Worst experience of my life. My car was misplaced by this company. They had no record of my car being dropped off for repair on Saturday and was supposed to be ready Monday. It took more then 5 hours to find my car. Ben lied to me and told me the car would be fix that day and dropped off to my place of work. No one I spoke to seemed concerned or apologetic until I mention it. I was not offer any compensation for the inconvenience nor an explanation as to why my car wasn t enter into system or fix when they said it would. Will never recommend this place again! Wish I give you Charleston Nissan zero stars

I had the greatest experience that day. Darren Whitaker was very polite and funny. I came there grumpy but turned that around with his positive attitude and smiles. He and the mechanic both double team me with smiles and positive handling of my truck. Thanks see Charleston Nissan on my next visit.

The service was outstanding from the time I pulled in Austin got my profile setup quickly for me and got me a number and had me pulled in service shop pronto and he showed that southern hospitality there was free drinks and snacks so it was a awesome first visit and it won't be my last, and as soon as the car was ready he came and got me and took me to the car , the wash job and vac was outstanding and that's what I call awesome services!

I was absolutely satisfied with my experience. I came in with a special situation and these guys absolutely made it work. I worked with Maria over the phone and with Tyler in person, and they were both exceptional. The GM of the store stopped by to say hello and never once mentioned anything about buying a car. We just had a friendly general conversation and I really appreciated that. If I had to criticize one thing, I would say these guys and gals need a bigger work space! They deserve it. But I'm sure that will come with time since they've only recently become a Hudson dealership. Thanks again!

Nissan was great.. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation that they insist I have done. I didn't really want to spend the money on it but I did it anyways. The technicians found two nails in one of my tires. Luckily they were able to patch them up. The staff are super friendly, and offer great refreshments as well. The only issue is that they did not vacuum my car, and the Nissan promise they make us to give your car back cleaner to you. But that could mean the car wash which I declined. I really hate going to get services done on my car but Charleston Nissan makes it easy so I don't mind at all.

I recently was in the market for buying a car and went to multiple dealerships to get a feel of what I was looking for. I went to one dealer in the area and the process was very long and drawn out. So I decided to take a different approach and use technology to fill out the credit app. The Morris Nissan family reached out to me and made the process easy and fast. Rick Baker was awesome he remembered my concerns and addressed them immediately. Overall I am very happy with the experience and the environment at Morris Nissan and would recommend them to all of my friends and family that are looking to get another car. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Nissan Altima which I absolutely love!

Horrible is the understatement of the year. I have so much bad stuff to say about these people I could go on and on but they might try to take me to court.

My buying experience was absolutely horrible there. I was mocked insulted and then told if I left a bad review that the sales manager would find my business that I own and leave a bad review on my business. That issue was never addressed. The car that I purchased from Nissan needed a repair which was approximately one-fourth of the purchase price of the vehicle. By far one of the worst experiences with a dealership all around service and purchasing. Not that any of this will actually make a difference.

I have never posted a bad review about anyone but this car dealership has disappointed me on so many levels. I am a single mother of two and bought a used car with them that has low miles and was assured there was nothing wrong with it as it went through pre checks and inspections. The DAY I drove off the lot the check engine light came on. Their service department checked it out and said nothing was wrong. It continued to have issues so two months later I took it back in and there is $2500 worth of problems that they now say aren t covered and will not cover the cost of problems. Terrible way to take advantage of a woman that doesn t know a lot about cars. Do not buy a used car from them.

I had an appointment on Saturday 8/10/2019 for an ...

I had an appointment on Saturday 8/10/2019 for an oil change. I expected this appointment to go smoothly. It doesn t get much easier than an oil change. This is probably still the case. It turns out the problem is actually more the lackadaisical nature of the entire Nissan service department. I expected that I would drop my car off, have lunch, be back in an hour and be on my way.

An oil change is a routine item. Doing it myself with my own jack, jack stands, oil, filter, etc. I can complete this task in under thirty minutes. I dropped my truck off and while I was there the representative I met logged my vehicle in and started the service appointment. He asked if I wanted to rotate my tires while I was there. I said yes. I asked how long it would take and was told about an hour.

