Great spot to watch sports. Not so good for concerts due to rumbly acoustics, but sometimes you have no alternative if you want to see a big name come through town.

This is a very nice arena. The area outside the main event seating have tables and chairs for consuming your food and beverages prior to the Game. The table and chairs are setup in such a way that it makes the area an inviting pre game fan accumulation area. They have a very large number of food and beverage options. The main fan shop has a large number of souviners for purchase. The arena is 4 tenths of a mile from the Arena hotel and close to the highway. The fans at the SAP Center were to really friendly despite their reputation!

The way the arena was build makes every seat a great seat.... But any true fan of the sport local team, glass seats it's a must at least once in your life time

There was a lot of people when I went to see Disney on Ice if you were there early you got parking and even though the prices for food was high it was still an enjoyable experience

What an awesome experience for my first sharks game!! Amazing facility a little pricy but you go there to spend money. Overall good experience and lots of food options

Always have a great time out every year for the Valentine's super love Jam. The oldies takes me back n I love it!

Great venue, easy to get around and plenty of supporting vendors for food and merchandise. Seating is well structured with generally good viewing throughout. Corporate box and service is very good. Accessible by car, bus and train.

Watched a Barracuda game with my wife and two boys and enjoyed every minute if the experience. Great venue. Good parking. Family friendly.

Nothing like a Sharks game. Fun crowd. Helpful people working the kiosks. Hate to be away from my dogs but the kiosks have a wonderful selection of stuffed toys to choose from.

Plastic purses to get in cost $5 and take a considerable amount of time. Building is excellent, team not so much. Go Golden Knights!!!

Wonderful venue for watching the San Jose Sharks play hockey.

I've always enjoyed the sap Center, it seems like no matter where you sit or a hockey game it's always a decent View. I've been here for several concerts as well and other events and it hasn't disappointed. Though the food and drinks are a bit pricey if you intend on eating there.

The place is great, the only downside is that they don't take credit cards that use a chip. You'll need to use a debit card or take cash.

Home of the sanjose sharks. Great atmosphere and a lot of fun. Everyone dumps into the same hall between periods and end of game which make for a very busyhall

We were there for a minor league ice hockey game, so it was pretty empty. Security was tight: no purses larger than 5" x 8". Ladies room was dark. The place was clean, though. Seats reasonably comfortable.

Always easy to get in with close parking lots. Center is well laid out.

Venue is too small cant even confortably walk to my seat.

Cool arena. Went once for a concert and once for a sharks game. Decent food options.

One of my favorite arenas! Good food options at reasonable arena prices. Restrooms never have too long of a wait.

I've seen some legends in this building including Prince, David Bowie, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg, and others...

Here for the Black Sabbath concert a few years back. Had a great time there.

The venue was great, Andres Boccelli was incredible and the woman on my arm all evening made it all magical.

Wonderful arena, one of the best hockey experiences I've had! Beautiful atmosphere, every seat has absolutely no bad zones for the action, goal horn sounded amazing, absolutely nothing was bad about being at SAP!

The Shark Tank is one the most remarkable architectural feats in the South Bay with it's foreboding glass and metallic exterior.

The acoustics are excellent for carrying sound to the upper levels and a concert is just as good a show as a Sharks game in terms of sight lines.

Really clean! Seating was simple to find. Just wish the online map was the same as the seating at the actual venue...

Still looks new. Built 20 years ago. Can we please win a Stanley Cup !

There's plenty of parking during events, its clean. I come every time Bellator Fights are in town! However I only gave 4 stars because the venue lacks food options and you cant bring your own.

Venue was great for a hockey game, loved the themed bike lanes outside

I had a blast at the Sharks Game! So easy to get to by any form of transportation!

The food was cold and over priced. We got the hand dipped corn dogs and tots. The tots were cold so we had to send them back and the corn dog was just warm. They hardly give you any tots for the price.

