Hi I m an exe employee of the bullshit company,gyz don't even think to join the company, they will not give u salary on time every month u will get salary after 20 fr the last month,they will make u feel like a slave,
And some people are very much partial to some employees,sai sir who is an ABM over there is even don't know how to speak, such an disgusting person,and specially the quality team they are the most waste team over there, they set some f**ing rules for only agents but they don't have any rules,they can eat at cabin,they can use their phone, they can keep their bags at desk,they can come after their reporting time and no LTP will cut,
And they have thousand cause to cut your salary without intimating you,but when u will eligible for any incentives they will make you beging to them to get it,
They will ask u to work double shift saying they will give OT but they will not give it to u at all.there is no promotion,no salary hike,no PF, nothing, they don't have registration also as a PVT LTD co.they don't have any right to run an org. So please my suggestion will never ever think to join that company.that's worst than British rulers.

I worked for 3 months but they didn't given my previous salary.
Worst company I have ever seen full of politics where freshers cant work. Simply targeting you if u don't know the process also. If anyone wants to join this hrh u should stop going washroom because they won't send for washrooms even and no one can sit in that bathroom.. They will feel like its a mnc company and doing show evereverytime especially some of the ABM's don't know the simple spelling but they are ABM for that company great some of the mannagers even drink with agents and showing politics to others. They will be keeping gudge on everyone they even don't know why they are here.. Stop eating stop sleeping and stop going washrooms if u join this company and salary is 8500 but for me they told only 8000 and they doing scam of that 500rs they will be doing scam of our salary aand it's 101%correct because everything which I told that was happened to me on day 1 interview they given me HR position so I said I don't need HR so workd as agent and their authority will be telling ur not fit for agent lol they talk whatever comes in mind I think they will be talking to their mom dad and sis in same way I think

Not even a worth of one star... Why this guys conduct interviews when they r not interested to hire.. I appeared for the interview and gone through three rounds and the hr told me that I have cleared all the rounds and I ll get call for another two rounds its been two months now I didn't not hear anything from them.. Such a waste of time...
A good place to kickstart your career. Good atmosphere and it was fun working there. However, there are a few things that need to be fixed like the delay in salary, unnecessary deduction of salary and senior agents taking advantage of their seniority. I believe an organization should promote people with merit not people who've been with the organization for a long time i.e seniors. Because when the foundation of a building is not strong and corrupt then no matter how good the whole structure is, it will fall. No hard feelings but i believe the place can be better there are some really good people too but they don't give an eye to the proceedings due to which some are doing as they wish. In short you either get friends with the seniors or wait till you become one coz ur merit ain't gonna get you far.

Never understand agents issue but act like she knows everything She will give Update and Later ask associates WHO THE HELL GAVE YOU SOP ... the only work she do coming is asking associates to write mails again and again without checking and calling Maintenance boys team to flash wash in the wash room before she go to ... and she gives bildup as he is the only one working in HRH..
Anil Manager : Has Gud communication Skills .. and Can make every one believe White as black and black as white .. so he should use that for betterment of the process not to play with associates .. he will never tell any thing when an associate doing wrong ... But Point that when an associate is in Need of some Emergency... You Cant play with Emotions ... Mr Anil.... No one is getting Full Salary & No proper reconzination .. all the senior associates leaving Email process because of Anil and Anusha School Policts ... Dont know How can Vamshi Krishna Can become SME By coming late from past 8 months .. Dont know How can Sara N and abrar can work with many mistakes ... Anil Yourself started 12 to 9 login for 12 to 12 shift and now you ask everyone to login as per shift..and you didnt take action when people started doing mistakes but now you will remove associates who are giving Quality ... theprocess sucks because of you Anil and Anusha ... Coming to job there is lot of benifits which we can earn by doing over time duty for that we can get incentives, surprice gifts insted of this we are getting the salary which we cannot expect.

Always do partiality with employees they should be equal with everyone . And main thing There is no seriousness on floor employees and TLS 'HRs are so casual with each other apart from the work. They teach employees to be professional . first they should know how to be professional on floor and how to talk with everyone . One more thing they will cover the mistake of their "special employe". And highlight the mistake if other employee do the same. Seriously it is the hidden truth of the HRH .

Let me tell about my self, I used to work in HRH in swiggy process with a leading position.
I am writing this Review from whole of my heart, If someone get hurts I am sorry for that.

Company is absolutely Awesome, Environment is very good We have good facilities and good nature. It(HRH) has good plannings but there is no proper execution on the plannings. When I attended the interview in the HRH, I have gone through reviews to know more about the company. Many people have written a positive review "don't know whether it is correct or HRH management made them to write this comments" I was very interested in negative points. Where after I joined I have got to know that some of the negative review are absolutely wrong. But there are some points where It needs to improve.
Manager level people are very understanding they have good skills to manage each and every corner point of the process. Every manager works in his different style to achieve the Process requirements and Client expectation "that is why they are the managers" But there are some managers and ABM's who are just no use of company, they are just here to show the immaturity.
Company is running very good because of some respected people, ex. Rahul, Arvind, Priya, Nagendar, Srujan, Bhushan, Saikiran, Suman, Ananth, Naseer, azeem, Irfan, Ragavendra, Yadgiri this are people who really work very harder for their process.
Rest Not taken names, you people are just Stupids try to improve your self and learn how to understand the thing and your executives problems. You people are taking high salary for free by doing nothing great to the company.
And also there are some TL's who are very great and good and there some who really shows nonsense in their work, better you slap on their faces and pull them out, they are just there for making loss to HRH. cannot take all the Tl's Name because the company has very good Tl's count.

Friendly Environment. I am Enjoying and learning from the activities conducted during training. Understanding and supporting staff. Lot of opportunities to learn in HRH. I made the right decision by joining HRH.

Management levels are good at by agent's like in a friendly culture.. For agents they need to increase some more slary as well.. They'll be more active. Might be by gods grace it should in at international MNC swiggy.

on a reference i went to HRH Next on Last Saturday, my first Impression on HRH was very good, found very friendly and healthy working atmosphere and i met shilpa HR, i reached out there around 11 AM and till 6 PM i was there. i can understand if it is an interview it will be a long day but it is been 3 days now, there is no information, i was keep trying to reach out HR Team but no answer, i already told them multiple times that i have an offer with Karvy and joining date of karvy was today, i told the each person who interviewed me that if you offer me the best i ll join immediately at hrh nor they said am selected neither rejected. you should respect others time when you you want things to be on time, and now i may not join HRH reason would be their negligence. by the way HRH offered me a role of Team lead. my over all experience at HRH is just very poor after all these things. any ways good luck guys.

Its been almost 2 decades that i know HRH , in fact generation change from HRH to HRH Nxt ie Electronics retailing to BPO expert. The promoters ( Ankit Shah) of the company has the right mix of vision , build transparency and a great work place for its employees coupled with strong values and ethics.