As I made my way back to the service desk to wait for the completion of my service I spotted my vehicle parked in the lot. It had been a few minutes over one hour and I thought that they had been very efficient in completing my service. I didn t expect any differently, I have been frequently Stokes Kia for service for a number of years now and an oil change has always been under 45 minutes. When I went back into the shop one of the service personal had his feet up on his desk and he was staring at his phone.

I went to the other person and asked about my truck. He said it wasn t quite done yet. I responded that I noticed the truck was out in the lot and no longer in the service bay. He said he would go grab the paperwork. He commented that they didn t bring up the paperwork. Mr. Phone Guy stated story of my life . Perhaps he was talking about the lack of communications between the front and back of the service shop. I expect it was probably something about instagram since his phone was more important to him.

The service person returned a few minutes later and said they truck was going in for its work immediately. This information tells me that they had both a bay and a technician able to perform service since my truck immediately went in for work. It was an hour past my appointment time and before I asked about the status it was no hurry to actually get to this work. I instructed him to bring my truck back up to me and I would be leaving. My truck was brought back around and the tech hopped out and started telling the service person a joke while he blocked the door and prevented me from leaving.

I guess since my truck was now off the schedule and we where already an hour past the appointment time he was free from work duties for the next hour.

So that was my visit and from it I learned that I need to either do my own oil change or schedule for another place. The more important thing I learned was that I would not wish to need more robust service from Nissan if this is the operation that they run and that probably rules out the Titan or Armada from my next vehicle. I was actually liking my Nissan too. Shame!

Danny Brennan is terrific in his consistency. He always meets me as soon as I pull in. He asks probing questions relative to the service I am seeking. He keeps me completely up to ate on the vehicles progress. At checkout he reviews what has been done and reminds me of regularly scheduled service for the future. My vehicle always comes back cleaner than when it entered their shop

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I ...

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I started my car buying experience with Charleston Nissan online because I was stationed in Japan and was about 3 weeks out from returning. I got an email back from Syed and with that email was a video of Syed introducing himself to me. I was very impressed. Syed communicated with better than any other salesman I have ever bought a car from. With my situation being complicated it never really felt like it was. Syed made sure I had everything I needed. Upon my arrival to Charleston from Japan I went and picked up my car. Syed was not there the day I came in due to a family emergency but he stilled called to make sure I was taken care of! I don t know if there is another person I could ever buy a car from but I feel the service would just be substandard. But it doesn t stop there. I had to take my care in due to a slow leak in the tire and Ryan the service manager took great care of me. He called to let me know the issues and had it promptly taken care of! Having a dealership take such great care of your vehicle makes life so much easier when you one less thing to worry about. I ll be returning my business to these guys again!!! Thanks Syed and Ryan for all the help.

Final Update: The Hudson Nissan GM and Fixed Operations Director reached out to me after I filed with the BBB and surpassed my expectations of resolving my complaint. They gave me a service credit and provide the paperwork required by my insurance company to be reimbursed.

Update: I was told by the service manager a $150 wheel alignment was required with windshield calibration, but my insurance disagrees and neither the service manager or Nissan customer support have responded to my multiple requests for documentation to prove it so I can be reimbursed

Dalton was great and helped me coordinate my windshield replacement with the glass people. Due to extenuating circumstances, I required a loaner since this work could not be completed on the weekend. Dalton went out of his way to secure a loaner for me even though one would not typically be available for this type of service.

I have never dealt with a salesman as bad as I did...

