Clean rooms, that have a sitting area in double queen rooms. Breakfast was awesome, much better than an average hotel breakfast with kale scramble, and healthy options, real juice. Everyone I encountered was beyond friendly and helpful, just a really wonderful hotel experience while at DL.

Immaculate, practically brand new rooms. Fantastically clean and dust-free air conditioning filters - so the air is crisp and not allergy inducing - modern furniture, new HD TV mounted on wall, high quality shades (no curtains), lush greenery and landscaping, ample parking underground where it s nice and cool. Truly amazing.

It's a nice hotel, but don't plan to walk to Disneyland with your family. We tried this over a long weekend and it's just a little further than you want to walk at the end of a day filled with walking. For this price, chose something closer or get the shuttle tickets.

At the time of our stay we encounter a little problem that took a day to long to get fix. Our bathroom shower handle was broken we informed the front desk in hopes it will get taken care of the very next day but when we were back from our day at Disneyland park and you could imagine how tired, exhausted and a great need of a shower we were and had to come to the same problem it was a little frustrating.
The room was spacious that accommodated us perfectly a sliding door to separate kids room space from parents space. The bed was comfortable but the pillows I must say my neck hurt for three days. Complementary Breakfast for members was okay very limited food and no plates were available obviously it gets very busy. Try to go as early as you can. Definitely they needed more staff for morning rush. I do feel the hours should be a little longer considering most guests are tired from the day before and sure want to get some sleep, not taking a away that breakfast is complementary, I still feel hours should be taken into consideration 7 am to 10am would be perfect. We end up walking to the Park bacause the shuttle would take you to the Disneyland parking garage then you ll need to take another shuttle to the Park. We had a stroller so we ended walking. It not as close as I thought. We end up getting soak on our way back because it was pouring down hard. A shuttle straight to the Park would definitely be much better.

Good deal for a clean and good looking hotel. I give it 5 stars for the price and the great breakfast. I ll give a few cons. Black out curtains let in more light than I d like but it was still dark enough. Also I could hear street noise from passing traffic. I used a white noise app to drown out the sound.

Free breakfast and $18.00 for parking, not a bad hotel at all. But, Wi-Fi network is designed very poorly so that the wireless connectivity is on and off from time to time - my room number was 203 for the reference. Parking ticket system was not working properly either.

Good quality, clean hotel with space for a small family in each room. Only real detractor was the noise levels between rooms. We had an adjoining room with one of those doors between the two rooms. We were unlucky enough to have some noisy teenagers and you could hear everything. Ended up complaining to the front desk but it didn't get through to the guests. Finally ended up speaking directly to our neighbors. Not ideal if you are counting on sleeping in.

Hotel is close to Disneyland. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern with nice amenities like full DirecTV channel selection and couch with an extra pull out bed. I could hear footsteps above me the few night I stayed their, but other than that it was a great hotel.

This hotel was a very comfortable place to stay: clean and modern rooms with air conditioning that kept the room very cool. A breakfast with lots of options was also available. It's about half a mile walk to Disneyland/California Adventures entrances. You do pay to park, but this is still an affordable place to stay compared to other nearby options.

Simply the best attention my family and I have received from the staff....we were used to being discriminated for being Hispanic. (even though people can't tell by our looks that my wife and I are both college educated) But staying in this hotel has been a real delight.

I gave 3 stars because the breakfast was on point. Now we had 6 people 4 boys and 2 girls, this room was supposed to be bigger but it was not. Everyone was cramped we had 4 towles for all of us. We called to get more towels and blankets for the couch bed and we got the towels 3 hrs later and never got the blankets. The room was clean but there was no fan in the bathroom. You figure out why that was a bad thing with this many people in it. The place was nice though, if you can get past a few things it is an alright place to stay. The bad had good options and the bar food was pretty good too. to the bar staff they were always nice to my Grandson and hooked him up everytime we were down there.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House Anaheim as a ...

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House Anaheim as a client (room 455) from Tuesday May 21st to Friday may 24th 2019.
During this stay I contracted SCABIES a parasite that is highly contagious who s symptoms include extreme itch and rash.
As soon as this was diagnosed on Monday May 27th I reached out to the Hyatt House Anaheim to alert them of the situation and to make sure that measures would be taken to avoid any further contamination.
I spoke at this time with manager Joshua Teregis, cc d on this email, who told me that measures will be taken immediately to have an expert in decontamination come to assess the problem and obviously destroy the parasite present. He told me that I would be informed as soon as such measure would be in motion.

I have spend the past few days receiving treatment at the hospital and getting very intense itchy sensation and severe skin rash all over the body. I haven t been able to go to work due to my contagious state neither to stay in my own house to avoid contaminating my pregnant wife to the parasite. Because she may have been exposed prior to the diagnosis she had to take the treatment preventively and went through a lot of stress as well as time off work.
On top of this stressful situation I had to pay for the treatment and lost a week of wages as I was unable to go to work.

I can strongly presume that I had contracted this during my stay at the hotel and not before as no one in my house or any of my close friends/coworkers are showing any signs of it (luckily). The speed at which the symptoms appeared suggest a repeated exposure to the contamination source, which would make sense with the number of nights I spend in the same bed.

Since Monday 27th I haven t heard back from the Hyatt House Anaheim. I called the hotel on Wednesday 29th to have some updates and was told that M. Joshua Teregis was not available but was given his email contact.
I then sent an email to which I didn t receive any answer and haven t been contacted by phone either.
I called earlier today and spoke to M. Teregis.
I was informed that the expert in decontamination had not been to the hotel yet and that the situation was yet to be assessed.
This is a serious health issue as this parasite extremely contagious and I find this absolutely ridiculous that no measure was taken by now.

