Great food, pleasant staff, clean room. Really nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Nice rooms, nice layout, convenient to get to from iad.

We arrived on a Saturday evening while a wedding party was using the front entry way for photos. There was no one to greet us or guide us as to where we needed to go. The front desk was not hard to find but not clearly identified. All of this made our first engagement with the hotel a little confusing. The room we got is nice, but there are no drawers to put our clothes - only a closet for hanging clothes. I suspect most of their customers are business class where the clothes are all hung. We will be here for a week and will need to layout our clothes on the couch since there is nowhere else to put them. Also, there aren't many power outlets in the room. Lastly, the mini fridge in our room was broken, but Maintenance replaced. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get them to come, but the problem was addressed quickly and courteously once he got to our room.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly, but it is big enough to be a little confusing.

The Hotels rooms are very nice. Right up there with a resort hotel. There are a few issues like the lobby being hot but places around the room being extremely cold. The AC in my room would sometimes not work. Other then that everything here is great for a quick stay or two for the night.

Not bad other than the humorously crooked toilet.
Nice central bar/lounge area. Rooms have a little sitting area with desk. Easily accessible parking lot.

Great room. Great location near the airport... Can watch planes take off right out the window. Lobby is spectacular with nice bar and restaurant. Only complaint is double beds. Do they still have those? It's 2017.

We had an excellent time here. Wonderful customer service, and the room and common areas were very nicely maintained.

My room was large, we'll appointed, and lovely; breakfast was all you'd expect from a high quality hotel; and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'll stay here the next time I'm in town.

The TV did not work. Bad call spending extra to stay here.

I went to a dance event. The hotel has all the services. The rooms are very well equipped.

The location is a bit awkward to reach, having to use a toll road to access the place depending on where you are driving from. But once there the staff were fantastic and the room was amazing.

The hotel was really nice with a beautiful view. The showers had really hot water and a very comfortable bed. The pool is indoors and very warm like a bath.
I booked through a third party and got a great deal, I was so supprized.
The staff were quick to help with tv issues. My only complaints would be that the front desk representive was openly arguing with another employee, I believe from house keeping, and they do not offer free breakfast.

Other than that I really enjoyed my stay!

Their convention center is amazing. The rooms are large and comfortable. The front desk service can be a bit slow, but overall it's a great hotel.

Comfortable beds, nice and clean hotel. For the price breakfast could be included. Overall great start. Check in was very easy and employees were very accommodating.

Quality room with the best burger I've ever had. Also the best breakfast meal I've ever had by far. Service was as expected with all my questions answered, and nobody tried to enter my room with the DND sign on the door.

Went for a networking event so didn't stay at the hotel it self. Nice setup overall, lots of individual meeting rooms which was nice.

We had an office holiday party here. . The staff were great and we had a fantastic time.

Sheets not changed, furniture covered with dust, on the nightstand of viscous traces of bottles of drinks, the hair dryer does not work. To top it off, the maid came to wake me up at 8:45.

My room was very nice. There was plenty of space with a pull out couch and two full beds. The only part I didn't like was to get into the pool you had to ask the front desk to call maintenance, you couldn't just walk in. I didn't use the pool for that reason. Everything appears clean and staff are very nice.

Beautiful hotel and a great rate but the front desk was less than helpful. I have a large family and needed to bring in our bags, there were no carts available and he just told me to keep coming back to see if someone dropped one off. It was late and we needed to get settled. It would have been helpful if he had called someone to help look, or told me that he would call my room when one was returned.

I have attended several events here and I must say the staff is always very supportive and friendly. Always loved attending events here.

The decor was nice. But chairs in lobby were old and uncomfortable.

Lobby was nicely decorated, with fairly helpful staff who answered my questions and got me settled in. The room was also pretty great and spacious, only complaint would be how dimly lit the bath/shower was. Breakfast on the morning wasn't the biggest, but definitely one of the nicest I've been to at a (non-Vegas) hotel. Their selection was small, but their hot food was delicious and they change it up every day.

Hotel is located in a very nice and Quiet location. We received a 2 double bedroom with sofa bed on the 10th floor viewing the airport. It was a very relaxing stay. And the staff was very nice and helpful during checkin and check out

The location is in a business district and around other hotels. It is very close to multiple restaurants. The hotel style is old school and not very modern. The room and hotel is very clean. Full size lotion and shampoo products.concierge and guest services were excellent.