Sold us seats to the Paul McCartney concert that were behind the stage.. who would do something like that? It was very disappointing and inhumane. These seats were pretty behind the stage but sadly there were seats even more behind the stage than us.. these tickets were not cheap either. Eveything was very expensive.

We have a suite here for hockey games and other events. I love bringing my customers here for events and entertainment. The catering does a great job of pre-staging and meeting our needs during the event. I'd highly recommend the suites for those special life or business events.

It's always clean beautiful, the staff members always very helpful and the fans are awesome. Go sharks.!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best team in the world.!

Wish there was a way to get across the center without having to circle the entire building. Not very handicap friendly. The food sold indoors is fairly expensive and once you exit the building you won't be allowed back inside, though that may only apply to the ice skating event I attended.

So my sister's and I took a road trip to come and watch the Ontario Reign play the San Jose Barracudas or get beat by them, whatever lol. Yeah they lost ok, didn't even catch a good fight - on the ice people, only talking about the ice.
So we got here a little late cause we still had to change into our Reign gear after the road trip, so we parked inside for free!! After we picked up our tickets at will call it was a real easy to get in obviously lol. Man they got escalators to take you upstairs, we were so excited lol then we were like how come we don't have any in our Arena lol.
Since we were here on a Friday they have $1 hotdogs & $2 beers special, so we loaded up on hotdogs. Our sister got Nachos, not that great but at least she got a helmet out if it. You know what I found kinda weird was that they didn't have any souvenir cups for the Barracudas, I like collecting at least one cup from any away team we attend whether it be hockey, baseball & especially football. They didn't have any here, that sucked but oh well.
The atmosphere around us was fine, I was expecting the crowd to be a little bit more excited since their team was beating ours but it only got really loud when they scored. We didn't encounter any issues with the fans everyone pretty much ignored us lol. I wouldn't mind coming back.

I like the venue, I just wish they stopped selling the naming rights.

Go Sharks! The venue was quite nice, from the outside it doesn't look like much but within it is much better. The parking wasn't cheap during the event, roughly $25. If you're arriving early make sure to find the right line, don't get trapped in the bag check line if you didn't bring anything. The seats were quite nice, I went to 2 games back to back at SAP and at Honda center in Anaheim. SAP offers much better seating options opposed to the cramped chairs of Honda center.

Wonderful atmosphere at the match. Nhl a must when going to the US!

It's very old now but still has great views of events.

Fun, but make sure if you carry a bag that it's clear

I came here for a concert last Saturday and I did not like it . Speaker sounded horrible and the seating was not comfortable and at any moment you can fall and die definitely won't be back for a concert, maybe to watch the Sharks play.

Spectacular for any sporting, artistic and cultural event. Super organized.

SAP center home of the San Jose sharks. You walk in and the staircase leads you to the concession level and from their you can head up or down to your searing section. Sitting in the upper area near the stairway is a guarantee you'll have some of the view of the ice blocked when people are up during game play. The seats are comfortable and have adequate legroom for most. The concessions for all levels are in the same area which causes lines to get pretty backed up during intermission.

Being a European fan, I was surprised by how quiet the game was. Not enough cheering for my taste, even if the game was awesome!

My two year old and I enjoyed the Disney on ice performance here. Be prepared to pay upwards of $15 to park at the SAP center itself, but know that there are neighboring lots that charge less if you reserve them prior to the date of the event. When we went, I reserved a spot a block away for only $4! Totally worth it!!

Floors were so slippery. Water everywhere in the bathroom, serious hazard... Next time I'll wear my high tread sneakers to prevent breaking my back...

Every seat is a good seat. Street parking outside if you come a bit early. Grab a drink at the bar above Whole Foods then walk over to the venue with everyone else doing the same thing.

Everytime I've been here, it's super easy to get out. Normally at venues you're stuck shuffling to get to an exit but they have so many here that it's super easy to get outside. Nice job architects!
