Great venue..never had a problem getting in or out. Employees are always nice.
LOVE THE SHARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!!
It was a great place for Hockey GO SAN JOSE SHARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love it. The nosebleed seats are scary for kids.
Nice hockey arena but super expensive to eat and drink. local restaurants take advantage of this and the area is swamped before a game
It's big but the bleachers upstairs are uncomfortable.
Amazing city amazing people - even to this rival penguins fan !
Easy to park and get into the building, even with 20K fans.
GO SHARKS! I miss watching the San Diego Gull's (AHL) play so a friend took me to a San Jose Sharks (NHL) game. Great team, great fans, great arena = great time. Im hooked and will definitely be back.
They have all different kinds of events going on all year round.
It's a huge arena with lots of amenities. Definitely a fun time with family and friends.
Our visiting team won both games we attended, so we are well disposed to this place.
Big fun watching the Sharks take on Dallas. The Sharks have great Stars and alot of heart. With Big Joe, Pavs, Burns, Vlasic, Meier, and many other fine players, what's not to like? Oh did I mention a delicious Prime Rib sandwich?
Went to game. Flames beat Sharks. 5/5 would go again :)
Venue was excellent, parking and leaving was super easy.
Still a great arena, love some of the new food options
It is a beautiful building, train station is nearby, on events days parking is expensive but atmosphere is very cool, people dressed in team colors. Food inside is nice.
Lock your car doors, we had a guy sleeping in our back sit.
Easy navigating and a sharks win doesn t hurt matters either
Plan b and Nicky jam .. sucks.they close the drink.and food bar.too.early.!!!
Great Venue! Lots of parking and excellent food options. Got to experience a show from row 3 and was amazed by the quality of the lights and audio.
Excellent concerts, I have not used their parking ($$$)
Great stadium. Large seating capacity with a good view even from the not so expensive seats. Clean toilets even on game and event days.
Although, parking rates tend to go up to $25 on special events vs the regular $10 fee. I would recommend taking a Caltrain, which has a station bang opposite the stadium.
Ugh. Dropped off parents for a show and will never again head out there. Getting there was ok, but picking them up was pain, stress, aggravation, and more curse words per minute than I recall of all recent driving experiences. Not at all concerned with how this venue is itself. Just the location alone is enough for me to write this place off. So I'm giving it one more star, since I admit this review is unfair and unqualified.
Always a great time at the SAP center! I wish they had a larger variety of beers since the prices are high as with most sports venues.
Quick entry despite the crowd size. Good site lines from the upper section. Seems well-organized. Friendly staff. Typical high-priced food and drinks.
Aesthetic engineering...good structure..beautiful arena...extra row spaces and seat heights...nice view of game from any seat
I love is security was very tight, very beautiful center
The seats are very gross and it all just looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade.
Beautiful venue, came here for the dangerous woman tour and was not disappointed!
parking experience was good. in and out with ease. concert sound in section 202 was not very good
SAP center is home to so many wonderful events! Parking is never an issue and the staff is friendly.
Awesome game Sharks won 3 to 1 we had great seats section 106 by the ice.Lots of fun
Excellent stadium. Food is delicious and somewhat reasonably priced compare to other sports complexes I've been to. Tickets are very reasonable, around $20 for upper level but you still get a great view.
very nice venue and close to downtown SJ..... a lot of options
Home of the San Jose Sharks! A great and loud place to watch the coolest game on earth - hockey! But watch out for the beer, they taste great but are apparently really expensive in Shark's Territory!
Lots of great events, games are held here. Easy to get to via train, car, vta, easy uber drop off. It s also close walking distance to lots of nearby parking structures if you don t want to pay the pricey price of parking at SAP.
Came here to watch Cirque du Soleil Crystal. First of all I have to say that the restrooms was well equipped to handle a large crowd, what would be nice if there was some indication on what stalls were open. The voice was pretty easy to navigate around this is a big circle. There are some food vendors so if you're hungry or thirsty as there are things to eat and drink. The seats were pretty standard nothing special.
Very clean restrooms, food and drinks available plus alcohol. Plenty of parking
Got to finally go to a sharks game it was amazing fantastic and helpful people good service cold beer and hot food and clean cant wait til i get to go back again
Always filled with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Plenty of concession options. Go Sharks!!
Really nice arena, no super nosebleed seats. Downside is not much outside the arena unless you want to walk a bit. Plenty of food inside, but typically expensive.
Big arena, love how easy it is to get in and out. Also, the service is amazingly fast!
Huge but very helpfully staff. Good air conditioning
Staff are really friendly and helpful and any seat has a good view of the ice. The location of good as well with a lot of parking available in the surrounding blocks. The only reason it s not 5 star is because the food options are quite limited. Still would come back.
It's a good place to see a hockey game. Plenty of concessions and modern amenities.
It's not quite 5 stars as I've seen some of the newer arenas around the NHL that offer a bit more to do around the concourse, mostly because they are larger. This arena feels small but that contributes to a really good atmosphere and the place can get absolutely crazy loud for the playoffs!
