The actual venue was fine once we got inside. The lines to get in were crazy long because there were far too few security staff

Great place to watch the Sharks play. Also a good place when other artists come into town and throw a concert.

Great to watch Ice Dancing Competition up close! Doors should open little earlier bevor start.

Most of the food is average, but there are a few hidden gems. The turkey and roast beef sandwiches are great.

Poptopia was awesome! And so was Fluffy a few years ago

Great experience, has so many good restaurants around the arena area and, the atmosphere is electric during sharks playoff games, and so on.

If it wasn't for the fact that we love hockey, we would avoid this place like the plaque. The building staff, particularly their hospitality folks do nothing but try and scare visitors w/threats of being expelled or kicked out and the management does absolutely nothing to correct these problems. Outside of rewriting their policies in retrospect to support their staff in their daily routines of threats and fear mongering.

To compound matters, everything is overpriced, even for an entertainment venue. If there is an event you want to go to, focus on the event, the only people trying to make the event anything worthwhile will be the entertainers (or players).

For a place that has been hosting these types of events for a considerable number of years, it is an utter embarrassment.

Always a great venue. Medium sized and multiple ways for ingress and egress. I love going there to see the SJ Sharks.

The best indoor facility to see a concert and sharxx game in the bay area.

Amazing place. Of course loved the food and environment. The drinks were a little pricy but of course it's expected when you'll visit an arena like this.

Decent place to come watch Shark's games or concerts. The arena is getting up in age so will expect an upgrade or a new facility if the city of San Jose can afford it. Not as nice a place to play Beer league hockey since they don't turn on any A/C so the place can get stuffy and hot, even if you are at ice level.

The sound isn't the best and the seats are uncomfortable.

They re bag check in rule is so bad it makes lines longer and everyone more confused as to why they have to pay $5 to check in a bag. By the way any purse at all regardless of size is denied entrance. Idk if it s some geniuses idea in order to make more money or it s just a bad call to save times on line but ended up doing the complete opposite of what it was I tended to do, regardless, no one benefits from this.

Great for private events. Plenty of parking. Visited during Zoom holiday party

I watch hockey around the world. This place is among the best.

Not enough parking and really expensive drinks and food.

Don't sit forward too far in your seat, the staff will ask you to stay fully in your seat

This review is as a music venue. While parking is ample, and in walking distance to downtown San Jose, it fall short doing it's main job, a venue to hear music. This place has all the acoustics of a Hockey Arena!
I have been disappointed every time by the amount of unpleasant echo and reverb.
At the high prices many major acts are getting for tickets, save your $$$ and wait for them to play in an outdoor stadium, or Shoreline/Concord Pavilion.

Nice venue. We went to see the Harlem Globetrotters. Most of the food places were open which was nice.

Great venue for concerts, events, but most importantly.. hockey!

Hot dogs are delicious and voluminous, but be careful as the audience is still cold

OK, I'm a sharks fan now! That was a blast!! Don't get caught not wearing your sharks jersey because believe me, if you're not wearing one you will stand out. This was my first professional Hockey game and it was a blast, not a bad seat in the house. For a good seat check Craig's List for people selling single game season seats. I think this is a sellout every game.

Over the weekend of 22-24th I was at a convention and I gotta say I have been to many stadiums and arenas but each time I come to San Jose, it is very well maintained as far as appearance and staff. Staff are friendly and I love that I can bring snacks in. Not many places allow that. Helps with people living on a budget or having to pay $9 for a water bottle!

It was my dream to be in NHL game and its was amazing show

The games are the best but the parking can be difficult if you don't know where to go. Just buy a parking ticket and park in the lots.

I watched the Justin Timbrrlake concert. Great place

No bad seats. Food could be better. Buy the garlic fries early they run out.

Great venue for concerts. Pretty intimate compared to other places of this size and parking is pretty easy.

I love this Venue! I will definitely attend again. Unlike other Venue's the security is very professional. The ushers were great! This was not my first visit but it was the best visit 2nd row seats, totally different experience. The only thing I might add that they have a bar for the Gold circle.

Would have given 5 stars but they don't have a place to charge my phone. It's 2019 and this place is so far behind the times. Levi has places with plugs to charge

Went for a sharks game. Had a great time, no complaints.

Went dow for a playoff game and was really impressed with the stadium and ever more impressed the oilers beat them!!! hahah

Great experience at SAP Center! Got a free jersey and a $10 sweatshirt, both Sharks gear. Didn't get to see the sharks score unfortunately. I was a less-than-casual fan, but after this trip there will be more hockey in my life now.

Stopped by SAP during a run event. Very impressive facility.

Great location to watch shows such as Disney on Ice and recently we watched the US Figure Skating Championships as it was held there.

Lines are always long, especially for the bathrooms.

Concourse a little narrow for all the extra vendors

Awesome venue, amazing experience! I loved everything except that I got a horrible deal on some bad tasting food on this visit. Hopefully, I'll get better food next time. I some that looked tasty. (my advice, avoid the hamburgers)

Really nice area but the in food is where u pay for it super expensive even the water is more then $5

Good location. We arrived early so parking was easy, right infront of the entrance, $25 parking. Ramp for wheelchairs is to the left of the entrance, so if you like a ramp instead of stairs, ask. Exiting the parking lot was easy, fast and well organized. Exitted venue onto Santa Clara street heading west, both lanes of traffic turn right, left lane was empty which speeded us up to the forced right turn.

Be careful in the 109 disability section, there is a sloped overhang on both sides that if you are not observant or have visual impairment can leave a nasty lump on your head.

Bathrooms are large and can handle the crowds.

Disney on Ice...food was terrible, the show was not really my thing and my 3 year old wasn't really impressed by much of it. Not worth the ticket price.

Wonderful concert venue except (and big except) the stairs to seating. I watched 20 people slip, stumble or otherwise fall just in my section.

We went to the G-Dragon MOTTE tour here, and even in the upper sections of 209 we had a great view. The stage was awesome. G-Dragon was the best!

people that work there was really nice and helpful.

Great! I saw a NBA preseason game (Golden State Warriors vs Sacramento Kings) and got a Klay Thompson bobblehead.

We usually stop in at the Poorhouse Bistro first. Love it, when Sharks win!

Always a fun time and clean venue. Our group was treated great to start our VIP night.

The thing that amazes me about this venue versus others around the Bay is how clean everything remains... Oh, and prices are what you would expect to pay food and drinks.