I have never dealt with a salesman as bad as I did Here. Bought a 18 Pathfinder and really like the car. The salesman however, are the worst! I ditched dinner to drive 90 miles to the dealership because the salesman said they had a great deal for us and wanted us to come up. The original salesman wasn t even there. I showed up hoping to test drive and possibly get something to eat for my kids and was greeted by a different salesman with we close at 8:00 pm . We got there around 6:30 pm. The test drive, which the salesman had to go with, was cut short when he suggested that we go and make a few right turns right back to the dealership. Furthermore, I have never felt like such an idiot when it came to signing the paperwork or asking simple questions. He literally gave me all the snide looks and attitude when I tried to read all these new documents that I was asked to sign. It was as if I was a huge inconvenience to him and the dealership even though I was asked to drive 90 miles to buy a car from them. One example, the Nissan incentive document that clearly stated on the first line, not to sign unless completely filled out. It was missing all of the incentive amounts and claim number and when I asked about it, I got a lame excuse as to why it s not filled in. I was told that the finance department will fill it in once they get the rest of the information. I asked if I could just sign it when I see them and the salesman said are you refusing to sign the rest of these documents? And then took it from me and left. Worse experience with a salesman ever. I would not recommend Hudson Nissan of CHARLESTON unless they took a good look at their salesmen. I am completely astonished by how I was treated. We got in the car after they rushed us out and realized we had no fuel and had to fill it up (20 gallons) and the car was filthy on the inside and out. In my experience with other dealerships, I have always gotten a great explanation of how to work most of the features. However, I guess because we signed The paperwork and bought the car, they were in such a hurry to get us out, we got nothing. Now I m dealing with having to sign documents via email because they were in such a hurry to get us out of the store they forgot to have us sign them while I was there.

Never. Again.

Never. Again.

These are the rudest, most negligent group of people I have ever encountered. Their consistently poor performance is fueled by even poorer excuses and gross incompetence of their own processes. I ve given them chance after chance and they have consistently let me down. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to this dealership for even an oil change in the future. If you want a more detailed explanation of my experience, read my Yelp! review.

If you choose to bring your vehicle here, exercise your best judgement and trust your instincts, especially if you encounter Anwar, the service writer. He literally confronted me about a negative review that I gave him and attempted to intimidate me. Best advice, stay away.

The dealership was nothing special. I went there to help negotiate the price on a truck for my son since he was buying his first vehicle. The vehicle was as described on the internet for their website the issue with the dealership isn't so much to dealership but with the salesman. I put a call into the GM of that dealership and it's been weeks since I haven't heard back from them. I would not step foot in that dealership if I was you again it was in the dealership it was a Salesman who represents the dealership.

UPDATE.... surprise I got a response from the dealership and was told in the response I'd get a phone call yesterday morning from the GM. Well it never happened..............

Joe (car salesman) was professional and attentive to my needs and desires in a new vehicle. He was not pushy and allowed me time to make decisions without overwhelming me. He was able to find me my vehicle of choice at a great deal--several thousand dollars cheaper and newer than other local dealerships! Hudson Nissan offered great protection plans for my vehicle as well. Joe didn't just sell me a vehicle. He continued to make sure all was well with the vehicle even after it was sold. This has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have had to date and I have the greatest confidence in my new car!

Excellent ! let s start with Clay Wickersham. I showed up frustrated and defeated after my very unpleasant experience at another dealership Hendricks Jeep. I explained my story and Clay was friendly, sympathetic and helped me trade in a vehicle I bought two weeks earlier and was not happy with after the other dealership was completely unreasonable. he listened to what I needed and wanted. we found the perfect car for me. there was only one problem no tint on the windows. He was able to get the windows done at no additional charge to me the same day by going to Kierstin Matheson the loyalty manager to say she was Amazing would be an understatement not only did she approve the tint and get it scheduled the same day . I bought the all weather mats and she offered to install them and did with a Big smile. last but not least is Joseph Greenew finance manager he introduced himself and was very welcoming , and patient and personable. He asked and listened to what I needed and wanted. these three are an exceptional asset to the company. I will also say that every person I interacted with was friendly, and spoke to me and offered me help, something to drink and or eat. my experience at his dealership in a matter of just a few hours changed me from feeling defeated and frustrated and taken advantage of to appreciated and respected.I would recommend Hudson Nissan of Charleston to any one. I love my new 2018 Nissan Kicks and I believe that if I have a problem they will be eager to help me. kudos to them at this dealership that in my opinion is above all others I have ever dealt with in the past and I have owned a lot of cars. thank you for treating your customers like you would want to be treated.

