Hour long check in line. Front desk with only one staff member. There were wet, dirty towels outside the door and the bedsheets were VERY wrinkled suggesting the room was rush cleaned and the sheets were not changed.

So I booked this from a third party 11 days before my stay, 5 days before my stay I called and asked to cancel one night. The lady on the phone was nice and said it wouldn't be a problem and I can do that when I check in. And this is where it all goes down hill. I was not refunded my one night and was charged an added $100 for incidentals that I "may" have. The room was decent and clean but the bed was very firm. and woke up with a sore back. The paint was peeling from the door jam. and the blanket was falling apart. The food was really good but overpriced and left me wishing I had ate at the airport. All in all I would not stay here again and will not be recommending it to anyone. For the price its just not worth it, any of it.

This is the worst service I have ever had from an hotel. More than 5 calls and waiting in the extreme cold, the shuttle bus never showed up. And the customer service/front desk kept making fake promise.

Booked a standard room for a Saturday night. Ordered some dessert for room service. It arrived shortly and was delicious. We had a full breakfast Sunday morning with the help of an omelette maker & buffet. Service was impeccable throughout. Definitely recommend.

We had a delicious dinner late last night. My husband had the filet mignon (rare-just the way he likes it and hefty-he's a big eater) and I had the flounder sandwich (extremely large piece of fish, blackened and prepared perfectly). The portions were generous and the server, Noe, was very nice.

The hotel itself was great. The staff not so much. My sister and I got treated poorly several times by staff who gave priority to their "pagent girls". There are a list of convenience items they have for ppl to borrow. I needed a curling iron because I forgot one and needed to use one to get ready for a costume contest. I called to request one and was told they were in high demand. The lady was like. .you know we DO have a beauty pagent going on right? That was just one of several things that happened. Overall the hotel was amazing ..but they need to treat everyone fairly.

Wonderful room, couldn't enjoy it fully as I was there because of a delayed flight and had to get up in 5 hours to catch a plane. Loved how you could adjust the heat in the room and it didnt sound like a jet plane

Great place, clean and comfy. We got a screaming deal through priceline, because we didn't know which hotel we were bidding for, but the walk-up price seems rather high. Breakfast was not included for us, but that is ok. Parking is free, and lots of restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

I thought i was giving myself a treat, i was wrong. Really disappointed with that hotel, even more given the price.

First i found a bug in the bath tube. I don't know what it was and i don't care but that is a real deal breaker...

Second the rooms are fine but have obvioulsy been designed in the 80s and haven't changed since. So if you're into moustaches, large glasses, public space smoking, and depression friendly designs this hotel is for you. Well to be honest it's my fault because i should have realized that when looking at the website. No safe and mini bar empty.

Finally the food. The hotel has a restaurant. The food there is outrageously expensive so that i didn't want to have a main course and encourage this kind of pricing. I had a salad. I don't know if it was meant to be good but to me it was just vinegar. My stomach ulcer is having the time of its life... How can one consider that correct to give to client ? Did they ever heard about dressing and vinaigrette ? 8$ for some salad leaves, 4 cherry tomatoes and half bottles of vinegar that is a lot. The bread tasted like bran, not sure if it is supposed to... Water was fine.

Make yourself a favor if you have to stay in the dc area, avoid hyatt regency dulles.

Clerk's were kind and helpful. Restaurant was delicious. Room was clean and has everything you would need. Fitness center is nice but does not have Olympic weights for squats, deadliest, etc. Overall a very nice hotel.