I was told as well that the hotel would not acknowledge the situation or be liable as long as no proof could be found that the contamination was present in the room.
I find this very practical that the expert did not come earlier especially as scabies mites usually do not survive more than 48-72 hours without human contact.
I was told that nothing would be done to make this right by me as long as nothing could be proven.
I do not think that is something anyone should be expecting to get while staying in a hotel like yours and I really did not appreciate to receive such a non-sympathetic customer service to a very serious complaint from a hotel manager. I have not even received an I am sorry and feel as if I have been given the run around while your employees sweep this issue under the rug.

After weeks of waiting around they told me through their insurance company that after investigation there was nothing they could do.
Not even a "sorry"...

Decent hotel with clean rooms. The sound insulation between the rooms need to be improved. The location is easy to find. On their website it states "steps" to Disney but it is close to a mile walk.

The staff is fantastic. For a family hotel visiting Disneyland I 100% recommend. Traveling to Anaheim can be stressful and the staff was SO friendly and helpful. I visited with only myself and my daughter. I felt safe and welcome the entire time. Nice pick for a hotel close to Disney and not too expensive. Breakfast each morning was great. Hot and cold items. My daughter was thrilled with the Starbucks hot chocolate in the lobby. Hyatt properties are always nice but the staff makes this hotel fantastic. I can tell they pride themselves on taking care of each guest. Thank you for treating us so well! We look forward to staying again!

The rooms were clean and nice. The mattress wasn't too hard or too soft. The air conditioning worked great in the middle of summer. The water was soft. The staff was friendly- they greeted us with a cheerful, "Welcome back!" each night we returned exhausted from a day at Disneyland. The breakfast was decent and varied day to day. My only complaint was a bright light shining over the top of the blinds and directly onto the bed at night in our first floor bedroom. I doubt other floors would have that problem. You have to pay separately for parking but it's cheaper than Disneyland parking and the park is within walking distance.

There's a breakfast buffet included with room cost, the staff and concierge are welcoming and cheerful and the rooms are very clean. The pool was clean and shallow so great for kids. There is an additional charge for parking which was unexpected and not included in the cost of the room but considering the location it's understandable. It's very close to Disney and if the walk seems far there are shuttles very close by you can hop on instead.

We love staying at Hyatt hotels I decided since I always have a great experience staying at their hotels I figured I d try this one out otherwise than the Hyatt regency in Orange County when we go to Disneyland. Bad idea!! The rooms are super small we got the kids suite which we always get cause we have kids. The bunk beds are small and the separate room with the king bed is very small as well. They gave us a room right next the the elevator which we thought was great!! Until the morning we realized we where getting awaken by the kids and people taking the elevator to have the complimentary breakfast!!! It sucked!! We where exhausted and kept waking up due to the loud noise. The beds where terrible so uncomfortable and pillows where awful!!! Other than that clean hotel and great breakfast but never staying there again

Hyatt Place is a solid place for going to Disneyland - it's an easy walk to Disney and has a respectable continental breakfast. Parking is an extra $16/day plus tax. Room was pretty nice and included a seating area. Only thing that slightly bugged me was the rusty-ish rack in the bathroom that held the towels.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are comfortable. They do offer a daily breakfast, that is included, but it has very limited selections and it s extremely crowded with lots of kids. My only other issue was the noise. You can hear everything from the adjoining rooms and if anything is happening at the convention center, which is a block or two away, you can hear all of that too.

I stayed in this hotel from 8/27/18 to 8/31/18 and had a pretty bad experience. My personal belongings were taken from my room one day while I left the room for about an hour; when I returned, I noticed some of my belongings were gone including my phone and purse. After speaking to the front desk staff about my missing items, they assured me they would have someone read the card swiper on my door to determine if someone entered my room during that hour that I left my room. After some time, they told me that the Hyatt employee checked my room card swiper to see if someone entered my room and that it was determined that nobody entered my room and I must have left my door unlocked when leaving. I found that to be strange seeing as I didn't remember doing this.

Anyways, I called 911 and a police officer came to the hotel to make a police report. Upon returning to my room after meeting with the officer, I noticed that there was a Hyatt staff employee trying to remove the card swiper piece from my room door. I asked him what he was doing and he said that hotel staff JUST asked him to check my room to see if anyone swiped in or out... he said nobody made an earlier request and that this was the first he was hearing about it.

SO, this means that front desk was lying about having someone check my room. Why would this be unless they were hiding something from me? After some time, I get a knock on my door and the same man from front desk came up to my room, asked me to check the personal safe in my room "just in case" staff put it in there when they were coming to "fix my safe" (which I never asked them to do...) and all of my belongings were in the safe. He then went on to say that he thinks the employee did this because they saw my bag in the room and thought I would want it placed in the safe for MY convenience.

Bottom line: Someone who works for this hotel attempted to steal my belongings and when 911 was called, they tried to cover their tracks. Still don't know who it was who originally took this but the lesson learned is to never leave any valuables in this hotel room and don't even stay here if you don't have to!

Worst service ever. They canceled my reservation without first calling me or sending an email. They sold my room to another guest from what the counter staff told me and still charged me for two nights of stay even though they canceled my reservation without any notification and re sold to another guest at a higher cost of course

Very close walk to disneyland! The breakfast in the morning made it worth it! Super yummy food every morning (it ends a little early) .. The only negative is that some of the staff are less than helpful (front desk). We had a few issues checking in and then accidentally charging our card more than once (it was resolved so in the end it was a non issue) .
Housekeeping was the best part!! The lady that cleaned our room was the same gal every day and she was the most kind person! She made our bed and then rebuild the fort my kids made in between the 2 queens They definitely went above and beyond!!
You can not see Disneyland fireworks from your hotel .. kinda a bummer but still close enough of a walk that you could just be in the park for that part