Avoid the service department at all costs!!!! Trust me! Do not even think of taking a car into their shop for work!
.
Just paid $660 for a $40 hose and $60 for 7 quarts of transmission fluid that you can buy at Wal-Mart for $21 a gallon. Was also charged $145 to diagnose a "blower" for the AC, that is perfectly fine. Asked them to look into the AC fan not working. They charged $145 to say it was the fan, and that it would be about $600 to fix it. The fan is fine. Took all of 15 minutes to pull the fan and diagnose it, myself.
.
Don't give them a single red cent of your hard earned money. Go to an independent shop, with integrity, where prices are reasonable.

Been a year since I bought my used Nissan from this location. I ve only put 8k miles on it since buying and Its continued to have problems. They do not inspect the used cars before selling or at least not mine. 5 days after buying the wheels were grossly out of alignment. After months of haggling they said they fix and then claimed to have fixed it. I m 100% positive it was not done because I m currently buying new tires at this very moment because of safety reasons given how uneven the tredd is. They gave me a lifetime powertrian warranty if I continue to get my oil change there but I end up spending a lifetime once there and I doubt this dealership will stick around for the long haul. I ve had many more problems but to lazy to go into detail. If you are buying a used car there, run away. I would only buy brand new from this location but even then I would decline to recommend.

The service here sucks! We purchased a preowned truck from this dealership and service package. I called on a Monday to schedule an oil change and to have the brakes checked. When we purchased the truck we were informed that they had replaced the front and rear brakes. This dealership uses appointment setters to schedule service appointments. I scheduled the appointment for Thursday. The appointment scheduler could not give me pricing information about the brakes and when I asked to speak to someone that could help me, I got transferred to a service representatives voice mail. My call was not returned. On Wednesday I called back and asked for the service manager and got voice mail again. I left a message and still no one called. My son was off work on Thursday and offered to take the truck for the oil change and brake inspection even though I still had no pricing on the brakes I knew something was wrong and they needed to be checked. Four and a half hours later they want to charge almost $900 for brake calipers and rotors and the oil still had not been changed. Only 3000 miles on this truck since we purchased it from them! Beware of this dealership!

My wife and I found a truck we were interested in at Charleston Nissan. Since we live 3 hours away, the sales manager offered to hold the truck until we could get there to see it. We test drove a 2017 Nissan Frontier twice, liked it and agreed on a price. We were unsure if we would trade our vehicle, but Charleston Nissan gave us an adequate trade-in allowance so we traded it. They were able to complete the paperwork and prep the vehicle all in one day! We drove our new truck home the same day. Our salesman, Michael Gregory, was pleasant and easy going allowing us time to be sure this was the vehicle we wanted. Thank you Michael! All in all we had a very good experience with Charleston Nissan.

I bought my car here a while back, today they charged me a $160 for a diagnostic check but they didn't diagnose any certain thing. They tried to sell me $1400 repairs for spark plugs and coils and fuel flush but they weren't even sure these things were the real issue. The check engine light the mechanic reset after and he stated nothing was wrong. They did not even test drive the car to investigate my issue of shuddering on acceleration. I tried to reason with them before coming on here to write this, but they didn't budge. After taking it to another shop they found the real issue was a torque coverter which is entirely different. I was taken advantage of $160. I got no benefit out of going there...

Terrible service from the manager and salesman. We went in ready to buy a car and I told the manager we will like to make a deal as soon as possible. I told them my budget but I was willing yo negotiate. The salesman Daemion comes back with an estimate of the total price... rude of them to show me the price had no negotiation( asking price) and also they showed me a higher price than advertised.
I will be aware of everyone here if you decide to shop.
It was an insult to show me a higher price than advertised. Worst of the manager not willing to negotiate at least $500 or more on the asking price.
I will fire that manager and get someone who can sell and not treat bad or scare customers that are ready to buy.
