I bought a 2021 Odyssey Touring edition here with the help of Teshawn Jackson. Couldn t recommend him more. He was quick, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions and navigate me through the more confusing aspects of purchasing a vehicle.

He also made sure things moved along as fast as possible while trying to tie up all the loose ends of the purchase. Sometimes that can be an entire day s affair. He made sure it all happened in just a few hours.

Their service center is such a scam. They are constantly overcharging and trying to sell you service that you don't need. One of their favorite ploys is to tell you that your bushings are cracked and need replacing. I got rid of my Honda and bought a Mazda and have been *much* happier with the Huntington Mazda service center.

100% would recommend this dealership. I would hands down recommend you see my girl AIL! She is legit an angle. Ali is not like any other car salesman...she s not interested in just selling you a car, she will invest all her time into getting you the perfect deal. I m just a 19 years old and she looked out for my best interest and got me a perfect deal on a BRAND NEW car! I LOVE my car and I don t think I could have gotten this deal at any other dealership and especially without Ali. So if you want a dealership with amazing cars and an AMAZING car salesgirl give Honda a call and ask for my girl Ali!!!

Good Service but after spending the amount of money I did for repairs thought it would have been a nice courtesy to have my car washed or at least rinsed off. Hemsptead Honda does no matter how much the service is and I'm not being petty just saying .

I didn t think the service could get any better but it did when I got a 2020 Honda Accord a few days ago. I want to say thank you to everyone involved it started with someone named Z who I spoke to on the phone she made me smile when I wasn t having a good day, then there was Ken Skeen who brought calm in a chaotic situation and then there was the gentleman that I can t remember his name in the finance department definitely a gentleman and last but not least there was Teshawn Jackson that went above and beyond to seal the deal. Christine Jordan knew we only had one more payment on our lease and called us a few times to remind us and let us know there were good deals to be had immediately. We really did appreciate her little push, we had so much going on we just kept putting it off. Entered weary, apprehensive and with a boat load of suspicion thanks to my previous experiences with local car dealers. Walked out full of confidence and filled with joy and laughter thanks to the friendly neighbor nature of the staff at this dealership. No one fit the stereotype of car salesman . Everyone was helpful, informative and welcoming to the point we all but spent more time dealing with one another as individuals than dealing for a car. Ask for Natasha or Richie! I dropped my car off for service mid-day without an appointment. Both the check in person and the service advisor carefully asked what I needed done before setting a commitment. In the end, they wound up doing extra work that didn t cost me anything more. The service advisor Jessica was polite and professional.

Very poor customer service experience the salesman was a big fraud didn t return my deposit money. Before he said the money will be returned to you and they never return my money back. Will not suggest this location to anyone and very rude staff specially the salesman

Tried to return my lease 7/28/20, girl that answered phone told me no one at the dealership was available to take back my lease, and if I dropped it off it would be towed.

Reception was easy and pleasant. Dropped car off for 7 am appointment night before for oil change and NYS inspection. Flushing out transmission fluid and changing spark plugs was recommended but I was told the spark plugs could wait, which I appreciated.

Tried to make an appointment to get broken gear shift fixed and to take care of a recall notice. Was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for a Saturday appointment and I was fine with that. But unless I had the vin number on me I could not make an appointment now. You would think they cared that the gear shift keeps falling out and I should bring it in ASAP. The service receptionist was curt and harried. I had tried to buy an SUV there couple of years ago and they told me to make an appointment for the following week. Forget this dealership: sales and service is horrible.

Went in for a routine oil change/service appointment and not only did they take care of that, they filled my tires with air as the light for low pressure just so happened to turn on just a few days prior. Incredible customer service, they truly take care of you there as if you were their own. Will continue to keep coming back for all my Honda needs

Aug 16th Bait and Switch. I just got home after a four hour car ride. I saw a Town & Country on the internet. I called the salesman at 9am to advise I would like to meet with him on it. Then my boss agreed to let me take a half day vacation to go see it. My husband took off from work and we went down only to find that the van was sold. I do not understand how they get away with this stuff! They tried to sell me a van 6 thousand over what I had to spend....How RUDE! ZERO SCORE with a few minus.

Nice guys, be sure to call the corporate office first and find out what something costs, so you do not get overcharged especially on key replacements. Smart keys vs reg keys 65$ Is correct fo a regular key w door opener closer trunk. Anything beyond that is the smart key and will be a few hundred dollars and they will charge you Service.

I bought my civic 3 years ago and paid for tire/wheel insurance for 5 years- meaning for any reason I should have an issue with my tire or wheel they would be replaced no questions. I saw I had a cut in my wheel and took it here thinking there would be no issues to replace it. First time I took it here for a nail in the tire, no problem. This time, they told me that they would not replace my tire because the tread was too low on the tire. I don t understand... I paid this coverage to have my tires and wheels replaced no matter the reason and due to the tread being too low they can t replace it even though they re a large gash in the tire which is most definitely a hazard. She then proceeded to tell me IF I had a nail in my back tires with normal tread they would be able to replace it no problem. Something just seems very wrong with this... I wouldn t recommend Huntington Honda for this reason. Oh and they wanted to push selling me new tires instead. I paid $560 advance for the insurance and you want me to pay another $320 for tires? No thank you, very very upset about this.

great service. I just had my car serviced and the car was ready ontime and had multipoint inspection along with the issues that I had. Explains what happened and how its going to be done and how much it would cost and future coming maintenance.

This is the second Certified Honda Accord I have purchased from this Dealership and particularly from Steve Berkowitz. He makes you feel comfortable and goes out of his way to get the answers to all of your questions. He handled all of my insurance details and had the FS-20 faxed to the Dealership so that I could drive it home that day, this past Tuesday. I phoned before going there to make sure he was in that day and to be sure he was still working there. I hade previously bought a Certified Honda Accord from Steve, for my wife, and said then that I would only deal with him in the future and hopefully from Huntington Honda West. Thankfully it all worked out. Needs one more star.

Absolute worse service after the sale ever. Leased a car at the time through a Honda sponsored leasing company. I told them I am moving out of state. They said no problem. You can return it to any Honda dealer. I also bought their Titanium lease coverage that said it would cover all dents scratches etc.. Now that the lease is up I need to have to ship the car back to the leasing company, which is New Jersey. I am in Arizona. I can not return it to "any Honda dealer" Their so called insurance company which I paid over $1200.00 over the term of the lease wont honor any claim submitted. Seems these companies stopped doing business with Huntington Honda. The leasing company is Hanhn. I asked for help with shipping the car back and the insurance since Honda ships all over the country. Its going to cost me close to 2k to ship it on my own. No senior individual from the firm would talk to me only a new sales person Tom who's fault it was not. They lack integrity, honesty and a moral compass. I was told by Tom, management said either ship it on your own or sell it. Didn't even have the common courtesy to get on the phone themselves. So my " Great Lease" cost 50% more. Thank you Huntington Honda!

Last two times I went there I made an appointment and then made me wait over 3 hours for an oil changes. They put customers who bring there cars in without an appointment ahead of those that do. They always try and sell you more service then your car actually needs and will push for things that you don't need like cabin air filter. Also over price all there services other than oil changes. I attempted to call there service manager and of course received his voicemail and he never called back. My family has bought several cars from them but this will be the last time I ever buy a car or bring it in for a service there.

I brought her to Huntington Honda to look at accords as we know they are a safe car, which is important to us. We met Anthony Ferreri and that sealed the deal for us. We had not planned on buying a car that day - merely shopping.
