I m working in HRH next in email process from 7 months ... I m absconding from today as company will least bother about Employees ..
TL Need Only Closure .. They wil never consider our Week off and CL reuests .. QUALITY team Good for Nothing.... Nilohitha and Anis dont have Exact Product Knowledge .. when we ask any doubt regaring the product they wil clear the doubt by asking seniour employes in the process ... Why is QA team Hiried When they Dont know Product ...
Anusha Quality ABM .. Never understand agents issue but act like she knows everything She will give Update and Later ask associates WHO THE HELL GAVE YOU SOP ... the only work she do coming is asking associates to write mails again and again without checking and calling Maintenance boys team to flash wash in the wash room before she go to ... and she gives bildup as he is the only one working in HRH..
Anil Manager : Has Gud communication Skills .. and Can make every one believe White as black and black as white .. so he should use that for betterment of the process not to play with associates .. he will never tell any thing when an associate doing wrong ... But Point that when an associate is in Need of some Emergency... You Cant play with Emotions ... Mr Anil.... No one is getting Full Salary & No proper reconzination .. all the senior associates leaving Email process because of Anil and Anusha School Policts ... Dont know How can Vamshi Krishna Can become SME By coming late from past 8 months .. Dont know How can Sara N and abrar can work with many mistakes ... Anil Yourself started 12 to 9 login for 12 to 12 shift and now you ask everyone to login as per shift..and you didnt take action when people started doing mistakes but now you will remove associates who are giving Quality ... theprocess sucks because of you Anil and Anusha ... Hope after this Rahul shah will Stop Believing them and take proper Action .. Finally people Wont Quit because of bad Job but Because of BAD BOSSES
