My family and I had a fantastic experience at Huntington Honda, thanks to a saleswoman named Ali. She was so kind and informative throughout the entire process. We were looking to lease a new car, and she helped us choose a model in our price range that checked our boxes, walked us through the whole thing, and was so responsive even by text in the days after we met her about questions we had. She even gave a in person feature demo about the CRV a few days after we purchased. During talks about pricing, she showed us every available option to finance affordably and easily. I wish more car salespeople were like Ali she s friendly, young, knowledgable, and not rude or pushy like some other salespeople we encountered elsewhere. She genuinely wanted us to get what we were looking for, instead of worrying about her own bottom line. If you re trying to get a Honda on LI, you should 100% be buying with her!

Please do not go to Huntington Honda. They are crooks who try to take your money. Do not work with Aldo he tries to pressure you to lease or buy cars. Plus his breathe smells horrendous. Don't get me started with the finance worker named Jen. When I had an issue and came in calmly she went from 0 to 100 with an attitude. They are liars and all they care about is making a commission. When the manager was called he was having such an attitude and claimed that he could not help me. I sat in the waiting room and called my attnorney for legal advice. Long story short I was not leaving that place until I was satisfied and the matter was corrected. We also had to mention that we will call the police. They were so ridiculous . They told us ( me and my family) basically that we had to go and that they were closing soon. That was a lie because there were customers that was still there and test driving cars.

At the end we got what we wanted. They wanted us to just shut up and leave and we would not take no for an answer. I don't give a damn if they read this and they better not write me and tell me after they read this comment to give them a call or whatever. I will let everyone know that they are disgusting people who should be out of business.

The service was completely promptly and I was out the door before I knew it. It's nice to go a dealer who is honest and services the vehicle promptly at the time you had your appointment for. Tried to write a full review but ran out of room so I deleted everything and decided to just say one thing. I use to love to bring my cars here when Alex worked in service. A true gentleman! Been dealing with Huntington Honda since 2001. Have purchased numerous cars and never had an issue with sales, AK rules in this department. As for the service department, it is a train wreck so I have moved on to greener pastures. I have spoken with several friends that use to service their cars here as well and they too agree that it just makes plain sense to move on. John S. and Kelly need a serious talking too because they do not own the dealership and do not make policy and they love to play games with customers. I left specifically because of the two of them. This is not grammar school guys; it is a place of business. Stop messing with its customers and you have no right to ask customers to take their business elsewhere. Hope corporate gives you two a much needed wake up call because you deserve it!!!!!!

From my first phone call to Huntington Honda dealership my experience was about as easy as it could be . Sarah made an appointment for me to come in , I gave her my information & what vechile I was interested in and when I arrived I waited for not even 5 minutes and I was at my sales representative desk . After my test drive, we spoke about lease & financial options. I decided to lease a 2018 Honda Accord sport. I met with their financial guy ,went over some information with him & literally picked up my car 3 hours later . No sitting at a desk all day , no nonsense. Great job Huntington Honda

Service department damaged my car. They badly scratched the steering wheel and did not mention the damage to me. They also must have slammed the seatbelt in the door because there is a dent and scratch on the inner panel. It s a brand new car, and I noticed the damage as soon as I got the car back. Instead of asking them to take the car back into their shop, I will be taking it to my own (reliable) shop to fix the damage. I would rather pay to have it fixed than risk another issue due to their carelessness. It s really a shame, as I have bought 4 cars from them. You would think they would show a bit of care to the cars that come in for service.

Cost me $750 to fix and when i left car was worse.
Brought it back and they said they installed faulty shocks.
And i had to bring it back to have the reinstalled.

Andrew is the best. He exceeds all expectations of a salesman. First off, he is friendly and relatable. His positivity makes the buying experience a less stressful one. Second, he truly wants his customers to be happy with their purchase and will work to the best of his ability to get you just that. Third, he is a class act. If there is anything that doesn t sit right with you, he will use all of his pull to fix everything for you. If I decide to get another Honda, a big part of that reason would be because of Andrew and he would certainly be the only salesman I would go to in the future. Let me not forget about Julio, because he is definitely the man. He took care of my billing but his assistance did not stop there. When I drove my car off the lot it turned out the blind spot monitoring wasn t working. I went back immediately and was pretty upset. Julio came out immediately and I overheard him tell the mechanic I want you to deal with this now and I want you to go over all the entire safety system because there will be kids in this car . Turns out it was an easy fix, but I was touched by Julio s investment in my situation. So, am I happy with Honda? Yes, because of these two guys.

