Never in my life have a experience people that don't know what they are doing. you get denied a loan and all you want to find out is why and no one has the answer. I am good without taking a loan out. The universe was telling me something and I should listen.

Excellent company!!! I would do business with them a thousand times over!!! They work with their merchant with the good, the bad and the in between!!! Michelle on Team 2 goes above and beyond providing excellent customer service.

I didn't know what this company was showing up on ...

I didn't know what this company was showing up on my account and I called and they were very understanding to me not wanting to hand out my personal info. So I gave as little as I had to to get my information and she was so sweet and wished me Happy Holidays after I wished her Merry Christmas and Happy New Years. She was so sweet!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. We signed up for auto pay and they didn t take our payment out so we called the day after to see why and to make the payment and they kept telling us that no payment was due but of course we knew there was. So after about an hour of our calls being transferred or hung up on we finally got ahold of someone who would take our payment and said that our auto payload been messed up and was set up for several months away and that we would have been charged late fees if we had waited to make the payment. All of the representatives had no idea what was going on and treated us like we were the idiots. We had to many issues with them to even recap. Do NOT do business with the idiots.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. I called last month to increase my monthly payment got it all set up. Today I got a letter I have ever gotten from them so I called immediately the extremely rude CSR would not listen to me and was talking to me like I was a child. So when I set up the new payments somehow the last CSR I dealt with set up my payments as I requested for the next 4 months but then she added one last payment for December of 2021! And I said there is no way that is correct how would your company even allow me to go 11 months without making a payment and he just kept saying that s what you asked for. Then it all made sense if I would t of called then I would of been charged Intrest for an additional 11 months! I asked to speak to someone else because the Guy was so rude and he said he could not transfer me to anyone else I would have to call. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND ILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE BEWARE!!

Put a late payment strike on my credit report for ...

Put a late payment strike on my credit report for $1.66 that I didn't even know I owed them. Tried contacting them and it told me to call back during normal business hours (I called at 4:20 PM) of 7:30 am until midnight and disconnected my call.
