Food was GREAT, service was excellent considering they only had 2 waitresses covering the whole place. It was a week day. Had the BLT on sourdough bread and fries and for desert the brownie melt (I believe it was called). Definitely will go back and do reccomend it.
We used to go here three times a week since we re close by at Chandler airport. The staff used to be great, but now they re just drones.
The food used to be consistently very good. Now, not so much.
The one problem we have is the environment. This isn t an urban dance community. This is Chandler, Arizona, but the manager failed to understand his clientele.
Maybe this is why we were the only party present at 1210pm today - the heart of lunch hour.
We asked for the hip-hop to be turned down so we could hear each other. Fail.
Background music is supposed to be just that - in the background.
We come to relax, catch up, and get some food. We re constantly disappointed. We tried returning here today to give it one last shot.

When the business fails and closes, just point to a blind and deaf manager.
Nice fun people, excellent food, lots of sports on lots of TV's. No mask needed. Just go. Mama likes it a lot, even on Mother's Day.
Sat outside on a beautiful sunny day. Tables were not wiped down in between patrons. Had my own sanitizing wipes and they were black after wiping the table ourselves.Food was just ok.
Tried this location for the first time 4/14/21. The wings are really good, chips and salsa above par and corn dog appetizer decent. Beer was cold and crisp. Our waitresses Brooklyn and Phoenix were friendly and fast. The music was a little loud and made conversation difficult. The restaurant/bar area seemed really clean. Overall, 4 stars!
Pretty sure the food was straight out of the microwave, but that doesn't explain why it took an entire hour for them to get it to the table. I found something green in my fries. My sandwich was just drenched in sauce that tasted more like slop and the buns were definitely not fresh. The onion rings are alright but that's about it. The waitress gave us a basket and we found some leftover salad at the bottom, it was really gross. Too loud, too busy, not nearly sanitary enough.
Always a good meal and friendly service. TV's all around to enjoy multiple events. Wide range of menu items to satisfy all.
We came in late with two youth baseball teams while they were short staffed and everyone absolutely crushed it!!! Kitchen nailed our orders with speed, the waitress was the only one in the place and was on top of it and the manager was involved, helping his staff... he s obviously a great leader. Best dining experience I ve had in a long time and you would never know they were short on staff. Great job all around and we will definitely be back.
Good food, great service. Was not my intended food choice this evening but had to call an audible when my visit to Mod pizza across the street turned into a political lecture from their employees. Nice to see Zipps respects its customers enough to not try to be anything other than a quality restaurant. I pay for good food and good service, nothing more, nothing less, and that's what I got.