I had a great experience with my lease at Huntington Honda. My Sales Consultant was Preet Singh and he was wonderful. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal he could and I am very grateful to him for all he did. He did not waste my time. There were no hidden surprises within the price. He told me exactly what it was and I really appreciate that. I leased a Honda Civic Hatchback EX 2020. It rides great and I am enjoying all the many features. I highly recommend Huntington Honda for anyone who is looking for a great car purchasing experience. And definitely ask for Preet. He is awesome. Thanks Bilal for referring to Preet.

This was the fourth three year lease....3 Accords....1 Civic.....my son has had 2 Crv's, driving one now....My wife and I have a very attentive salesman, Andrew, and with a manager, Barry, we worked out a new deal....we were getting a comparable price from Toyota on a Camry but it didn't feel like the Camrys we had in the 1990-2005 years...superb car then....now, I think the accord is more than comparable, and we have Barry who knows us well, and Andrew as well.....he had the new vehicle all ready, when we came to pick it up, he gave us a tutorial and all the paperwork was done......highly recommend

I made an offer on the phone for a used car. It was low - $15,000 - and I told them that if they wouldn't accept it, just let me know. They said it "should" be OK. I again said that if it was too low, let me know and I won't waste our time.

I came in from Brooklyn. I had a $15000 cashier's check in my pocket, and was somewhat flexible. Long story short: car was advertised at $14887 - no fine print. Just the price. They wanted over $16000 before taxes. I said no.

Then I asked: If I give you $14887 cash and put the tax on a credit card, am I driving out with that car? The guy looked at me, smiled, and said no.

They lied about not accepting $15,000, and lied about the $14,887 advertised price (there was no fine print). They used every sleazy car salesman psychology trick to try to make it my fault that I wasn't leaving with a car. They just want you in the showroom.

I left. Angry.

This latest time I had a an appointment for 8:45 am. I showed up at 8:40am and my car didn t go on the lift until 11:01. Terrible service. Sent my sister there, she had the same experience. Got another car there - same experience. Definitely speak to AK if you want to lease/buy. He bases his sales on volume, not individual profit and is by far and away the easiest to deal with. Always a great experience there.

My salesman was Ray Shah, he was outstanding. I don t know why but the process of purchasing a car is still in the stone ages. Seems as though it should be simple, you have a product I have money, we do a transaction. Easy. Done. No, they have to play games. My games began after Dealing with Ray. The finance/warranty guy I dealt with was a scammer, I didn t need money but he sold me a warranty for 1800. I canceled it when I came to pick up the car as I felt uneasy about it. He will tell you one thing and sell you another. After realizing I wasn t buying he offered the same warranty for 350$. All I can say is keep your back to the wall in the warranty/financial department cause its coming, just be ready for it.

(I'm someone who very rarely writes reviews. Service that goes above and beyond needs to be recognized.) I worked with Bilal on the sales side and I could not have been more impressed! I have been car shopping for weeks and have been to 10 different dealerships on long island. All of them using the shady classic car salesmen techniques, which were infuriating. Not Bilal, there was no back and forth. Absolutely no games. He was up front and honest the entire time and delivered on exactly what I wanted. After we settled on a car we were brought over to the finance department. We worked with Shoel and spoke about all of the service packages. Again, he was 100% up front and honest. He was very informative on the packages that we're offered. There were no games and again he delivered on exactly what I asked for. Both Bilal and Shoel went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. It's nice to know there are still some car salesmen that take pride in what they do! Make sure to ask for Bilal and Shoel they will absolutely take care of you and do the right thing!

Having a horable experience with Atlantic Honda, we were leary about purchasing another Honda even though we own numerous Hondas. Rey took us on a test drive and answered all our questions. After listening to all the option we were looking for in a truck, Rey gave us a deal we couldn t pass up! We went from Just looking to buying a truck all within 4 days.

Oh my god. I had the worst experience ever with huntington honda just now, so being the caring person that i am, i would like to warn you fine people out there to stay away from these jokers. Here's my story:

Shopping for a lease, close to pulling the trigger. I have a verbal quote from a dealer, but i call huntington honda to see if they can beat it. I speak to "brittany" who gives me a better deal (3 years, 36 months @ x $) so i agree to come in tonight to sign a lease pending the trade in offer for my current car. I drive after work (so paying a babysitter, long drive at night, etc so for me this is real). I get there - no brittany. She went home, allegedly.

New guy Bilal asks what brittany has quoted me, asked what time today this happened, asked if i had written proof and said no way he could agree to that price and promptly gave me a new price $100 more per month. I got upset, management pretended i must have made up the price, we argued i left. I guess i will never meet my imaginary friend brittany now. Anyway, these guys lied and wasted my time. Dont let them waste yours. Or go ahead and waste their time for me!

