Friendly staff providing good service at a mid-priced hotel that is neat, clean and modern. The rooms are spacious with small living area including sofa-bed and bath includes a walk-in shower. Conveniently located to nearby convention center and the Disneyland complex.

Amazing experience. Rooms are nice and they have the kindest people working there. Ask for Eric at the front desk. He is the best person there. Always makes our stay feel great everytime we come.

First time as a guest at this hotel and couldnt be anything but satisfied and pleased with the attention to detail and level of customer service all around. If I were to give one compliment it would be for the staff as a whole: what I found to always hold true was that each of my interactions from the front desk staff to the maintenance crew and housekeeping, to the table bussers during breakfast--there was an emphasis on being courteous, pleasant, and genuine. The hotel lobby area is sprinkled with little touches to make your stay more enjoyable and their efforts make a sound case for customer loyalty. I know i will be staying again next time Im in the area. Clean, well kept and welcoming. Everything a traveler shoild expect and appreciate.

We stayed at this hotel for Blizzcon! The walk isn't very far, and is nearly straight shot to the con itself. The breakfast here is free and is worth the smani convenience of walking to the con. As a cosplayer I felt the walk wasn't to bad, but for folks in heavy armor the walk might be killer there and back. Just a tip for blizzcon attendees. I highly recommend this place. It renewed my faith in hyatt hotels even!

Hyatt Place is a pretty good Hotel. In fact, in most respects, they were awesome. But they failed me in a couple key ways that really knocked them down.

Specifically, I was there for a conference at the convention center and one of my vendors was supposed to send me an emergency package for before the conference. It apparently arrived, and the hotel staff never mentioned it to me, even though it was correctly addressed to me.

Second, the breakfast buffet was pretty good, but I cannot drink alcohol. You may wonder what the two things have in common. Twice during my 8 day stay the tomato juice had apparently been left warm on the counter for several hours and had fermented. The first time I took a swig of it I was shocked to get a bubbly tomato beer. I was shocked and reported it. The next two days were fine, then the third day the fermentation was really bad--I'd say about 30 proof and even burned my lips a bit.

This is just unforgivable. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. You just can't put out tomato beer in the buffet!

On the positive side, the rooms and beds were comfortable, the gym adequate, the staff pleasant, and the jacuzzi spacious. About a 35 minute walk to the main gate at Disney.

Pros: walking distance/shuttle distance to Disneyland. Breakfast is decent and similar to other Hyatt properties.

Cons: noisy (to be expected at a Disneyland hotel), not well maintained. Shower curtain was moldy and the ceiling had a previous issue which caused it to be painted a different shade/finish in the form of two distracting patches . It's a small detail but it really bothered the OCD side of me. There is no shuttle to Disneyland you have to walk to the nearby toy story lot. Also had the smallest bar/convenience store ever. Don't expect to be able to find an aspirin or anything there. It's just a Starbucks RTD&E case. Also for some reason they don't include the lotion that is part of the toiletries unless you either specifically ask for it or request additional toiletries. Weird.

If you're a World of Hyatt Globalist I would probably avoid this property. Hyatt place properties are excluded from room upgrades. Free parking and water was nice though. Other than those two benefits they didn't do much else to make you feel welcomed/valued.

It's great! Hot breakfast and gym included. Pool closes at 10pm. Walking distance to the Disneyland shuttle (walk to the parking lot for Disney across the street). We couldn't see the fireworks from our room, but the staff put us on a lower floor to accommodate a handicap member of our party, which was much appreciated.

Customer service was incredible. Michael Ransom went above and beyond. Couldn't be more grateful or satisfied.

Good, clean rooms. Beds are a little hard for my personal tastes, but if you prefer firmer mattresses and pillows, then you'll probably be fine! Bathrooms are nice with a pretty decently-sized shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is also a great plus, and it is higher quality food than the average complimentary breakfast found in hotels. The hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland, if you're fine walking the ~1 mile distance. If you aren't fine with walking that distance, the hotel is a short walk away from the Toy Story parking lot, where you can take a free shuttle straight to the park. All in all, a pretty good experience for a hotel near Disneyland, especially considering the price!

Wow so much space! Family of 8 fit in 1 suite, on top of our luggage we had 2 full sized strollers and 1 umbrella stroller and the room was still super spacious. We had some user issues with the heating/cooling. Room was hot then got really cold overnight. Bathroom is BIG, downside my 4 year old went potty and fell in the toilet, as a hotel attracting Disney guests they should maybe have a kid friendly size toilet seat. Friendly staff, and great breakfast!!

Didn t get the chance to try any room, they over sale rooms on the high season, even with the confirmation on hand, after speending a full day at the parks (obvious location, of this hotel) the last thing that you want is to know, is that the room you were waiting all day isn t available anymore; after that, the only response is sorry and we arranged a new reservation for a nearby hotel

Cory at the front counter was awesome. One of my favorite hotels.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was close to Disney and the Garden Walk. Overall a great place to stay, kickback and relax!

Convienant Location. but no night life close by. Great for families visiting Disneyland. Or expo at Convention Center. Business class very nice.

Good breakfast and they have a starbucks here. The only thing i that they dont have a laundry and they dont have microwaves in the rooms , you have to heat your food downstairs.

Great atmosphere upon arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were tidy and clean. I love that they had full HD TV channels including Disney JR (to get the kids hyped up for Disneyland). Free continental breakfast that was actually GOOD. Close proximity (3-5 min walk) to the toy story parking lot that had free shuttle to Disneyland entrance.

