Good team working atmosphere. continue learning chance, good communication, good team management, support from the top management is good, nice working.

I worked in this company and the work process is good by the time of salary it comes in next month in the date of 15-20 in working days for that process also it may delay for some times and they will hold the salary its the rule i agree but the thing is they hold the salary of last month also which i have worked when the salary will get next month that time i took 3
Days leave which i have intimated to my tl also and if they want to hold the salary also they can hold of that current month that which i took leave of that current month then why they sucks hold of my last month salary is that any rule which i worked they didn't pay is that a rule of they will hold salary the company hire employees but they cannot afford the correct salary for an agent which they worked of that month it's really sucks when we ask the salary they just giving silly reasons

It may be an average kind of place for the intermediate and undergraduate freshers, but degree holders should not apply over there, as the salary and the job is not suitable (very very low salary for a graduate, 8500 precisely). Their payroll sucks.

The initial training(5 days) is not up to the mark, At least when I applied in HRH Next, i was forced to sit in a training room along with some 20 odd members for 5 straight days and wait for the training to start. We all were literally sleeping. No trainers came till the 5th day. Finally one trainer came but she left soon as the AC was not working (haha).

Rounds of Interview: 1.Typing test 2. Analytical round on system (It will be taken care of, the main thing is to clear the typing test). 3.HR Round (Easiest round of all): The HR's over there are so good, that they hardly leaves any candidates who've passed the initial process.

My advice to the Degree holders out there, U can go and apply over there and get selected, only if you want to waste your time. (As the selection process is very easy, in case I've forget to mention).

HRH next services is friendly environment and very good management..always support the staff...And i 4 months happen join in HRH so I feel happy and in HRH mangers,TLs,are Good and Special To say manager bhusan sir is a one of man when the bhusan sir join in HRH the HRH is Totally changed...Am The agent in HRH and my TL is Shanker sir And he is a good person and very helpfully....Sooo For freshers it is a very good platform to start their career...I prefer everyone who are freshers & experienced to join in HRH

Hrh next service Pvt Ltd company is the worst company they don't no how to treat associate and worst hr and managers they didn't give salary at a time even though they don't understand the problems of staffs they told rules but they didn't follow the rules really I think this is the biggest worest company in the world

Seriously am saying we should never work a company like this I have worked for 5momths and 1time also I did not got exact salary there use to be a tl who was very nice I don't want to mention the name and he left the company so afterwards I have worked for 2 months more and due to lockdown they have given the wfh and due to net issue they have taken the system and not given the money till now I has been crossed approx 2 months no tl and abms will respond I will not mention their name and the agent took the system he has called me several time when am I going to ask him help simply said he can't waste platform If u r looking to grow plz don't go in this is company

I have joined in a hrh company 10 days back.After joining a company the teachings skills are good from trainers.Management also good i have seen.All are free to explain what the doubt you get.You know to learn and teach probably.Our trainers especially who thought us is a good personality and he teach us clearly as many times we get a doubts.

Hi Team , I am one of the employee in HRH,Basically HRH is good company but some management peoples are worst ,Recently joined VAMSHAM JASHWANTH KUMAR (assistant manager ) is a cunning mentality person .He is targeting only Ladies ,If any lady seems good he is asking for mobile numbers and seducing ...Management not going to any action because he has strong magement backgroud so thats why he is surviving,He dont have any people management skills

They will call like they are from company but for reality it is a consultancy, they manipulate you and takes money from you.
I spent nearly 2.5k and all my money was wasted.

Myself MA patel from karnataka my employe ID at Hrh is asif2023... I worked here for 3 months till end of December 2018....I informed and given resignation letter to my Team Leader that I can't come from January going to coaching classes for competitive exams..... Today I gone to ask my salary to manager but he told me that he had putted my salary on permanent Hold and he can't provide my salary This is TOTALLY UNFAIR.. please help me!!!!!!!

I want to u suggest all that the team as a worst candidates like Tl s and other responseable members of the organization. They totally behave irresponsibly including with seniors and junior s . They is no back support and not atleast discipline and losse of sincerity. I have totally got very bad experience and I have totally wasted my half of the life and what I have struggle for totally got bold results for my future. The managers have no any qualities wht should have to manager and zero skill mindset .if you want bright your future then avoid such kind of organizations. U will be get incomplete salarys to have worked for . And zero percent skills . And no relevent letter to u . And ending the job u will be unprofessional life .

Hi this is Raghu from backend I'm working since 27 months and this is my second job comparing to the previous organisation there is a very good opportunity to earn money as well as to get a promotion in second level as a team leader and other positions a very good support which has what I got from management in all the time it's very good atmosphere to work with hrh getting very good support from Manager.

I am working in swiggy de process. The management will be deducting ltp and 3 days salary for ul even though it is a emergency. The salary will be credited between 18- 20. When you are looting the agent salary in the form of ltp and ul. What about the office maintenance who will take care the lights will not be working properly. Agents will be sitting in the dark and doing work (taking calls) cant even sit as our wish. need to sit in the bay alloted to tl. The chairs will be broken every agent need to adjust. The ac will not be working . Agents will unfix the table fans and they will keep next beside their cabin The agents will be forced to do overtime even though they are not interested. . They will close the office doors when agent is not willing to do ot. They will not send you to lunch even you are hungry. There will be always discrepancy in the salary. The manager wont even accept agent resignation letter. They will tear the resignation letter into pieces in front of the agent. In case the resignation is accepted the hr will request to support for 15 more. It is the only organization where interview will be conducted daily.

I have worked here for 5 months, to be honest this company is very awesome. I've worked there in swiggy L1 process. In that process my team leader was very cooperative his name is bala murali krishna.i think there should me more team leaders like him.
I left that company because of college opening. But I'm regretting now that why I've left that company.
To be honest I want to join this company again, but for this time I want to join in hrhnext but in process other than swiggy.

This was my first step of my carrier joined in hrh next company and this was soo bad experience from the Company the company is not supportive to the employee there is not humanity with the hr team and my self was working for the process of swiggy in de process DE was terminated due to some coupon issue and which was not applied from my end in absence of mine this issue was done so had gone to the hr Team regarding this issue so there was no justice at all and there wt blindly telling we can't do anything

I worked for 11 days and was uncertified
They also had not informed in prior about these kind of processes and now they dint pay me and 5 of my friends.
Please do not join this company. They will surely get there work done with oyt any salary.
Also came to know that even for the employees ecen after completing the work for incentives they did not pay incentives.

Probably the best place for beginners, people who are getting into jobs for the first time.

My experience in HRH training is really good.
Our trainer Padma mam was very good and she was very helpful for us.
The main thing I learned through HRH is that how we should talk to other person and we should be polite and should show empathy.
And through HRH I improved my communication skills.

I feel so down to say about this manager his name is IRFAN from Swiggy L2 process we supported this manager and he showed his true colors wen our team needs him in this covid 19 lockdown

I am the only one earning in my family and my manager said they will provide us WFH but he is not responding at all no calls no msgs,
On floor many associate said this manager is fake he will be not on his words and always gives fake statements

I say never believe this guy he doesn't looks like manager he just a unprofessional