The pandemic has made processes like getting a new car more stressful due to the financial uncertainties. However she made sure we were comfortable and felt good about the choice we were making. My husband and I did not feel pressured in any way! She went over all
the details and was completely transparent from start to finish. My family is grateful for how smooth the whole process was. The sales guy was personable and tried to make a deal with us, however the finance manager Shay was very unprofessional and as a family who has bought all our vehicles from HH before and referred others, the type of behavior Finance Manager exhibited didnt leave a great taste in our mouth. He act like he had somewhere to go and we were intruding on his time as I guess he may have made his numbers already and our peasily deal wouldnt be good enough for any commission he may get. Our dealer was Andrew Popkin, a warm and personable dealer, interested in making a sale but wants to make it as smooth and as stress-free as possible. Our experience there and with him was as good as one can get while car-buying. Took us out for a test drive and took his time with us and explained the car as we drove it. He worked with us, giving us a good deal on the vehicle we wanted and were able to walk out with a a deal for the exact car we wanted. After the sale was completed and the paperwork signed, Andrew took us to our new car and took his time and explained everything about the car in detail. Definitely a great experience.

Bought a car there 2 years ago, salesman was great. Nice smooth transaction. 2 years later went for a car for the business and wanted to test drive car. Was told 45 minutes for test car to get there. So went for lunch, called up and was told it will be another hour. An hour later we called and was told it will be another hour. Didn't like that we were told 45-1 hour and it ended up being close to 3 hours. A shame because first experience was good.

Called the dealership this morning to confirm the deal and cars availability that was advertised on their website and scheduled an appointment. In couple of hours I was there and 20 minutes waited for sale person Angel Falcon to come to me. Asked hem to see the final numbers but he took me to a test drive. After the test drive too me to his desk and started writing the numbers on a small piece of newspaper !!! And the numbers were totally different from the advertised one (about double). He gave me a form to fill up for lease and disappear for another 20 minutes. Then he came with the manager with another surprise !!! All cars sold out and the only one left the car that I took for a test drive. I spent their two hours just to hear their lies. Very cheap and not professional service, rip off quote. Stay away.

I'm only giving them one start but I would rather give them no stars. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I called them to ask what they could offer me since I would be handing in my VW for a Honda 5 months before my lease was up. I told them what another dealership was offering me and asked them if they could match it. I also told them that I live in Queens and I would only make the trip if they could offer me something as good or better. When I got there they couldn't beat the offer. Not only that, they never returned my credit card! When I realized it a few hours later I called them and asked them to over night the card. They ended up mailing the credit card in regular mail! So irresponsible and very unprofessional. I am surprised to report that Honda of Manhattan offers MUCH better service.

He came down to the listed price online and told me that was the best deal he could do. Had to constantly argue for a run of a mill price for my car. Would not go back here! Competition Subaru offered a couple thousand more for my car right off the bat which was a fair price. Do not recommend to anyone!

I have purchased or leased 6 vehicles from Huntington Honda. Overall I rate the sales staff- 5 stars; service 3 stars and the financial staff- 1 star. When I bought my last CRV in 2016, I was given an amount I had to bring in when I picked up my car. I was then told that I needed additional funds after I had gotten a certified check for the amount specified.

I have never gotten any satisfaction even though I complained. Honda sends out surveys about your experience but never responds to a problem that I may have had, especially with asking for money after the fact.

The service personnel try hard but there sometimes is a disconnect between the mechanics, parts and the service rep. I bought my CRV new and after a few months the power outlet in the console stopped working. I brought it to the service department's attention and when I brought it in for service they didn't have the part even though I had called it in. They tried to fix it but it wasn't fixed. I now have to bring it back in to have it done.

Everyone was great, from the person that greeted us to the person that sold us the car . Carlos was our salesman, he very helpful and patient with me and most importantly knowledgeable. Nelson the floor manager was great too. My husband and I both were beyond impressed with the customer service of huntington Honda and didn t want to take our business elsewhere. I LOVE my new car , I went from an Audi A4 to Honda Accord ex-l , who says Honda is not a luxury car? Cause it sure as heck feels like it is , and some may disagree with me but the way this car drives and all the features it has , in my book I ve definitely upgraded.

This dealership is awful! I leased a car a few years back and now have decided to refinance and purchase out right. I went back in July and filled out all the paperwork and was approved for a loan. I signed the agreement and left. One month later my bill comes due I received nothing from the bank to make any payments - I called the bank and they dont even have my name in the system. The dealership failed to send in my paperwork!

I m now past due on my bill and called to address with dealership - first time left a message no call back. Second time spoke with someone who assured would get back to me by days end with a solution. That was Friday at noon it s now Sunday....

This place has terrible customer service and terrible procedures.
