First ever ice hockey game l had been to..The Sharks won.. brilliant

Barracuda hockey games are awesome. Tickets are cheap. Hot dogs are $1. Drinks are a little expensive but great cheap alternative to a Sharks game.

Saw the Sharks for the 1st time. It was AWESOME. Made a fan outta my sister and me for sure!

Great time watching the Sharks play, and Pavelski's home coming.

Love this arena been coming here for concerts and events for over 20 years. Conssesion stands can be pricey but well worth it

It's nice and clean was a very good experience! They got booze but for a high price.

Easy access, comfortable amount of space between fixed seats. Concession prices lower than some other venues.

Excellent stadium (arena), you can perceive a neatness and organization of great perfection.
It is modern and architectural.
It attends sporting events nationwide.
It is also normal to attend cultural events.

Food and drinks are overpriced and the seats aren't great, but the atmosphere at the tank is amazing! Go Sharks!!!

It was great the parking was fairly priced close to the stadium it was clean and the staff was friendly

SAP Center is a nice venue. I enjoyed the ELO concert. The staff was nice and the ambiance was also nice. The acoustics of the center are not the best but the concert was still enjoyable.

Went to games 4 and 6 of the 2016 NHL Stanley Cup Final. Easy in and out and close to the airport. Friendly ushers and staff. Decent variety of concessions at typical arena prices. Great atmosphere.

In the middle of Silicon Valley they have TWO entrances and long lines. Who ever manages this place must have retired

Great Concert. Elton John was so amazing. He knows how to play that Piano. We loved all of his songs.

I've only been there for Sharks games but the staff their is very friendly. Food is over priced though :/

We've been here for several events, and it's always clean and organized. The food choices are pretty good, although expensive, like every other event center.

I went to a concert here. The arena is nice and there is plenty if the room were the food/beer court is at. However, I wish they would have saved some of that room for the arena sitting area. The seats to close to each other. If you want to go to get a snack or use the bathroom it is a tight squeeze trying to get out from your seats. Everyone has to stand up so that you can get out of the row. I must have gotten up at least 15 or more different times, and one of those times a person accidentally stepped on my toes and another spilled a little of their drink on me. Another thing, they need more fans on the upper levels because heat rises and everyone who was sitting in the upper levels their faces we're dripping with sweat including me. I was hot and uncomfortable. If you want to really enjoy yourself pay the extra money for the lower level seats or the floor seats. I had floor seats last concert, and I was comfortable and had a great time. I'm not sure how comfortable it is during the actual game. My post is from my experiences at the concerts at the SAP Center.

They have a lot of work to do on customer service, they Depend on out side agencies to help them staff there positions, but it's not working, they keep burning through them.

Love the SAP because we love the SJ Sharks. Parking was a bit crazy this last time in November. For some events you need a parking permit or you are directed to a lot off sight. The good thing is the local PD is so understanding and helpful when directing an out of towner, who clearly didn t know what she was doing (me) to the right direction.

Nice bathrooms, lots of entries and exits, good sound, lots of available vendor locations

Good venue. Can get crowded on the concourse during hockey games. Lots of food options added since years back. Would recommend.

Great place for sports and events. The concourse is simple and makes it easy to navigate around. Lots of blue and black coats for assistance. Bathrooms are crazy depending on the concourse location you go too. They definitely need more bathrooms for this place - with the recent growths

Awesome venue, but took away 2 stars because only 2 food booths were open on a Sunday night concert. Hot dogs and nachos only.

Cirque du Soleil is great in acrobats both on ice and in the air, some juggling on pretty cool too. Some hockey playing.

Most amazing place to visit for a concert in the bay area. San jose sharks are the best. Go sharks. Woot. Good sounds and security for concerts.

We saw a concert here, we didn't have the best seats, but the venue was really good anyway. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My only real complaint was the railing location, but that probably had more to do with my seat I guess.

I wish it was game day, just nice to go and see the Shark Tank.

Went to a shark's game here. Had upper deck seats that weren't too far away to see the action. They have a rule here that you're not allowed to lean forward in your seat because it obstructs the view of others. I have never heard of it before. Made it uncomfortable to sit for the entire game. They also need to offset the seats so that you're not staring at the back of the head of the person in front of you. Between the 2nd & 3rd periods, the ushers take a short break. This is the best time to slip down to better seats if there are some open! (If this review was helpful, please hit the like button below)

Go Sharks ! Wonderful staff and facility but sending "undercover" cops to hang around the smoking area as well as their presence in general is not in the interests of the community.

Hats off to all the fine UNIFORMED officers that are present.

Home of the San Jose Sharks, great place for a concert.

Been several times here. Lincoln Park, Justin Bieber, and now Queen with Adam Lambert. All have been great experiences for me.

The show I watched was great but the Center is too small for the amount of people.

In the words of Ace Ventura "This is my graceland." I've spent over 20 years going to Sharks games and collecting all sorts of autographs from past Sharks and other teams. This building will always have a special place in my heart.

It is a very good place to go as a family the staff that works there are very friendly and help you in everything

Good place to catch a game. The one place where you cannot walk up and down the isles while the game is on. Took a bit to get used to.

This place brings you the best of the best! I have never been disappointed by the way they work. San Jose needs places like the SAP.
