Fine hotel for the price but our stay was troublesome. First night our room was right under some construction that started at 9am. After complaining we were promised a refund for the night (also a room change) but were charged for it. Had to contact the hotel afterwards to. Et it foxed

Nice place. My dog even slept in their dog beg they provided. I love the belcony too. Stayed out on the belcony the whole time.
Dirty, overpriced. First room had cut nails near the bed, window clearer in the room, trash in the trash bin and the pillow had perfume smell. Changed the room cleaner. It in generally old style, cable visible....and shower curtains. Breakfast plate had dirt marks, knife dirty.
Perhaps I was not luck at all but it was not good or even great standards.
Update: one star. They lost two usps packages. No apologizes even say that Amazon did not deliver. Right. UPS was delivered.
If you get a view of the charles River basin, it's great. I was here competing for head of the charles and it was so nice being able to see the start area with all the boats.
The driveway was round. I dropped off my Lyft passengers with ease.
The hotel has a very modern feel to it. You can see through the floors as you ride the elevator which is a nice touch. Housekeeping kept the room nice and tidy. I didn't order room service, so I can't speak on that. I tried the food on the 2nd floor of the hotel. It's a bit pricey, and I wasn't too big of a fan of the food. However, I am here on Christmas, so it's the best we can get. Parking can be a squeeze since there isn't too much clearance between cars, but it should be fine for compact cars. The location is near a Trader Joe's and Microcenter which is nice for your grocery and electronic needs.
I stayed at this absolutely amazing Hotel this year to attend Jack Canfield's One Day To Greatness event and I found the staff at the hotel so awesome. I would stay there any time!!
Conference event was well hosted and buffet lunch was very good if a bit pricy. Overall high marks for well run event.
Location was extremely close to MIT and not far from Harvard. Free shuttle service made commuting easy, and room was clean and comfortable.
Outdated facility and poor quality. Vending machines only take coins and one dollar bills and yet does not recognize mine in perfect shape. Got in the room where outlets dropped with no power on phones, TV and table lamp. AC had weird noise anytime turns on. This hotel absolutely does not deserve the location, the Hyatt name, and the price for over $300...
They weren't very prepared for the conference we had there, but otherwise, it was fine.
Service, staff, etc were all excellent. The rooms themselves left much to he desired. My bedding was ripped enough to only cover an odd half of the bed and discolored by a fair amount.
Food and drink were so so, but cost, vibe, and convenience are excellent
Beautiful hotel! Breakfast biffet kinda pricey and some pateons were rude. Accusing us of taking their luggage when the bell boy brought our luggage down!! Embarrased for them but not the hotel's fault
Such a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to try out any of the food here, but the rooms, the service, the location, everything seemed great to me.

They charge for water and the service is a bit slow especially at night. Also, my coffee maker was dirty so I wasted some water that costs $2 per bottle. Definitely not the same standard as the Hyatt Regency in Japan.
I booked a room with balcony. The room next me held a party until 3am and the sound was really loud. Around 3:30am, I waked up again because of the noise outside. Then I found there were four strangers entered my balcony!!! I was shocked and really scared.
I called the security immediately and someone came upstairs to help me. They talk to the strangers politely and ask them PLEASE to go back. The four strangers entered my balcony from their balcony easily!
I m in a hotel room not a bar. And the balcony is not a public place. I think I should call 911 at that time.
I was here as part of an event. The signage was unclear, the staff was a unhelpful and condescending, and the food was atrocious (salad consisted of three lettuce leaves carelessly plopped down on the plate sprinkled with dry, tasteless parmesan)
The wait staff though was attentive and efficient. One bright spot in a otherwise uninspiring experience.