3 stars because the hotel & our room were clean, which is not always the case nowadays even in big chains. There was 1 suspicious spot on a couch, but it was easy enough to ignore for a 4 day stay.
Walls are PAPER THINS. I understand guests had to be grouped on one floor because of COVID, but the noise level was ridiculous. We could hear the tv from the room next door (conjoining doors!?) at unreasonably late hours. We also had to contact the front desk several times for them to address the issue of a different group of loud guests.
To the exception of a couple of people, the majority of the staff was friendly & helpful, though.

Nicely appointed hotel with friendly service. Bar, restaurant and meeting facilities. Guest rooms are spacious and updated. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Something most might not think of, but rooms have great steam irons to get the wrinkles out of your clothes before heading out to a business meeting. Rates seem very reasonable for this quality if a hotel.

Nice hotel but it does show it's age a bit. The rooms are very large, which was appreciated. Pool and hot tub were nice and they're indoors to allow for year rooms use. Overall, the property is well maintained. The service here was top notch and very helpful. Only issue is price of breakfast. $20 a person is a bit steep for a buffet. Also, the hotel didn't have much within walking distance, you'll need a car or Lyft. They are still building out the metro, nearest station is probably 10 minutes away currently.

Great place to host events like cons and magic tournaments. The local area is nice to explore!

The room was nice, but parking is $50 if I'd have known that I probably wouldn't have stayed here.

Miss a flight, and and up in this hottel, never again, check in took one hour, customer service was terrible,

Came here for HH, food was very good, service was even better.

It's a nice enough hotel. My biggest issue with this place was the lack of complimentary WIFI service. I've stayed in much cheaper hotels with wifi service. You've got two options for wifi here, either drag yourself down to the lobby or put up with being nicked and dimed. End rant.

Great hotel, had a problem getting breakfast the chef over heard. He not only personally prepared our meal but because of the difficulties we had experienced did not charge us. Something we didn't expect but really made a different in our overall experience. The dining area and bar has a great TV and food. Staff at desk not so friendly or helpful, that is why the chef stepped in.

My wife thinks I live here .. at least since late Jan 2012. I am close to Diamond status. I love the bed and pillows and I always sleep soundly. TV channel selection is lame, to many sports & news, not enough "cab;e" channels like history, TLC, etc. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Food & drink is adequate, but pricey. Never used the laundry service, and never had an incorrect charge. All said & done, this is my NoVA home away from home.

This is NOT the quality of a 4 star hotel. The rooms are outdated and dingy. It doesn t smell fresh or clean. The elevators smell musty. One side of the hotel is near the mechanical system so it s very loud, moved to the other side and the air conditioner is so loud, it sounds like a blender. Light switches and socket covers that should be white are yellow. The sink is chipped so it looks dirty. It appears that they tried to do a cheap renovation but just covered the old stuff. TV is outdated and slow. Bed and couch are old and springy. Everything creeks (doors, furniture, toilet). There s no safe in the rooms so you can have staff hold whatever you d like to keep away from others at the front (which defeats the purpose of a safe). Hyatt really should be ashamed for marketing this property this way. It is in bad shape. The staff is ok, but everything takes a while. I called the front desk and had to call back three times to actually speak to someone. First time, no answer. Second time, placed on hold. Finally got through on the third try. I asked for a fork and was told I d be charged a delivery fee. This place is being run by some of the worst hospitality pros I ve ever encountered

Place was a dump. I've stayed in La Quintas that are better! The hallways had trash in them and a bad smell. It took someone over 30 mins to bring 2 blankets to my room. The prices to eat there are absolutely ridiculous. The staff was not very friendly and acted like it was an inconvenience to ask a question. The bedding is paper thin and not comfortable. Will not be staying there againm

Stayed 2 hours to take a shower, the shower was clogged!!!

If you're looking for a good place to rent a room for an event, the staff was very friendly and the facility is clean and well maintained.

I stayed here while getting stranded in VA before I had moved here and this was such a nice airport hotel. The room was beautiful and CLEAN and also very modern and updated.

People and staff where very friendly and the shuttle bus is very convient that runs to the airport every 30 mins

Just came for a beer, could have a better selection, only one local beer on tap, and a bit expensive. Nice lobby though

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had great service. I have also enjoyed their dinner service each time.
