Everything was great, thanks Andrew at the cafe for being awesome! Food tasted good and coffee was tasty. Very comfortable beds I needed the sleep so bad ...had an amazing time with my gf and friends and even my dogs
Clean and spacious rooms, with an at home feel!! Friendly staff, and amazing service!! Beautiful views of the city!! Check out The Perch, they make a delicious Long Island Iced Tea!! Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Crowne Plaza!!
Relatively quiet hotel for being so close to the airport. Nice staff. Crowne Plaza beds are a tad more comfortable, mostly due to the linens and pillowcases which feel soft, than other similar chains like Marriott and Hilton. 1
We had a beautiful suite with a full kitchen/formal dining area and living area. Comfortable bed with two baths. The restaurant/bar was very friendly and our drinks/food were very good.
5 star hotel experience 1 star airport shuttle service. The shuttle driver decided to buckle the seat belt behind him and was texting and driving. He did not blue his safety or the safety of the passengers. He was heavy on gas, heavy on break, taking corners much to fast and 90% of the time he was driving in between lanes. I would highly recommend the sky train. It's free, faster, and will care about your safety.
As airport layover hotels go, this one is quite nice. I had a lovely evening view of the brilliant Phoenix sunset from my comfortable and quiet room and was fortune enough to check in early enough to get some sun by the lovely pool area! I'll never complain about time under a palm tree! That's a nice touch! I had a very busy day of flying and it was nice to unwind in the spaces on Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport.
We stayed at this place one night simply because it was close to the airport for an early morning flight. The tub had dirt rings. the shower curtain had a lot of dirt stains. I felt gross showering in the tub was scared to tough anything. I took pictures but I don t know if it will let me upload them. Will not stay again. I realize it s an airport hotel but I expected better
Very nice staff. Convenient to airport. Limited amenities - one soap in the bathroom to share between sink and shower. Double room but the coffee they provide in the room is for 1. Only one bath towel per person. No luggage stands so suitcases are up on the dresser leaving no available surface.
These are all minor inconveniences just that I would have expected more from a 4 star hotel.
Great place to stay. Clean friendly staff and close to the airport. Mini fridge, coffee maker, clean big beds.
After a long day of traveling and having a hard time with getting a rental car, this hotel gave us a free shuttle right to them. They treated us amazing. Tim Brophy was amazing to work with. Thank you so much Tim for making our hotel stays during our trip relaxing. The hotel is clean and the food is amazing at the restaurant. Staff is top notch!