So much for the happiest place on earth, came in at 11 and understand that check in is at 3 but they ran my card for the 250.00 for security and said they would call as soon as there was a room available. Came back at 2 still nothing no call and was told once again by a trainee that it would be a little longer. Decided to go eat and came back it is 3:30 well past my check in time and their computers are "not working" please don't bother to stay here theree is a manager at the front with the name tag Cory just staring at the computer like the other two trying to figure out what to do. Don't think you'll get a lot done by just staring at something. I guess I have choice but to try and enjoy since we already paid.

Nice and cozy, family friendly hotel. We were blessed to deal with Samantha and she made sure our stay was just perfect. This hotel is conveniently located across the street from Disneyland's Toy Story parking lot, shuttle service was constant, quick and easy to get back and forth to Disneyland. Complimentary breakfast is a big perk and I recommend eating early to avoid overcrowding. Between 8-9am is very busy. Nice to have room options with bunk beds and sliding door to separate kids room space from parents space.

Light pours thru the window at night. Loud random popping noise right outside our window all night. No sleep. Not good.

Newer hotel with spacious rooms. Within walking distance of Disneyland, if you don't mind a mile walk. Also close to Disney parking lot where you can catch a free shuttle Efficient, friendly staff. Good, but crowded, breakfast buffet. Outdoor pool was chilly. Breakfast hours need to be adjusted to reflect the vacation hours of most guests, not the standard business hours. They clean everything away promptly at 9. Why not go to 9:30 or 10?

This is an awesome hotel(almost better then the actual Hyatt) the rooms are beautiful the fitness center is amazing with so many different weights and free headphones and towels complementary breakfast whats not perfect about this hotel.

Honestly, I would recommend staying somewhere else. My room had the worst mildew moist stench upon entering for the first time. Front desk moved my room. New room was alright until I noticed long black strands of hair on my "clean" pillows. More

The Hyatt Place is a great place to stay when you go to Disneyland! Close to the parks, great breakfast, and so clean!

My family loved our stay here. It's so close to Disneyland that we were able to use the Disney shuttle across the street to get to and from the park. Our room was great and clean. My kids loved that they had their own room with a bunk bed. It was nice to be able to save money and eat breakfast in the hotel before hitting the long days at the park. The staff was so great!! The other hotels we stayed at on our trip we had a hard time getting a sharps container for my mother-in-laws insulin needles, but we asked here and they had housekeeping bring it straight to our room. We will definitely stay here again on our next Disneyland adventure.

This is a family friendly hotel just down the street from Disneland. The rooms, lobby area and cafe are clean, bright and well maintained. The included breakfast (for members) is a very nice full breakfast with a selection of cold and hot items that are well above the average included breakfast in hotels.

Good location if you're visiting Disneyland. The rooms were decent nothing that stands out, don't expect a nice view from any room, the surrounding landscape is far from scenic. The beds were comfy and the windows noise insulation was good.The hotel offers a decent breakfast again nothing more than the minimum so if your idea of breakfast is different than scrambled eggs, bacon and coffee than you may wanna skip it or not. On the other hand, the staff was excellent and made the stay at the Hyatt Place pleasant. The staff was always available, listening and did more than what was expected. I enjoyed my time there.

This place is very clean and contemporary. It's quite easy to miss as there are many hotels crammed into a small space on this stretch of Harbor Blvd. The breakfast that is included is yummy, hearty and warm. However, seating is lacking and it took my party a while to figure out there was a banquet room down the hall from the main dining area. The staff was generally friendly. They do need clearer/larger signage in their parking garage as it is hard to find your way down there.

Great place to stay within walking distance to Disney land and California Adventures park.

Excellent. The rooms and all facilities were top notch quality, and the employees were fantastic. The rooms were big and clean, andall issues I brought up with the staff were quickly resolved.

Hyatt Place anaheim is consistent with other HP hotels. Rooms are spacious, clean and adequate for the price. Staff is friendly, breakfast is great and Internet was free but not high end fast. The location is great and walking to Disney is 15 min or bus stop at hotel next door.

I didn't have any problems with the hotel, but had a few inconveniences. Much like anything for added security, that guests need to have their key handy in order to use the elevator. Kind of embarrassing when a group is waiting for you. Like any place where land is a premium, parking has a fee but is underground and is easy to get in and out. Gym rats won't see anything special at this gym, but it is pretty much the hyatt place standard. Don't plan to use in busy afternoons unless you like sharing.

Service is wonderful: friendly and responsive. Member breakfast is the best I've seen. Location is convenient walking distance to Disneyland parking for shuttle service to park. Condition of rooms is satisfactory: clean and comfortable, but one of the electrical outlets didn't work, the dresser drawer was broken, and our door never fully latched. I would definitely consider staying again despite the broken things. The staff was so kind.

The room was very nice. Not impressed with the price, we were informed the ratewas $163.00 a night and apparently had a special rate the night before. When we called to book the reservation the next day they gave us the new rate of $199.00 per night, with taxes and parking it was $235.00. Also, the customer service was OK not great. Next time we will stay at the Hilton down the street.

A great staff, location and stay (so far). This is a great location, easily accessible to the Disneyland, Disney California and Downtown Disney plus restaurants and the Convention center. All within walking distance. They provide a nice complimentary breakfast, not just bread and yogurt but eggs, sausage, cereals and other choices. We had a spacious double bed room which includes a couch. And the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint, if you can call it that is the rooms are well used resulting in a bit of natural wear and tear. But the staff immediately made a repair when requested.
