Love this hotel. Whenever there are colleagues from out of the country we use this place because its close to Harvard sq and close enough to the airport. Rooms are bug, clean and staff are helpful

Excellent. We enjoyed 7nights in this lovely hotel. The staff are extremely kind & helpful- they give 10/10 service in all areas. Our room, with a balcony was a good size. Soft fluffy towels were changed daily. The gym is well equipped & I was able to work off any over indulgences on the running machine! The shuttle bus to/from Kendall Sq runs every 30mins making journeys into the main city areas easy. Views from the hotel over the river are quite breathtaking & it is great to watch the various rowing teams being put through their paces on a daily basis. Many thanks for a memorable stay.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the amenities (basic free WiFi, fitness center, pool, concierge service) are excellent. The breakfast buffet at the Zephyr is unparalleled. Service is excellent as well, but room prices vary tremendously with demand throughout the week and throughout the year.

Could not open the windows. No fresh air in the room. Huge ventilation on the wall with forced recirculated air which seemed unsafe during the covid pandemic. No access to fresh air in the rooms. Parking was extra for one car, 42 a day, which was not stated while making the reservation or while checking in which is pretty shady scam behavior for booking.com as well as hotel it's self. Pool and gym facilities were closed and unusable. No room service. Resturant and bar both closed. No breakfast available in hotel. Horrible amenities and services. Will not visit again.

Actually if you can walk across the BU bridge you will be apt to find a myriad of dining options on Comm Ave., the dining halls/food court of BU, Canes Chicken, Chipotle, Nud Pob, and Blaze Pizza. A Whole Foods is even nearer in Cambridgeport. Would like to give 3.5 stars.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel - we chose it because it had relatively inexpensive rates for the Cambridge area. I appreciated their shuttle to the nearest T stop, the room was nice, and the staff was friendly. Only thing keeping it from being perfect were some stains on the wall near the A/C vent. Would stay again.

Nice modern room right on the river. Enjoyed the hotel and restaurant. All the rooms in our party had a view overlooking the river. Only wish there was a store or restaurant within a mile walk of the hotel

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

I stayed for a total of 3 nights and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful and has wonderfully updated rooms. The staff is exceptionally helpful and the views of the river Charles and the Boston skyline are spectacular!

Had a bad experience here during a recent stay. When we checked in, we were informed that we only had 1 room in our reservation when we had booked 2. After producing our confirmation email clearly indicating 2 rooms, we were informed that someone (whom we do not know) had checked in earlier in the day and, thus, we only had 1 room. We were never offered an apology for this mistake and the desk staff were quite rude in dealing with this situation. In fact, all of the hotel staff we encountered were rude. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but rude employees do not equate to good customer service.

Very clean rooms! Staff was friendly. Our room was near the elevator (was available earlier than our original one) and I didn't hear anything during the night although the front desk associate made sure to let me know it may not work if I'm a light sleeper. Thoughtful of them to ask!

We stayed one night for our anniversary and dinner/breakfast. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. The front desk staff was wonderful both with check in and check out. The restaurant zephyr was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and engaging. Our room had a balcony the had a decent view of the Charles river although we should have picked a room higher than the 8th floor. We will also choose riverview next time. The bed was very comfortable. The room wasn't huge but it was just right for a couple. The location is great because is was close to the city but not on a congested street. They even had a shuttle for guests but we did not use on this trip. We will certainly return for another getaway.

Book your room on the 10th floor, more spacious than other floors and still have a view. I recommend outdoor balcony for any days during the following season: summer, fall, spring. For winter, get an indoor balcony room.
They have 24hr fitness gym, with plenty of treadmill and work station. There's an Olympic sized pool, but it's only 4feet deep throughout.
The bathroom is quite lacking, it doesn't have sufficient ventilation, but it does have a tub. Many hotels removed tubs. The tv isn't very up to date but still good for this decade.
Otherwise this place is rather amazing for its price.

It was a wonderful stay with amazing service. It was located in Cambridge and not too far from MIT overlooking the Charles. The view was beautiful and the food at the Zephyr restaurant was great too. It was a short stay but definitely will be staying in my future visits.

Clean, great place reasonably priced and you can choose to pay for any extra items you may want. We had everything we needed in our room with the exception of a microwave. This is definitely not a place where I'd feel comfortable going to a lobby microwave. You could certainly pay to eat at the zepher. Also it seems like a majority of the rooms have a very nice view. Parking is free, check out is at noon but you don't have to return your room key until 5 p.m. This would allow you to use the facilities provided to you, have lunch and continue to use the parking garage. Be sure to all the front desk to add parking garage access to your room key.

It was great!! I had a good stay. The best thing about it was the cleaning service. They weren't an inconvenience at all. Unlike other hotels I have stayed in, they arrived at the best time.

Hotel was pretty standard. Overall clean. They're in the middle of renovations and so we did hear some construction noise during the day. Desk service was mostly good, except for one attendant having a miscommunication issue that led her to charge part of our stay to the wrong credit card. This issue was remedied though. Hotel has a nice gym and indoor pool, but unfortunately no hot tub. Located near MIT, it's only about 12 minutes to downtown and less than 20 to the airport. Overall decent for the price.

Clean room, but overall not a great experience. Water was cut on my floor during my stay so "some repairs could be made" and no one notified the people in rooms that were affected. I was asked to move to another floor and offered a comped breakfast to make up for it.

Excellent customer service! Very nice hotel, they do nickel and dime you for everything in the room but as to be expected. The valet attendant named Tony was exceptional! And he needs a raise! He help assist with a dead battery in a car and made it much easier to get out and put it in himself thank you so much. Overall it was worth the stay.

Awesome location, beautiful view of river, rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping kept knocking on my door seeming to inquire if I was checked out yet, a little annoying, and my corned beef hash for breakfast was over seasoned, but the coffee was delicious.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. Restaurant is the reason for 4 stars--staff seemed slow and our food took way longer than normal to come out. The complimentary bread, along with our appetizers, came 50 minutes after our order was put in (a salad and a quesadilla shouldn't take this long to make), and then our entrees came less than 5 minutes later before we had even finished our appetizers. My pasta was merely satisfactory and one of my oyster shells had no actual meat in it.

Had a corner room with patio with view of the Charles river. That was very nice. Staff was very friendly and competent. I had a bit of trouble bec reservation made through hotels dot com. But in the end this hotel addressed my concerns without making me go back to hotel dot com. Hotel restaurant and bar was pretty good. Only negative was price. Room and food a little too high.

Very dated hotel and rooms stinks.

Very dated hotel and rooms stinks.

I booked 4 rooms for a work trip and each >$550 per night for 3 night stay. I was surprised how dull the rooms are. Im explorist and the benefits are nada and quality of rooms are very very crappy. For spending $7000 for 3 days ( including taxes) it surely is a rip off and never returning to this hotel again

This is one of the oldest Hyatt Regency hotels that ive een or been in. I was disappointed that there was no airport shuttle and that there were no restaurants in the area unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel is not particularly nice and overpriced also there was no concierge desk and it was difficult to get anybody on the phone that was help ful. They also wanted $40 to park my car there overnight which I thought was a bit exorbitant
