I stayed at the Radisson Hotel the 23rd through the 25th. I am a local and in between moving from my old apartment to a new one, I was informed that my move-in date would be push back two days. So I decided to get a room for those nights. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and considerate upon check-in. The room was modern and very clean with added sanitized markers throughout the room. Best part is I had two great nights of sleep! Definitely recommend staying here!

Recent remodel is lipstick on a pig. Room smelled of sulfur (sewer gas burping up through sink or tub) I pulled all the plugs and ran water into sink and tub (solved) , there was a rust spot in the tub and bubbling paint (about after square area) on the bathroom wall, loud people in the hall at night and check-in took nearly 30 min. It's a low priced option with clientele to match.... we had dinner at the double tree across the street... it looked much nicer and will be out next try when we need an airport hotel in phx.
I just left there and the room was beautiful until I took a shower and the whole floor was soaked. And for a handicapped room that is highly dangerous. The prices at the restaurant are sky high for low level food. Not to mention they charge a $100 deposit and neglect to tell you that it takes 7-10 business days to get it back. I'll never go there again.
Understaffed. The bathroom didn t look clean at all. The toilet seat had black stains on it and the shower floor was also very dirty. The floor looked like it had dried oatmeal on it and the a/c was so loud I woke up multiple times. Overall not worth the $120 I paid to stay for one night. Probably won t stay at a Radisson again just because this experience was so gross and troublesome.
The Radisson is beautiful hotel. Simple check in. Not a whole lot of guest. But the up to 30 days to return a $100 security deposit. That s just completely uncalled for. Who does that?
I ve used this hotel for airport parking twice. First time was 5/5 great, second time not so much. When I landed, I called the number on the card they give you and received a busy tone over and over (called 20 times). Finally got a different number off google and the gentleman at the front desk said the shuttle stops running at 10p and I d have to catch a cab. First, the email confirmation of my parking purchase clearly states 24 hour shuttle service except between 1a-4a (booked through parkway parking). And, the card the front desk staff gave me for when I land (like a shuttle ticket) did not have anything on it stating the hours. As a single woman late at night just trying to get home, this had me in a panic. Luckily, the gentleman working gave me a refund for my taxi ride, of which I was also graced with an incredible angry taxi driver. While I appreciate the compensation, management needs to update their online information and shuttle cards with the correct information. Please also train your staff appropriately to SAY that information upon check in as well. And last but not least, fix your phone line. I wasn t the only one who had issues getting through and that was unacceptable.
Clean rooms and accommodating front desk staff. Kudos to the Chef and Alexandra in the restaurant. The food was tasty and Alexandra was a one-woman show, being bartender, hostess and server accommodating hotel guests' appetite with a smile. There are nothing but good things to say about her. This was a great stay within minutes to the Sky Harbor International Airport. I will return!
3 stars is good according to Google. So I've gotta go 2 for ok. One night out of nowhere it sounded like a jackhammer was going off. It would stop after awhile but then start again. It was something AT the hotel because there was no construction near by. Woke both of us up. I couldn't fall asleep after that. Then they have a policy of keeping the $100 deposit for 10 days. Why?! I saw that in a few reviews. That's bad business. Will be booking somewhere else next time.
Great hotel, swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing . Rooms are spacious, very fast internet, fitness area is clean. I'd give them a full 5 stars but no microwave in rooms, only in the lobby , I don't think anyone wants to come down from the above floors and microwave food when it's past 12am .
