I joined this company 3 months for swiggy process. and till now no salary And registered in grievance also 2 time but no reply. Told to superior but no they said today tomorrow like that every day but not got the salary yet. They take work(shift) more than 12 hours but also no salary no holiday no break nothing only work,work and then also no salary worst company in the line of call centers that's why the company is having n-number of vacancy every day very bad taken the company is taking many agents salary. manly the problem of this company is the agent has to listen to TL,QA, Manger, and has to work more on weekends. gone 3 times for salary i was ready to rejoin also but they said after some months they will give. how can we work if get some technical error also than aslo they not listen to us told n number time superior my ID is having some technical error from training only but they will not listen at end the mistake is from the agent. the worst company I have ever seen. At last if anyone is working here you are slave without Salary you should forget home, friends, family.

I'm ex employ of this Hrh Next company which is located in abids I worked there for 3 month and they will not give salary at time and the Tl Sai and abhishran they are fu***ng idiots they made use to work for 10.hrs they will not give time for lunch break and there are only 3day week off in a month no incentives I worked there for 3 month and they gave only 2 month salary only don't join this company because there is also vacancy in a month because every agent will leave that job

Hii....i would like to ask u one thing about salary issue......y u people will give salary after 18date in every month.....y dnt u ppl give salaries on time.....is there any reason behind this....when compared to other organisations... why dont you give salaries on time????

Our career there training and support staff is good to improve my skills and experience.

I have attended interview in Abids Hyderabad location, my versant round was went worst as the round conducted in Noisy Area. It was like interview candidates has been told to share the Employees Cabin, where there is Gossip among employees was Hell! Most of the candidates were unable to Focus on Versant Questions, lost thinking ability due to Focus. And the interview rounds taken for 4 consequent days were it should get finish of in one Day itself like most of companies does. At the end in Client Round without any proper reason they rejected me. They should give the justification for rejection. I said about reconducting test but they ignored! Such an ignorant company I have ever seen.

If u want to spoil your career here is the 1st step. They treat emp like a slave

You will be treated as Bad If you're fresher They just waste our time during Training days Until unless You get joined more than 10.days training and then a Month of your job period and then You'll get salary as according to their company Date , means You have To spend 2 months For the salary

I would like to share my own experience while I am working with HRH in DE , I've been a part of this company for 3 years now and the immense support and encouragement that the company has given me i don't think i'd get it from elsewhere i started off as an agent, and today i have been promoted as a TL solely on the basis on the performance, this is not only a place to come prove your caliber but also gives us so many learning opportunities. A while ago, due to the circumstances i was caught up in, i thought of leaving the company later i regretted my decision i explained my scenario to Priya mam and Rahul sir, they were so empathetic towards me and gave me an other chance. Thank you so much to priya mam, Rahul sir, Arvind sir & Sai sir. forthcoming days i'll try my best to redeem myself.

Hi myself Chandra Kiran, working for Hrh Swiggy L1 process from past 16 months, its been wonderful journey in my company till 14 months and I am not satisfied now, because management is not recognizing the value of senior agents, because till now i didn't got any promotion and more over any annual increment. I have already discussed about this with my TL(Akash sir), he was very supportive but management was not responding and ignored my issue. one more important thing is they are playing smart politics, and I am giving five stars because I have learned lot of things here and I am very thankful to my team and team leader(Akash) for supporting me and my genuine rating is 2 stars. It is the place where can learn new thing.. as per my knowledge in this company..! this the best place for the freshers, I had work with the HRH NEXT for nearly "2 .8 months" .. when I started job in HRH stating 3months I felt like it was an hell that time I'was in TVCC after that i never felt any pressure with the TL's or any others,, so my suggestion is don't abscond from the company just because of some extra work if you can't do that much of work.? what you will do in your life, My overall experience in HRH was good..and one of friend she still working their, now she is respected TL..

Pros

No pros at all. Not a good company to start career.

Cons

Full of cons. No growth , no first preference for guys , no job security, no incentives, late salary, no cab facility, poor HR management. No benefits at all from company.

Advice to Management

Believe your employees than trusting your team leaders and management.

I have join in May 2018 I had a very good experience with hrh it's very pleasure to work with them I got a very good support from the management side where mai TL a.m. and managers how supported me a lot very good atmosphere to work in hrh.

This is my first job this a good place to work to get a growth as well as to earn money and get a very good support from the tl nd manager. Good atmospheres to work in hrh.

Hrh company depends upon religious bases there is no vacancy for Muslim in ramzan after ramzan they said no vacancies till more 1 month for Muslims the person who told me that's person name is (Vishnu) he is the hr of hrh.........so i go to the main hr silpa mam i can't meet with her but i see there is a vacancy and they take interviews so i asked to Vishnu sir they said they vacancy's is not for Muslims oki work in hey since last 2-3 months there is a mentally tougher for doing the job

This company need work from students there are many protocols for the agents to follow. but company failure to fulfill their promise to agents no salary on time in necessary salary deduction even you worked also

You can get call center job thats for sure if you have basic knowledge in any of prescribed languages like Telugu,Hindi,English, Tamil etc. Situated in 6th floor, this consultancy is always busy with graduates aspiring call center jobs.

Good organization to learn but growing financially and professionally is a tough task.
Personally HRH Next is a good company to learn as much as one can and also working under pressure one can handle any kind of work pressures Its a every good platform for learning and gaining the knowledge and they provide a very good benefits for all the work and its a place where we can balance both the job as well as the life .
