with kids. Nice sm lazy river and slide for both kids and adults , several pool choices. the drinks , restaurants are good but on the pricey side so prepare your pocket. But the food is very good. The Resort is about a mile away of one of the main streets in Bonita.
They have their own private beach and island they take you on a ferry which is their best feature and worth of this Resort . Its a long walk to get to the Ferry by foot within the mangroves they build a wooden walk. When you get out to the Island on the way it feels like a tour of the Gulf where you see dolphins swimming nearby the boat, flying fishes and beautiful bay views . Then you get to the private beach and it feels like your own paradise with plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas and restrooms. And the best of the Island is you can walk for miles of sand filled with all kinds of Sea Shells you can pick and take with you as Souvenirs or any home projects to use them on . This private beach they have its the best feature of the resort , beach its right next to Lovers key national park beach. This alone is the super plus of this Hotel/ Resort

Went to this resort for a charity event, I can see charging for soda ,but $6.00 for a glass of tap water was a little much.
The room was comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean.
Have had better food at other area venues.
The Hyatt at Coconut Point would not be my choice for a fund raiser.

Love this place!!! Escape and relax in the Lazy river. Choose from 4 to 5 pools to swim. Fun slides, outdoor bars and service, great staff. Excellent place to take the Family or partner.

Exceptional hotel with truly caring staff. One of the best for families esp. families with smaller kids. The hotel has great staff and great eyes on your kids and your person!! Art and Sammy: dynamic door duo! The ladies in the coffee shop - what morning smiles and laughter! Jenna and her staff in rec! Really. All-stars in the Hyatt family. Thanks.

Great stay for our 3 day business event. Rooms had nice view. If doing a business event, I don't recommend the catering. Just go to their very good restaurants. Our catering lets us pick from 3 plates. But if you don't like the sides, well, they come with it.

I didn't stay here, so for that reason I can only give 4 stars. However, I was here for a conference and It was incredible! The hospitality, the food, the location, the hotel itself felt very much like being on an island resort. Just absolutely beautiful!

Although I was aware that this was one of the more upscale resorts, I have to admit that it certainly exceeded my expectations.
Today is only our first day and we're having a GREAT time. We took trips around the Lazy River, slid down the crazy Water Slide and spent a chill time poolside.
Tomorrow we take a boat ride to the beach.
Our first dinner was absolutely amazing and breakfast was quite delicious and satisfying.
We will certainly be visiting again once the new water slide is completed.
I recommend this resort to one and all!

This place is very nice. The staff is very amicable and the service for the most part is great. Seefood restaurant can improve their service, 45 min to take the beverage order it's a little too much.

Really a spectacular Hotel. I was there for a conference and their coffee and food are fresh and delicious. the Modern Art adorning the walls (including a 6-foot watercolor in one of the men's rooms) is particularly nice. It is about twice (or thrice) as expensive as La Quinta but you get what you pay for!
