Hyatt is a good spot to host small to medium sized events. They maintain a clean facility and my only gripe wild be the catering is not the best. It would be nice if the bar were open more consistently during events to encourage more of a social atmosphere between event sessions.

Beautiful upscale hotel. This is located right near the airport and they offer a complimentary airport shuttle. On-site restaurant/bar, delicious food. A bit pricey but food quality is high quality. Great place for meetings or events. Ballrooms are updated and many size types. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. They seem to enjoy working here and deliver outstanding customer service. The updated spacious and overnight rooms are beautiful. They are super clean and smell amazing as you walk in. The beds are super comfortable also so remember to set multiple alarms and wake up calls. I had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to returning to this location again soon.

Just checked in for a week and its snooty staff was not friendly it looked like a ghost town I have to pay 8 dollars a day parking no microwave or food near by no idea why it's called a 4 star hotel I havnt found a single good thing about this place other than it's close to work. And I booked with Priceline so I'm stuck :(

Nice place, really nice people, and the dinner at the hotel is shockingly good. I had a cheeseburger and some fried catfish. Both were much better than expected. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the room was warm, too warm to sleep comfortably.

I have stayed at a lot of hyatts in and out of the area and this one, by far, does NOT live up to the Hyatt name. I stayed for the weekend with a conference being held in the hotel and have encountered rude staff both at the bar and front desk, lackluster food and bad organization. You had time to prepare for this size of an event. The conference covered their end, you could have done the same. When the money was due, we did our part right?

The only saving grace was the night shift (or whatever shift started around 7pm). They were engaging and even seemed excited to see us. THROW THE WHOLE DAY SHIFT AWAY

Very difficult spot to plan a meeting. I would not suggest this location. I planned and event in advance for a client and even callong several time before the date to make sure everything was set up correctly, the meeting staff literally embarrassed me in front of the client even after I asked her to step out to speak to me she still insisted on speaking to me in front of client. Very unprofessional. Would never go back for work.

So so

Nice

Beautiful hotel 5 miles from Dulles International airport. Very comfortable king-sized bed, beautiful bathroom with thick towels and all kinds of high end "freebies". Large den with business desk, access to WiFi, refrigerator, leather sofa and chair, large screen TV.
The reception area is large with a coi pond, where you can enjoy coffee, or anything the bar sells, including fruit. Price is fair for D.C.

Did not stay there but attended a conference there .
Services were lousy.
Commuted from DC via Metrobus to Dulles Airport to meet Hotel Shuttle. Drivers did their own thing with NO Respect that we were trying to get to a meeting that started at 9 am. They made sure we were late!
You could not PAY me enough money to stay in that place! Don't ever want to go there again

Had an issue with payments at the front desk. They keep horrible records with cash payments and tried to double charge my mother for a night she had already paid for. Most of the staff was pleasant and friendly and housekeeping was awesome.

Had our flight cancelled and was provided accommodation for one of the nights here. The hotel staff was alright, and we were checked-in at a timely manner. The room was orderly and seemed clean except for make-up stains on 3/4 of the pillowcases. We called for slippers, robes and a change of pillowcases. While all the items seemed like they have been washed, the robes had stains on them (one had blood stains), and the pillowcases again had make-up stains. Hopefully they find a better laundry service to handle their linens. Otherwise, the shuttle to and from the airport is convenient and everything else was fine.

Convenient shuttle from the airport. Rooms have tiny bathrooms, but include a sitting room with couch and refrigerator. Charging hub on the desk a very nice touch. Where the stars get taken away is on services. Ordered room service my first night. Took an hour and a quarter, plus another call to check on it, to get a salad. Housekeeping left my door open a crack for who knows how long while I was at a conference all day. Fortunately nothing was stolen.

Room was larger than I expected and well furnished. The lounge area was open and inviting with a large bar and coffee area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying again next time I am in the area

Overall, the price-performance ratio is right. 4 stars is a bit excessive, but probably due to the location. The location is great, right at the airport and otherwise a great connection.
Fitness room and pool are absolutely ok and also very clean.
Rooms are spacious, adequately furnished and generally appealing.
There are deductions for various details that are either defective, worn or showing their age.
I also found it difficult to put my tip on the pillow one day or the other because I wasn't always satisfied with the service. Larger tufts of hair from my predecessor (s) were only removed after days, which I found less appealing.
The prices at the lounge bar may correspond to the area, but I think this is a bit overpriced, this would not be the case if there was competition to the food in the immediate vicinity.

I used the parking reserved on SpotHero. It's uncovered on the top of a parking structure that you have to climb 4 flights of stairs and walk to/from to the lobby. With your luggage. Shuttle refused to take me there after pickup from hotel. Second time I used it, both times this happen. Will NEVER use it again. Use the Marriot Dulles. Much better location, service and parking lot.

Stayed here for one night on a recent trip, specifically due to proximity to airport and we wanted a full service hotel with restaurant/bar. The front desk and shuttle staff were wonderful. The rooms clean, comfortable and spacious (considering standard room). They not only run a shuttle to the airport but one to a close by dining/shopping area - a perk for those who don't have a vehicle and want options. We ate in the restaurant (bar side) and the food was decent, service a bit subpar as we had to keep waving the server down to refill waters and ultimately to clear our table and get check. It may have been they were short staffed given the nor'easter in progress so it did not change my overall opinion even if the server gal looked annoyed every time we needed something.

Very friendly staff with a great welcoming feel. The view from the room is pleasant to see. The rooms are nice most with the bathroom and sink separate from the toilet and shower. There are microwaves on one or two floors. It's was a pleasant stay while visiting the area

My hotel stay has been incredible here. The hotel is going through a renovation (almost completed) and had an opportunity to stay in a renovated room. Key things I loved:

1. Built in digital clock in the vanity mirror
2. Under the bed night light triggered by my foot movement - super cool
3. Rooms feel like a small studio and less like a hotel room
4. Shower has two shower heads, one that can be removed.

The food was pretty good and priced fairly. The seafood flat bread was unbelievable and only $15 with tip. I did not enjoy the chocolate mouse, was almost like they made up a dessert and took four small scoops of mousse, white chocolate chips, added strawberries (which they should tell you in cse your allergic) and blueberries with cocoa powder sprinkled on the bottom.

The hotel is located in an area that is booming and is only a mile away from a grocery store, retail shops and restaurants.

Last the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They truly work hard to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

Good hotels and comparatively costly. Near to airport. They have restaurant inside the hotel and it is costly. No complimentary breakfast. No other option near by. It is outskirts from downlown DC. Almost 47-50 USD need to be pay on LYFT/UBER. No near by bus stop. But area is full of offices.

Very poor service. We called ahead and booked a room and when we got to the hotel they wouldn't allowed us to check in for 30 minutes. Keep in mind we got into town at 2am. The receptionist was rude and was very racial towards us. An African American couple in front of us was allow to check in while myself an Asian male and my wife caucasian female was no. We had no greeting and received no apologies. The receptionist was the rudest and most offensive person in the hotel business. I will never go to a Westin again. Keep in mind after we checked in we out bed had blood stains and after we ask for a change the didn't respond for an hour. I would not stay here ever again.
