Hyatt Place & Cortona Inn & Suites Review

This place is great. The room was really clean and uniquely set up. We got the king bed with the bunk bed. It felt like we had two rooms for the price of one. The staff was so friendly, too. We asked for a nightlight and they were all out, but the front desk attendant went out of her way to pick one up from the store. She was able to deliver it to our room within an hour. Plus the location was super close to Disneyland. We just walked across the street to the Toy Story parking lot and jumped on the bus. I will definitely come back here.

Two night stay for a quick Disney weekend getaway and Hyatt Place delivered for us...

Lobby & Front Desk: The staff was very friendly and efficient during check in. We were greeted with a smile every time we entered the building throughout our visit. Excellent. The lobby decor is contemporary and clean. There's terminals should you need to check in or print a boarding pass in the lobby as well.

Rooms: Our room had two queen sized beds, a sitting area with a couch and ottoman. The couch also housed a fold out bed. There was a desk work area, refrigerator and TV worked fine. The bathrooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job when they stopped by to turn the room.

Amenities: The complimentary hot breakfast was a nice surprise as the eggs, sausage and potatoes fueled us for long disney days. Fresh fruits, toast, cereal and juices ensured there was something for everyone. Seattle's best coffee was self serve and fresh. They allowed you to take your food up to your room which I thought was a great convenience for everyone. The fitness room had mainly cardio equipment but there was a full set of dumbbells to get your free weights on. Towels, water, earphones for the cardio gear were provided.

The Toy/Story Parking Lot was only a 10 minute walk away, literally one stop light down from the hotel. From here you can take the shuttle to Disney, fantastic. Overall, this was an excellent drama free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again for the next Disney visit as the location is primo, rooms and amenities were on point and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Enjoy!

Respectable accommodations, nothing too fancy. TV service was on a constant rebooting loop. Fridges are free and in each room. The hotel has five floors a d underground parking.

Rooms were clean. Staff are friendly. Complimentary breakfast was warm and very delicious.

My family of 11 people stayed here for two nights during our trip to Disneyland and we just loved everything about the hotel. We booked only two rooms, both with two queen beds and the sofa sleeper and the 11 of us fit perfectly in just two rooms and slept nicely. They gave us both of the rooms next to each other on the fourth floor, both of which had a nice view and the beds and sofa sleepers were very comfortable. Another thing we really loved was the complimentary breakfast that they offer. We ate breakfast from here both days we were here. There was just one issue that we experienced. During our second night of staying here, we got locked out of one of our rooms and we were very tired from our first day at Disneyland and we just wanted to get into our room and go to bed. So we told the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy to get us into our room, but he unfortunately didn't understand us when we tried to explain what happened, so then he said he had to leave and they'll send someone else. So then they sent someone else after about 30-45 minutes. Luckily then a second maintenance guy came and did fix the problem and unlocked our door and got us into our room. This is the only reason for me not giving the hotel five stars even though this was our fault for getting us locked out of our room. As for the price, we got a good deal on both rooms as we got a discount because we are AAA members and we booked the room through the AAA website. There is also ample parking downstairs in the basement, it's not free, but there's plenty of parking, and there's an elevator that takes you from the basement parking lot to all the floors of the hotel, so it's convenient. It's also very close to Disneyland, only within a mile, so you can either just walk to the park or walk to the Toy Story Parking lot, which is pretty much next to the hotel across the street and catch a free shuttle from there.

This is a very clean and modern hotel. Walking convenience to shopping, drug store, and a variety of restaurants. Their breakfast is pretty standard and tasty. The exercise room is adequate for a general workout.

Rooms were very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of choices and the staff was knowledgeable of neighborhood and was helpful. Only gripe if paid parking but most places near resort do the same.

Great hotel. Beds are completely comfortable. We are a party of sixteen and have had a great experience. I would recomend a larger pool though.

The Hyatt has fantastic rooms and great rates. We ate breakfast each morning courtesy of the Hyatt. This is across the street from Disneyland parking. Parking is $17/night.

Desk staff was very friendly. Got me checked in fast and easy. They also had an electric vehicle charger that I used over night. The room was clean and spatious. Came with a mini fridge which was also unexpected but lovely. The breakfast in the morning was great quality. Overall loved my stay.

Got placed in room 440 which is right next to the staff room so I've gotten to have my whole room shake and hear a loud roaring sound about every 10 minutes in the morning horrible room to stay in. I would say that otherwise the room is perfect but I paid for a king room I expect to be able to sleep in.

Very clean, nice staff and good location!! Stayed here this past weekend and loved it. About a 20 min walk to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Very close to restaurants and convenient stores. Would love definitely stay here again

Across the street from the Woody parking lot (for free shuttle) or about a 10 minutes walk to Disneyland. Facility was clean and modern, overnight parking was ~$20, and breakfast was a little bit above average. I would definitely stay here again.

Personally I want to congratulate Miss Keiko and Leticia who works in the kitchen are wonderful people and very kind. During my stay I became ill and they helped me a lot. Hotel 100% recommended!

Great location close to Disney, newer property, parking is underground and convenient. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Secure floors as you need a key to access elevators, Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathrooms have nice amount of counter space and storage. In room fridge, flat screen with streaming hook ups, in room safe, couch with chaise lounge and table, desk to work. Hotel is quiet. Free breakfast that rivals Embassy Suites. Eating area is also very clean. 24 hour gallery service providing snacks etc. Free wifi-no password required. Excellent rate. A.bargain for what you get! Will definitely return!

Breakfast was one of the best I've had at hotels, really enjoyed the location within walking distance of Disneyland and the official Disneyland shuttle. Staff was also very accommodating with storing luggage when arriving before room was ready and after we checked out.

Located in nice street. Has clean underground parking lot. Very close to Disneyland shuttle stop. I would put 5 stars for everything, but first employee who checks me in was very rude and wont give me much information about anything I ask. She basically wanted me to Google and find out. I didnt see her from the, which is good. Rest stuff was very friendly and helpful. Best hotel breakfast.

If you are debating between resorts and have been looking and reading reviews for hours like I did, stop researching and book with Hyatt Place at Anaheim resort/Convention center. This hotel was awesome and I think what made it so awesome was the staff that worked there. when I arrived I was greeted by Lisa and and she was friendly and was so helpful with going over things. The breakfast is complimentary every morning and it's not just muffins in a package, its pancakes,french toast, waffles etc. very good and worth it. The house keeper who cleaned our room everyday(ROSA) was fantastic and made sure we had fresh everything everyday. So to Ms Rosa..thank you so much. On this trip I turned 21 and my family was not able to be with me, My mom coordinated with Ms. Adiliene(SP) and on my 21st birthday I walked in from the parks to find my entire room decorated. I cant thank you enough for everything you did for me and my mom. To the entire staff at the Hyatt I wanted to thank you for from the bottom of my heart.

Very good hotel and very well located, close to the parks. Rooms large, clean and well appointed. The food is reasonable but there are plenty of options nearby. The price is very good for what it offers.

Pricey. Definitely try to find a special negotiated rate, because this place is not cheap. But it is a nice hotel, with clean, well-appointed rooms and good amenities. Their breakfast, included, is actually rather good.
