Room accommodation are lacking and need to be uodat

Tv didn't work, room practically like basement next to pool. Smelled of chlorine & smoke. Was stuck on a layover. Only positive was the reduced rate and good food in the resto.

Beautiful hotel. Room was perfect. Strong shower. Nice lobby. Life guard in duty. Pool opened late, 10pm.

The Hyatt Regency Dulles is located in close proximity to the airport and various attractions. It's a bit far from DC metro area but worth it to keep away from the traffic.

Rooms are well maintained and clean, spacious lobby with a restaurant and a bar that serves coffee during open hours. Unfortunately all coffee is pay, nothing on 24/7 for guests. However there is 24/7 hot water and ice water in lobby.

Service is good at front desk and the shuttle is convenient.

I went twice for my office party. Amazing place to spend with friends. I liked it .

Nickel and dime. The restaurant is not open. You have to order off the bar menu and carry it up to your room yourself. If you want it delivered you have to go up to your room and call they charge extra for that. Food was gross anyway. Cheap wine in tiny glasses.

It is a nice but price overrated hotel with an expensive breakfast and good airport connection.

Great hotel not too far from Dulles airport. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is kind enough and the prices are correct. Not bad when we make a long stopover.

Very close proximity to Dulles Airport and very convenient as to they provide complementary shuttle service. Rooms are clean and updated with modern decor. However much improvement can be made for breakfast buffet items as they are limited.

Great except need better sofa sleeper beds. Theyre flat and lumpy uncomfortable.much body aches. The wyndham resorts (stayed in one on duke ellington blvd in las vegas) has very good sofa beds. Maybe can take a page out of their book.

Stayed for an event. Hotel was fairly clean, however its definitely aging a bit. When I checked in, the first room I was assigned smelled like smoke. I returned to the front desk, and the agent moved me to another room, no questions asked. The second room was cleaner than the first. I asked the bartender to make me an espresso martini and he absolutely killed it. The price wasn't terrible for it either! Overall fine, but it needs a major renovation.

The food at the event was great. The room was great too.

The staff is excellent and helpful and the lobby, restaurant and bar are good for meeting with people.

It's a clean modern hotel near the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious with great beds & linens, you'll enjoy a restful night sleep You'll also enjoy the indoor pool, restaurant, views, TV and free WiFi!

Very clean and nice staff. It's in the middle of no where and the prices are a little steep at the bar and restaurant.

Kent Meade was amazing. Hotel was fully booked due to the long Memorial Day weekend but Kent found us a room to accommodate us and our 2 kids. Great service

Location is close to Dulles airport. Rooms were great. Pull out couch with double bed was very convenient. Service was good. Nice fitness room and very nice ballroom

I booked through my company's travel website. The property was rated at 4 stars. The individual available rooms all said 'renovated'. The 1st question I asked upon checkin was, is my room renovated? The lady responded no, and added that none of the rooms were renovated yet. She said that the hotel was in the process of doing 'measurements'. Staff was kind and customer focused , I'm just disappointed in the misleading room description. I moved off of another property to select this 4star supposedly renovated property with a great low price. Too good to be true. You get what you pay for. The property is dated (20-25 years), but clean and functional.

I went there to attend a job fair hosted by Raytheon. Unfortunately, they didn't have the job I was looking for. So I just stayed briefly.

The rooms are clean but poorly lit. There are no centralized lights. Also, the elevators are really slow. It takes around five minutes to wait for an elevator.

Everything was well accommodated, located in the the business district or Herndon. Well suited for your stay while attending conventions

What a dump. Stayed in better Motel 6. Rooms are big. It s definitely not 4 star. I d give it about 2 stars. You d be better off paying the same price for a 2.5-3 star.

This was the second year we held our holiday party at this venue. Staff was both professional and accommodating. Food was just ok and drink prices were on the high end

Our linens were dirty and overall it was a not-so-great experience.

Several lights in the room are not working making it hard to find things on the desks. Sink mirror light is too dim to shave. The small magnifying mirror light not working as well! The room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel and experience, have stayed there in the past and will stay again in the future. Room is spacious and clean, although noisy with the AC on. Staff are friendly and prompt, regular service to the airport.

Good location not to far from restaurants and other amenities. The prices for food inside the hotel were quite steep. Room was clean and the beds are fairly comfortable.

Friendly staff and fast check in. The room I was guaranteed was not available, which was a little irritating, but they did upgrade me. Room service messed up my order twice, but they resolved it. Minor grievances but I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere quiet, and not too pricey.

Free airport shuttle. Beautiful, clean room with nice fluffy robe! The front desk made sure I had everything I needed, including a new hair brush!

The front desk staff and the rooms are great, but the bar/restaurant staff looks like they hate their jobs, the service is pretty bad.

We had a breakfast buffet here. It was really nice. The place is a little bit hard to find. Google leads you to the wrong address.

One of the nicest, cleanest, friendliest hotels ever! The staff was very accommodating; the room was immaculately clean and the breakfast was so much better than most of the hotel's we've been to. This hotel is highly recommended!

Compared with other similar hotels around Dulles Airport, This one has better rooms. Also, their breakfast is nice.
Among hotels near Washington Dulles Airport, this Hyatt Regency and Westin have a slightly higher class impression (compared to other chain hotels). I think that this Hyatt Regency has a good breakfast, and if there is a chance, it should be a plan with breakfast. Room is impression that a little a year goes into, but is clean and is somewhat large.

We were waiting for their promised shuttle at the airport. Nobody came. Was trying to call them, but no one picked the phone. Eventually we took taxi to reach it. Hotel is fairly close to airport, but takes about 15 min to reach it due to twists at highway. Rooms are fine, we got big tv, bathroom has comfy shower cabin. Coffee machine makes good coffee.
