Very good at the room level, but the pool is a mess people do what they want and the rules are passed by the lining, which can not be eaten, as I can not drink because I drink. There is even an adult pool and the kids get there. If you are looking for relax, think twice.

We loved this place. With a great location in Florida near Naples. It is a great place for weddings, vacation or quick get aways. The property is beautiful and the activities are great as well for a fun vacation. You can take a ferry to a near by beach so you can have a pool and beach vacation if you want. Highly recommended!!!

Pretty good. The private beach owned by the resort is very crowded with resort guests, and it's loaded with sharp broken shells, and I didn't like it very much. Though the small sand grit was great for building castles and moats and a canal system feeding a sand tub for all the little ones to play in. The resort itself is nice, with the lazy river being the nicest thing there.

This place is my favorite getaway! When you re here you feel like you ve stepped into a new world. Great place for kids, especially, the water park and slides. If you don t want to eat at the hotel restaurants, which have good food, There are lots of mainstream restaurants only a mile down the road at Coconut Point Mall. Shopping and movie theater is really close too!

From the begining, Vera at the front desk was kind, and professional. The room was beautiful with a large walkout balcony. Our sink did get clogged the first day, but engineering was in our room less than 5 minutes after notifying the desk. The resort has a new lazy river and large water slide. There are kids pools with slides and adult pools. Art was very friendly and professional helping us with our bagsThe place is simply beautiful and we will certainly return

The staff was very nice, property was very nice, room was large and clean. Only minor complaint is the bed. If you like stiff then you're set. If you they updated that it would be 5 stars. Definitely still recommend.

We spent the night at coconut point because my girlfriend wanted to see the sunset. There hotel was super easy to find! Valet was very friendly, the rims were clean and there was a huge 65 inched TV in our room. Very modern features, mini fridge, chargers near the bedstand. Oh did I mention when we checked in they gave us complimentary glasses of champagne! This place really makes you feel very special. We wanted to hit downtown Naples for the night and my girlfriend forgot her razor for her legs and with no hiccup at all concierge gave us the razors with no extra charge! For my next trip I will most definitely see if they're any Hyatt Regency hotels. They'll be my first choice of stay! I hope this review was helpful as my stay was superb.

A fantastic place to vacation! The new water park featuring 3 slides and a lazy river makes this resort an excellent place to vacation, whether you have kids or not. The restaurants are top of the line including the bar and grill located near the water park. I highly recommend Hyatt Cococut Point!

Overall, excellent experience. Room was very comfortable and clean, big and new tv, small refrigerator but not microwave, complimentary coffee in room as well. They have multiple restaurants and a modern cafeteria for to go foods and quick breakfast. Gym was very big and well equipped, there was one room with cardio equipment (treadmill, elliptical and upright bike) and also a room with weights and machines. The pools are awesome, specially the lazy river. There is a 25 yard pool for a good lap swim. The hotel has a private island with a boat that takes you there, they have scheduled time for people to go there. The hickory island is very nice, quite and white soft sand. This resort is on top of good customer service, accommodations and versatility.

This is a beautiful place! The staff is great. The bar staff kept busy, but still managed to chat and make us feel welcome. The outside fountains are beautiful, especially at night. The pool area is well kept and the pool and huge water slide look welcoming (we didn't get to try them out, its December!). My husband was able to smoke his cigar in the very comfortable outside area complete with TV's, and heaters when needed. There's great dining available in the resort, but many other nice restaurants within a few minutes drive time for variety. There's a nice shopping center across the highway, about a mile away. Be sure to take the ferry over to their island...shells galore!

Unfortunately a skyscraper, but:
Very nice rooms, large outdoor area with pools, friendly staff, indescribable breakfast experience, shuttle boat to the beach.
Restaurants and shops are easily accessible by car.

Service was ok but food is awful, both dinner and breakfast. Sunday evening all shops closed plus Mon, Tue closed too. Pools floor dirty, towels and garbage everywhere. This place needs to hire more staff and train them well.

Went to the Sunday brunch at the Tarpon Bay restaurant at the Hyatt. Can we say PHENOMENAL!!!! You not only get there buffet items, you also get to choose an entree from the menu. Includes as well all you can drink Champagne, Mimosa and Bellini. Extra $8 for the vodka to build your own Bloody Mary's. And IF after all that you still have room, there is a dessert bar, sorry I didn't get pics. Must make reservation. The price is $49/Po but TRUST, it's SOOOOOOOO worth it.

Extremely nice hotel with friendly staff to boot. The rooms are nice and the grounds offer a plethora of things to do. They have a couple pools, a couple water slides(big and small for kids), and a lazy river. In addition, they have several restuarant and firepits(3 to be exact) around the hotel. Overall, a nice place to stay

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family!...

