It's a great place to watch a hockey game! The concourse level has many options for food and seating. The club level has incredible delicacies and pleanty of seating. The seating for the game itself is very good, and from almost every vantage point, you have a good view of the ice.

It was my first time there. I took my kids to see Monster Jam for the 1st time. It was an awesome show. SAP center was easy to find and so was parking. Food and drinks were expensive but that was expected. The Arena is small bathrooms were every Where and the place was really clean. I didnt know the staff working for SAP center would be such Nazi's about their rules. So if your gunna bring a bag make sure its a see through bag and not bigger than 26 inches. Lol... All around great experience though.

SAP Center is a really great venue. It's always a great time watching a Sharks game. Really intimate stands keep you close to the action. Just be sure you don't lean forward as you will block the person's view behind you!

This multipurpose arena is good enough for many shows, but doesn't rate a 10 for many. I've always had a good seat in that there aren't any obstructed views, but it's just a large high school gym with a fancy video and sound system. There is no ambience. It's hard to make it intimate and cozy, especially when the people next to you are eating cheese topped nachos! One good thing is that it's close to public transportation via Cal Train and light rail. Plus there are a number of parking lots nearby. For those looking for a meal, there is quite a selection of cafes, restaurants and fast good nearby. Plus the area has its own dining spot in addition to concession stands along the concourse.

There are a lot of concert venues in the Bay area but as far as large arenas go this is my favorite. In general it is hard to have bad seat unless you are up in the rafters. There are tons of bathrooms meaning most of the time there isn't a line for the ladies room (yay!). And the last couple of shows I have been to the were even employees in the bathroom constantly cleaning and restocking TP and paper towels. They have multiple vendors selling several different types of alcohol, including craft beer. Their drinks are pricey, but no more than other arenas in the area. If you are willing to walk a bit you can even generally find free street parking. They also have Sharks games here, but I haven't been to one of those. For concerts the sound and acoustics there are good as well. It is also within walking distance of downtown San Jose, making it easy to catch a bite to eat before an event or having drinks afterward easy.

HELL YEAH SHARKS! If you're a tourist, I 100% endorse visiting the SAP center for a sharks game. American stadiums are crazy, so many bar and food options! The spectators are so passionate, you'd never see this sort of love in Australia.

It wasn't as clean as it could be and disorganized the employees didn't know where things were. They were very nice but untrained. Except for the too sweet ladies on the floor they were very nice. I mean the floor in a nice way :)

Mostly go here for Sharks Hockey games. There's several parking options, both public and paid. Concessions inside SAP are pretty decent with about 20% turnover YoY. It could use some exterior and interior sprucing up to make it more contemporary in style. Nothing major...

Parking is tricky. Local businesses will let you park in their lots for a fee, and you wont have to wait for the large lines of cars to exit the main stadium parking. Bring cash, most parking is $20 to $30. The Sharks games was really fun. I would see a concert here, looks like there are good views from anywhere in the building. If you dont want to pay for overpriced concessions, there are a lot of restaurants nearby that are open pretty late after a game or concert.

Great place with incredible atmosphere. There are a lot of different food providers and merchandise shops are located all over the stadium so it is easy to find what you want.
The parking is big enough and have clear instructions on how to reach certain lot.

Everything is very clean and organized. But to my surprise when I went on September 28th 2019 to see the Mana concert the women had to check in their purses if they were to big and Pay $5. It would have been nice to be emailed something More

Went to see Hugh Jackman. The concert was fantastic. Could have used a slightly lower volume to hear the words but it was a concert and he was great. The venue was clean a bit pricey. Bathrooms were kept up and those who worked there were friendly.

Love my Sharks, but I gotta say... I'm super disappointed in the decision to do away with cups & ice for fountain sodas. $5 for a bottle of Diet Pepsi is stupid expensive! 7-11 doesn't even charge that.
