A good place to kickstart your career. Good atmosphere and it was fun working there. However, there are a few things that need to be fixed like the delay in salary, unnecessary deduction of salary and senior agents taking advantage of their seniority. I believe an organization should promote people with merit not people who've been with the organization for a long time i.e seniors. Because when the foundation of a building is not strong and corrupt then no matter how good the whole structure is, it will fall. No hard feelings but i believe the place can be better there are some really good people too but they don't give an eye to the proceedings due to which some are doing as they wish. In short you either get friends with the seniors or wait till you become one coz ur merit ain't gonna get you far.