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family! Just like all hotels, the extras in the gift shops and the drinks were pricey, but there was a Target just up the road where we picked up some snacks and drinks. There are also so many restaurants and stores nearby, including an awesome outlet mall! There is so much to do here for the entire family. There are pools, slides, a lazy river, hot tub and pool for adults, putting greens, rock climbing wall, fire pits, a private beach that is just a short boat ride away. We definitely weren't ready to come back home to the cold weather after a week of fun!!!

My 4 year old had a great time and wanted to stay forever lol firepits are nice with smores kits you can buy... great for anyone wanting to entertain children while relaxing themselves the only thing that was disappointing was that shes a full swimmer, and was 1cm under the height for the slide and she cried and cried that she couldn't go... I understand.. but make sure your child it at least 42 for the one slide and 48 for the others... they don't care if your child cries...maybe a good thing

This property unfortunately needs some TLC in the maintenance and upkeep departments; may have just been an issue since we visited during the holidays, but felt this was below the Hyatt's usual standard for resorts.

Out dated accommodations, noisy due to constant over head planes. This hotel offers nothing in the morning for guests.
No coffee, no muffins, no nothing, unless you buy it at there Bistro which is always super cold.
Only pleasant experience was with the overall staff.

The Good the pool and waterslides are great and the pool side staff was wonderful!

Now the bad. The elevators kept getting stuck, after having spent the day at the pool and returning back to our room after 3pm it had not been touched.

The beach is a boat ride away!

Overall it was our 1st and last time staying here. The area has other offerings at the same price point that would make better options. In my view it does not live up to the Hyatt name!

Poor service. Property has lost its reputation of being a Hyatt Regency and now can be rated a water park with a room to sleep over. 1 overwhelmed valet attendant. Front desk check in could care less where you were traveling from, who you were traveling with and did not offer any services. Did not care how many times you have been at the property or if it was your first visit. All they did is hand you a piece of paper describing COVID protocol and your room key. Next is the 10 minute wait for the elevator, not exaggerating , there is a line to get on. Front desk girl said she was doing us a favor to get us 2 beds because third party booking site did not specify king/2 queen. Poor service. She said she was Front desk mgr and could care less... here is your up charge for the 2 queen, take it or leave it. Again, we did you a favor. This mgr needs to get a job at Target as this is the level of service she provides. Be aware

We were there for the Venetian Ball charity event. The food, wine and entertainment were all top notch. Our server, Rosa, was above and beyond. She was not there just to do her job, she was there to be quietly, professionally excellent. Since I am gluten free, she made sure to accommodate that need while maintaining her overall excellence. She is a great representative for the Hyatt during an excellent function.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay! My family and I have rented 4 rooms here and 5 of my family members had to rent at a different Hyatt near by because this regency was fully booked. They do not want to give 5 of my family members wrist bands due to full capacity it s not crowded and people continue to leave due to the weather. Aside from this issue, two of our rooms had large stains on our pillow and bed sheets. At 4am we were woken up by the fire alarm and went down 6 flights of stairs! And we still do not know what was the issue. My whole family drove down from they keys for my sons 4th birthday.

We had a builder conference at the resort and I couldn t be happier. The facilities were ideal for our various meetings and breakouts and social events. We even had some participants with hospitality suites that were just lovely. The food offered had an excellent variety and was delicious. 5 stars. Well done resort staff team and thank you.

Waitress spilled 2 glasses of red wine that she was serving from a tray. Wine and glasses went flying with broken glass and red wine on floor. Wine all over a guest at our table including clothes, legs, shoes, purse -- wine dripping from chair, etc. Here's manager's response. "Sorry, it was an accident." Took 2 items of clothing for cleaning, saying they'll pay for cleaning. Big deal. They took 2 glasses of wine and 1 coffee off bill. Meanwhile, guest had to walk around buffet table with slacks (white) and shoes covered in red wine. White shoes dotted with wine. They should have done more. Worst service in a lifetime. Waitress was nowhere to be found. We had to get up from the table to get our own dessert menu. Stay away from this place. Oh, and we were celebrating 2 birthdays at our table!

Wonderful property. Food was great. Pool was nice. Food service at pool was surprisingly good. Loved shuttle service to Hickory Island beach. 3 stars instead of 5 for one major reason. On November 12, 2016 the hotel hosted a large outdoor wedding. No problem except the reception was outdoors with really loud music. I am a realist and understand the Hyatt will not shut down a wedding so I can sleep. Despite that, the Hyatt needs to shut down these events at a reasonable hour. 10 pm seems fair. I will ask about large, loud events before I book again.
