The Hyatt Hotel in Belgrade is one of the most beautiful hotels in Serbia in every respect. Friendly service, great restaurant, food. Very luxurious to the details. I recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean everywhere. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very kind persons at the front desk. Wonderful breakfast for all ! I highly recommend.

A place where you go to relax , enjoy food taste moreover creative friendly staff going extra mile to make your stay different.

Crazy good breakfast. If you are wheat free, ask for the gluten free bread. You will get an amazing corn bread. Room is big, very nice and comfortable. The only thing I would complain about is not being able to open a window. Really nice, big and beautifully designed bathroom.

Superior service. It is advisable to reserve dates for events several months in advance

The hotel does not show its age. It is a good location for government events but not for tourists. The cheesecake is wonderful.

Great location with shopping mall nearby. Tasty food.

They charge parking. It's not a problem that costs 200 din / 1h, but the procedure is miserable.

I was 3 months ago at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Belgrade which is rated as 4 stars, in my eyes Radisson Blu is far above Hyatt, I have no idea why it is rated as 5 stars, really far from it.
Breakfast is a very simple meal - it can either make or break your day.
If you are interested in an omelet or inverted coffee, it's just an extra price!
The pool, is located in the spa complex, so you can not enter the pool except for a fee, 5 euros, each entrance, yes yes you read that right, every entrance is charged for a fee, you went out and came back? Pay again!

Most importantly, Israelis pay attention , you will have breakfast separately from the other guests at the hotel!
Why ? Thus, we gave all kinds of different and weird excuses, each got a different excuse

Very nice hotel. Big rooms, very big bathroom. Beds comfortable. Great pool. Very nice staff. Free bikes for exploring the city.

Everything is excellent, except front desk. They hvae made reservation in my credit card for around 1000 euros, but the room was just 200 euros.

I remember the time when it was 5star hotel, now it's not, far from it, but they still have pretentious attitude. Also in the bar we had to wait half an hour to get a drink.

Perfect hotel with very good location. Services are at highest level, very nice and clean rooms. I have sleep first time in this hotel 16 years ago, there is no change in quality, even is better.

Best hotel in Belgrade Serbia, staff feel like family and get to know you personally. Service is very good, hotel is top notch. Shopping centre opposite hotel. Walking distance to Old Town. Will recommend staying here to all!

Great hotel, maximally comfortable, tidy and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff ready to meet you at any time. Extremely rich assortment of drinks and food that is superbly prepared. There are also a number of additional, fun, amenities that make a hotel stay a complete enjoyment. It also has its own parking lot for vehicles. An absolute recommendation!

The staff here at this hotel were very friendly and helpful i was impressed.

We had a workshop here. The service is fine and the Halls are well equipped.

One of the best hotel in Belgrade, especially known as a good place for different kind of events. Even it's old more then 25 years, Hyatt didn't lose anything of his luxury.

We arrived for a wedding and stayed in this hotel. The entrance area is EDEL the hotel tum around is really classy and elegant. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is awesome! Everything was clean and in top condition! The staff is very helpful and a desire almost from the eyes :-) the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, even if you are vegetarian or vegan ^^
All in one we are super mega satisfied and can highly recommend the hotel.

It was my first time in Belgrade and this hotel was recommended. The property is nice but I had a few issues. I had a non-smoking room but smelled smoke every day. The restaurants are nice but wish the menu had more items.
