Firstly, It is apt to say HRH Next services means taking Human Resource Harassment to the next level. The organization exploits the agents (floor level employees) to the maximum extent possible with unscrupulous policies. Here are just a few;
*SALARY: Employees get paid only after 15th of the proceeding month. By doing so, the organization can benefit if an employee quits after receiving his salary (Nothing is paid for half a month)
*LEAVE & LTP: in the first place, weekoffs/leaves are not granted easily and when required. It's a sheer denial of employee's fundamental right to leisure. Huge cut down in pay under the guise of Unexpected Leaves (sweetly termed UL 1UL = -3Days Pay).
*APPRAISAL: No hike in pay for best performers. Caste, Religion, Region & Sex are the criterion but not efficiency for promotions. (Eg: S *' QTL who belongs to christian community recommended promotion of freshers rather than senior personnel only on the grounds of religion)
The list doesn't end if I go on saying.
I kindly request the clients of this organisation to look into the concerns of the employees and protect their rights. Please remember that they are the major contributors to your business growth. Respond with humanity and initiate action...
HRH calls this outrageous and baseless but a sting operation can prove the truth.
Don't try to be smart by forcing staff to give 5*s.

Bad hrhnext they are selfish in ther work they need only but they won't give salary at time they says that they will give salary in 10 to 12 days but they wont give u will recive ur salary in 20days after means. They says in interveiwe that as per company rulz they will give within 12 days after working 1 month but they will give u will work but the salary will be credited arter 50 days almost 2 months later