I like to swim here in the pool under the big skylight. In warm weather, opens to the sky.
Really enjoyed my stay here during the first week of September 2018. The breakfast was first rate.
Nice rooms overlooking the river. Good service. Few things are broken in the hotel (hair dryer, suitcase rack, etc) but overall adequate.
They have a free shuttle every half hour to Kendall Square.
Room was clean and cosy, front desk helpful, cleaning service quick and reliable, common areas are well equipped, if the hotel is in your price range do not hesitate
Had a great stay in this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, and good eats.
It was an easy experience checking in. Staff was welcoming friendly. The elevator is weird, required a key to activate so that you will have to come down and escort friends in if they will be visiting you. The room we got was nice and clean. The bed however was weirdly made. A small inconvenience. Our AC is making a strange noise which ibwill be addresing with the staff later today. Overall a pleasant expretience so far.
Standard Hyatt regency. Rooms were laid out a little odd, but overall nothing to complain about. Starbucks in the hotel which is nice for the mornings. Ubers can take 10m+ to arrive when calling them at 830am on weekdays.
Very nice hotel in a great area overlooking river. The hotel has some rooms and are clean and fairly well appointed. The main building has an 80's style atrium with loads of brick, but they're able to keep it fresh. It's a good hotel to stay at in the area.

The hotel itself is acceptable. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Complimentary shuttle is a plus given the location and the restaurant food is the only choice but good. My downside was the small store. It is the only option given the hotels location. The young ladies are nice but seemingly a bit slow to act and rarely smiling. There is one who is a bit older than the rest who is very curt and abrasive. Not at all in line with the "We Care" buttons the hotel staff wears. Perhaps that is why the shop staff does not wear them. I will return to the hotel but in the future plan ahead for my needs so I do not need to rely on them.
We had a nice stay. The room was clean, staff were polite, the free shuttle is a nice touch. Free Internet that worked well. The place is a little outdated, that's my only complaint.
Room included breakfast. I brought my two young kids down to breakfast. Both went to the buffet. One wasn't feeling well and had a glass of orange juice. The other at a piece of bacon and drank water. Turns out the room came with one breakfast so I paid about $25 each for two kids to sit with me and nibble on a piece of bacon while I ate breakfast.
Friendly staff, great beds, access to a great gym with pool. Small restaurant for dinner
The ballroom we were in was very spacious and the service was great. The employees were all friendly and accommodating.
My husband and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Cambridge over the Fourth of July Holiday for 2 nights. We arrived around lunch time and our room was ready for us. We advised the staff that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and our children's wedding. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay and we enjoyed breakfast from the menu and the wedding reception and dinner was excellent. Everything, room, staff, fitness area, dining experience was top notch. Kudos!
The room was incredibly comfortable and clearly updated. I dined 3 times at the Zephyr and enjoyed the food greatly. Front desk was polite and honored my request for an early check in. Very nice hotel!
Transferred 5 times. Tried to book a reservation locally for an event in Cambridge. Anyone that answers the phone is trained to just transfer the call, get the person off the line.
The room was good and had decently updated amenities. Large TV and plenty of us plugs and outlets. The restaurant, though having less than stellar reviews, had great food - Tender grilled octopus and the hangar steak was a perfect mid-rare.

Very nice hotel. I went to the 16th floor, which was a lot smaller than I expected.
We got in early, before check in, and they were still able to get us in a room, which was great after traveling. Room was clean and comfy. Didn't enjoy the Bible in the drawer, but that's minor. Room was on the 14th floor so we got some great views.

We had a school formal in their ballroom. It's a nice venue and a beautiful place.
After all, it's Hyatt. Having said that, expect wonderful services and exceptional views.

Great hotel, although it took too long to get our room.
Staff is friendly, but rooms are mediocre at best. HVAC loud and musty smell, not worth the $400 a night cost.
Decent hotel. Nothing to complain about really, but also not a particularly enjoyable experience. It's too far from anything walkable. They do have a shuttle, but it only takes you one place

Enjoyed our visit with a magnificent view of the Charles River. We spent the day seeing museums and wandering Boston so it was a nice retreat from the city. Quiet location with a nice restaurant. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Long term stay. Way too many spiders for it to be a coincidence. Some of them were huge!
Good luxury hotel on Charles River, a little out of the way, but they have a shuttle to the metro and an Uber can get you into Boston in no time.
Great service, gym, pool and parking.
