Love this place. Old Scottsdale is beautiful. Furnished with a King sized separate bedroom. Kitchen with range, fridge and sink. Pool area with hot tub. Outdoor gas fire pit outstanding!!

First room did not smell good but the front desk was easy to work with and fixed the issue for the remainder of our stay. Very pleased.

Thought it was an excellent stay. Specifically, the young woman (couldn t remember her name) and Gonzalo who worked at check in were very helpful and the hotel is in an amazing location in downtown Scottsdale. Would recommend!

Just awful we arrived at 930am I had made 3 attempts to secure early check in through email phone call etc as this was business trip. Promised 1pm checked achecked throughout the day , 3pm comes no room still. Alex at front desk unapologetic terrible customer service. Management needs to look at how this individual runs front desk. I travel all the time so unbelievable no sense of urgency or concern for customers. Will never stay here again and will notify my corporate office to book elsewhere

A lovely place with a lovely staff. Stopped here for a short stay with my mom and daughter and we all agreed that we would have loved to stay a lot longer. The staff
Is cheerfully helpful and the suite is exceedingly comfortable and clean. We really like the layout. The bedrooms feel private and quiet. We found a grocery store about half a mile away, and a couple of very good Mexican restaurants. I highly recommend this Hyatt House, especially for families.

Has good home warm feeling and the pool was open. Very friendly

Nice enough. Great location. Breakfast was so so and we never did get maid service despite 2 requests.

Staying here for 3 weeks in their 1Bedroom Suite. First room that I stayed had problem with shower flooring so water didn t drain out. I informed help desk and was told it ll be taken care of (I didn t think it was a quick fix as the floor slope was the problem - wrong side of drain). Anyways, next day back from work, they told me its fixed. Upon checking, it was still the same. I wondered what did they mean by its fixed now. I complained again. The maintenance team tells me they ll need to rip out complete flooring to fix it which made sense so I moved to another room next to it. Because I m staying here for 3 weeks, I had a lot of stuff to move but I didn t mind much. New room, couple days go by and sink in kitchen falls down - no longer glued to counter top. I m still a week to go so I don t know what comes next.

Other than that, spacious suite. Large windows. An overall decent interior. Morning breakfast had coffee and muffins but that s it.

Side note- I know they haven t fixed the floor before renting it to some new customer. I know it because I am staying next room and somebody checked in just after I moved out of the room.

Update - Room service is only once a week on Wednesday. They ve missed it for 2 straight weeks.

So much service for spending three grand here. Never Hyatt again.

Significant other and I traveled from Minnesota to stay the weekend. Had planned months in advance. We were turned away because the hotel only accepts those older than 21- we are 19. This was NOWHERE on the website. It is very rude, inconsiderate, and was a huge inconvenience. We were hundreds of miles away homeless. The staff was extremely rude, did not offer help, no apology, did not even help us find a new reservation. Very disappointed.

I am really disappointed in this hotel since I really love that they have 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette which I really need for my family but all room windows were on the stairs and corridors so no privacy what so ever and the room was very dark even when outside is really sunny! The pool is nice and heated. I asked for another room away from the stairs, the receptionist told me that all 2 bedroom suites are on the stair with same view. I had to move to another hotel to have a little privacy and some sunshine!
