I love visiting the sap Center for concerts because it is a easy entrance and exit and also the help inside the establishment is exceptional everybody is all happy and very helpful it is overall a wonderful place to visit
Love I can go here and not be smokes out by the crackheads.
All three of my kids loved it and doesnt happen very often
It s my first time went to here with my family Disney and ice I see at lot smiles here very nice staff
Saw Fleetwood Mac at SAP Center. They have improved the acoustics in SAP over the years. It still doesn't sound as good as Oracle but it's good. Food and drinks are expensive like in all stadiums. This concert they added a really big screen in back of the band. It is really big and bright and vibrant and adds to the show.
The show was awsome fluffy was so funny. Buuuut... The seats are way to smashed together u cant pass back and forth because ull be sitting on someones lap. And food and drink are sooo pricey. We waited til we left
People working the box office are very rude. Other then that it was a great WWE Raw Event
Interior space is attractive & clean. SAP Center staff are congenial while professional in their duties. Security lines for admission we're efficient and we'll organized. Parking remains a difficult proposition regardless of what SAP Center promotional statements assert.
An adverse impact when SAP events occur is the following:
As a both Caltrain monthly train and parking pass holders, parking is NOT available in Caltrain lot when we as a Caltrain passengers actually need to park and take the train which bites royally.
Caltrain prepaid use of rail and parking service should not be negatively impacted by SAP events, which in fact occurs each week. SAP events dissuade and discourage regular Caltrain patrons from using this public transportation option. In months of frequent SAP events, we opt out of buying Caltrain passes.
Parking was easy, the center is very clean. Decent restrooms and food options. Seems to be a good view from almost all seats The seats are way too small. Very little leg room and no room to walk by others seated in the isle. It's a very tight squeeze to get by when standing. The people behind me we're kicking my back when they we're trying to squeeze by to get to their seats Very poor design choice.
Sharks 3
Flames 1
Great place to see a game or concert. The suites manager Ted is so nice and willing to help find you what you are looking for.
Huge venue. Concession prices are ridiculous. Well staffed.
The building itself doesn't resemble that of a stadium. It's a bit bland on the inside and out. Sharks games are fun, but the fans are a bit obnoxious and aren't the smartest group of hockey people. Either way, they are enthusiastic and will give you some jabs as an away team fan. All in all, it's a nice spot, but nothing to write home about.
Very clean, friendly staff, and not a bad seat in the house. You can order stuff from your seat and have it brought to you. SJ Sharky strolls around the arena and interacts with fans!
Always a fun time for the family. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent, great fun! Food and drink cost an arm and a leg, but that's to be expected. They do allow small bags :)
Went to see Pink and loved the show and the venue. There's a wide variety of stadium food restaurants which is great for casual meals. The only sit down restaurant is for VIPs only at $125/person which is a bit rich for us. Something in between would be nice.
Always great events here....After coming sooo many times I don't sweat paying for the cheapest tickets because it's still small enough where u get really good views no matter where u sit
Sharks with a 4-0 win! Prime rib on club level eatery was great, with generous portions.
Awesome food
Great view even from up high. Easy access to bathrooms
Great venue, easy access to get in and out for events!
I've been here for a few events and the food is far to expensive and not that great.
Watched the Sharks go at it was pretty awesome. Not much into watching baseball or football, but hockey was good to see in person. The stadium was accommodating for that.
inconsistent guest experiences here from security staff. arena seating is not conducive to seeing the hockey game. poor design and people refuse to not lean forward hurts more. I love the Sharks, but this old barn needs help.
Very fun
Very clean
Excellent place to go to concerts, a lot of parking and easy to get out.
University of PHOENIX JUST HELD 2017 COMMENCEMENT, fabulous venture.
It's a great venue and updated recently. Looks and feels great.
Had a great time seeing monster trucks and watching my women.
Venue was great you can see the stage anywhere you sat. It was a nice clean environment. Staff was friendly and professional. I had to park in a lot down the street which took cash only. It was fine they had security. No outside food allowed or opened water bottles. Keep that in mind.
Awesome experience. Easy transportation destination. Friendly workers and crowd.
Came here for the rhianna concert she was lookin extra sexy
SAP Center was a pretty fun place to watch a game. I guess they didn t consider that though when they built the place because you re not allowed to LEAN FORWARD when you re sitting in your seat. I m not kidding. It s a rule and they have cards printed off for psychopaths like myself who like to lean into the game when it gets exciting... I was warned by multiple people around me to sit back because they couldn t see when I was leaning forward. And then an attendant had to come and show me the card. Pretty ridiculous rule to have at a sports arena but otherwise it s a nice, new modern building. The stay-seated-and-lean-back rule definitely killed my vibe though!
It's a brightly-lit venue with good sound and decent seats. The ushers don't always give correct directions to your seat and we ended up in the wrong section where we ended up embarrassed and having to move again. The food is good, restrooms are clean, and parking is no longer open to anyone. You have to have a parking pass now.
I love this place so much. It holds a special place in my heart because of the many memories I have created there with friends and family.
Wonderful stadium. It was my first visit and I was suprised how nice it was. In and out
Went to see Joyce Meyers recently at the SAP center in San Jose. Had a great time. The staff at the arena are very helpful and polite...not to mention, easy to locate. The arena was very clean and comfortable.
Great place to see any event, parking was great, getting in and out was a breeze, it's pretty pricey so bring the bank.
Good place to catch a San Jose Sharks game, WWE, UFC, concerts and Etc.
It was an awesome evening. Place is pretty well designed. It was the ice hockey match and people were amazing. Had a good time with friends. Crowd was awesome. Different food stores to get the food of your choice. A match day can never go wrong at this place.
Great venue! Lots of amazing food & beverages choices!! Crowds are enthusiastic!! Staff is very helpful...
Very nice staff, very clean bathrooms, very comfortable and practical seats, Beautiful Arena
I went there for a Harry Styles concert and it was the best. The place is so big. We got great seats also.
We attended our international convention. Great staff and venue
Went to Sharks game. Parking was great. Customer service was good. Traffic was smooth.
A lil crowed n expinsive...but worth coming with ur lil ones...memories..
Sharks vs the Blues on Saturday night is the game I attended. Was a good change up for me. I enjoyed the game, although I had a group of 4 in front of me that were obnoxious and unable to comprehend that the fans didn't find them funny or entertaining what so ever. I thought it was funny how clueless they were and whoever reporting them for leaning is understandable yet I don't think he understood how he was being a complete nuisance. The SAP center is a very neat and we'll kept. The sharks lost I don't follow hockey and still enjoyed the game. Luckily because I hate purchasing tickets and watching your team lose. But I'd recommend going here even if you don't follow hockey it's a fun sport to watch.
